Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — bill paid twice - please advise | |||
I have paid my bill twice in the month of june 2019, amount rs. 10, 237. Once i paid on 21st june, but the electricity board came to my house and said they have not received payment. At that time i was not at home and also my payment statement did not reflect the 10, 000 deduction, so again i paid the full amount on 26th june 2019, thinking the previous payment was not successful. But on month end when i got my bank statement, it shows twice the amount has been deducted. Both the mode of payment was online. I am attaching the bill payment proofs as well. Please check i have paid the same amount twice. Sc no: [protected] Usc:[protected] The last 3 months amount has been adjusted. I got a fresh bill for september, rs. 2855. However, i should still get a refund of rs.362. But this amount has not been adjusted by tsspdcl. I should be actually paying rs. 2493/- only. How do i make only this much payment online? This is Problem with Power Bill.Units Wrong but there is no Response.i got 600 amount they tell to me Pay 300 Amount.They Given Bill 149-102=149

There are frequent power cuts during nights in PNR colony, Ameenpur, Bheeramguda . There is no response when tried to contact the mobile number provided for fuse off call. It's been an issue here from past 10 days or so.Kindly forward this to concerned officials.
