Hi,
I made the electricity payment of Nov 2024 electricity on 30th Nov 2024 of the amount of Rs 3992.

It is not reflected even after 7 days of payment. Moreover, they added the November month bill as arrears to the December bill.

What is this nonsense it happened a second time with me.
I have not seen the billing not reflected even in the Internet bill payment.
