We had a discussion with Mr.Subho Bishwas who claims to be the owner of M/s
Textronix services Kolkata. His skype -textronix.corp and mobile no-[protected] As per our discussion with him over the
phone on June11th 2014 we agreed to sign up a 10 seater non voice
project which involves form filling . Mr.Subho Bishwas said as per his
company rules for a 5 seater we need to pay 30000 Rs as advance and for a
10 seater we need to pay Rs 40000 Rs as advance .This amount was a
refundable amount and during training time within first 4 to 5 days of
training he would give us a advance of 6.5 lacs as per indian Rupee to
run our company .

We agreed to this terms and condition and transferred money in 1 slots
one on 14th JUNE we transferred 40000Rs to his company account which was mentioned
in the SLA agreement . So we decided for a 10 seater non voice project
.We have all interactions in a chains of email.
This 40000Rs he assured it would be refunded after 2 slots of work load,
which means ideally after 1 month .
Mr .Subho Biswas said he can allocate work only on 1st of every month or
15th of every month and our training slot was confirmed for June 1st
2014 and he assured trainers would come down to Hyderabad on June 16th
2014, On 16th June I called him for a confirmation he said since month
end he is unable to start the training on June 16th 2014. Till 1pm of June16th he picked up
my calls and assured trainers will come down .However post 2pm of June
16th 2014 he stopped responding to my calls and messages and emails as
well.However if we make calls from different number and say our company
name he would immediately disconnect our calls .This person is cheating
every one by using his tricks . I have all proof of account transfers
and email conversation .
We are looking for a refund of our money and compensation as well.
