I have paid electricity bill though icici mobile banking and received error twice hence i thought payment not done so i repaid the amount through icici net banking again, but the amount was debited 3 times from my account. S.No :[protected] USC :[protected] Actual bill :Rs 1232/ Total amount Rs 3696 /- paid on 12-Feb-17. Hi, My Service v6036054 and USC is[protected]. It is observed that for the 100 units consumed in Jan, my bill amount is Rs233 . In feb month used 200units but Rs 1139. How it will come that much bill.

In the past too, we have seen abnormal billing but was unable to file any complaint.

Please take my complaint and solve it .
