[Resolved]  Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — bill payment issue

I have paid the Electricity bill through Airtel payments bank and the money has been deducted. But the due amount is still there unpaid. When i enquired about that to airtel, they informed that the transaction was successful and asked to contact the electricity authority.
