Telangana Registration Department — online challan payment: amount debited but challan is not generated

Hi Sir,

This is Srinivas, I have made a echallan payment of rs.48682 through sbi epay gateway (Through Kotak Bank), the amount has been debited from my account however the challan has not been generated.

There is no further details on the payment and who is responsible for this.
Because of this bloody bugging government sites we are loosing money and waste of time. My Land registration is stopped because of this.

Please try to resolve my amount problem asap.
