Hi,

I have received my electricity bill (Rs.405 for 98 units) on 03/11/2017 and my unit consumption is 98 units hence, it should be consider under cat-1 (A) as unit consumption is less than 100 units but tsspdcl has considered it on cat 1 b1 so i have been overcharged and i need to pay extra amount.

Just because of wrongly slab changed (1-b1), now i need to pay bill amount of rs.405 instead of approx rs. 2xx.

I have received my Electricity Bill on 08/09/2017 of Rs.400 for 104 Units (32 days) so just because of two additional days my billing slab changed from Cat-1A to cat 1-B1 otherwise it would have been below below 100 units.

Now just because of irregularities in billing Customer has to suffer and need to pay extra amount

I already given a written application to Mr.Rajkumar (Miyapur office) for the same but till date I didn't get resolution.

I would request you to please refund OR credit my the excess amount at earliest .

Category/Customer charges will decided by Avg units consumed during month days
Avg units consumed= (No. Of billed units/Billed days) *Month days( i.e.31 days for October)

if Avg units <100 - category 1A
if avg units >100 and <=200 - Category 1B1
if Avg units >200 - category 1B2
