[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Double payment made | |||||
I had made double payment through credit card on my power bill on 13/12/2016 and 14/12/2016. Transaction id013996 and 057185 account service no g3003101. Amount is rupees1243. Amount credited in appowerdesk account. Had complained twice online with complaint no cc[protected]and cc[protected]. They sent sms saying complaint was resolved but have not received any adjustment of amount till now. I have credit card statement supporting the transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This will not be reflected in your electricity bill or in website. As of now your service is having Rs.1231/- as credit balance so you can make part payment by deducting Rs.1231/- from your next month's bill amount as soon it gets generated before the data is uploaded online using billdesk by manually entering due amount or else you can pay the balance amount at Sultan Bazar ERO on any working or at TSSPDCL bill counter after 20th but before due date or else additional charges may be imposed.
