Dear Sir / Madam, Myself R. Vamse Krishna (USC:[protected] received bill on 06.08.2021 for the units of[protected] with an amount of INR 694/- whereas the due date is 20.08.2021. In the similar manner only we are getting bill every month from past 2 years. However, another bill received on 11.08.2021 for the units of 248 units[protected] with inclusion of another 5 days with a amount of INR 1363/- which we felt unfair, as the billing timeline considered more than a month (from 07.07.2021 to 11.08.2021 instead of from 07.07.2021 to 06.08.2021), Also the bill has been kept on our Meter. This indicates the purposeful act of the concern who involves with this billing is willfully generated the bill to get high amount with the tactics. Today i am trying to pay the bill online which is showing as INR 1363/- which is an unfair towards customer. Please recheck and take appropriate actions on such willfull unfair things and consider the bill for exact one month period i.e.07.07.2021 to 06.08.2021 Thanks in advance. Yours faithfully R.
