My USC NO.[protected] I am paying my bill last time rs.496 twice through icici mobile banking, on the doubt of first transaction was not success. But two transactions are success. Before bill generation of this month account shows -496 rs. But after bill generation the amount not deducted from my bill amount. Please clarify this. Where is the excess paid amount?
