[Resolved]  Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — dc+gst and sd charges

Dear Sir / madam,

We received our electricity bill for the month 08 Jun - 07Jul. We noticed and found that an additional amount of Rs. 1616/- had been added as DC+GST to the regular electricity charges.

Further, it is observed and found that bill is not billed correctly as per the tariffs mentioned at the back of the bill. We consumed 425 Units for the period of 08Jun - 07Jul. As per the tariffs LT I (B) II category Domestic

Up to 200 units - 5.00 Rs/Unit
201- 300 Units - 7.20 Rs/Unit
301- 400 Units - 8.50 Rs/Unit
401- 800 Units - 9.00 Rs/Unit

So, for 425 units it should be

Up to 200 units = Rs 5.00*200 units = 1000 Rs
201 - 300 Units = Rs 7.20*100 units = 720 Rs
301 - 400 Units = Rs 8.50*100 units = 850 Rs
400 - 425 Units = Rs 9.00*25 Units = 225 Rs

But, in the bill it is mentioned as Rs 2829

Copies of June 2019 and July 2019, electricity bills are herewith enclosed and forwarded for your ready reference. In view of the above, it is requested that, a detailed explanation may be addressed to the customer at the earliest
