Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Bill query

I have paid bill of Rs.50 throughmy obc bank account Debit card.But the amount deducted but the bill was not paid.I cant contact the TSSPDCL directly. Please Provide me information about this auery as early as possible because the lat date was on oct 20.Kindly help wat can i do for this.
