[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — meter reading incorrectly taken | |||
I live in Madhura Nagar, SR Nagar. Meter reading was incorrectly taken during June month bill generation. so previous bill amount was very less (just 376 rupees). I realized instead of 197 units, bill was generated for 97 units due to incorrectly taken reading. Hence those 100 units got added to the July month bill generated (on July 4th), slab has changed and bill amount drastically increased to 1566 rupees. I raised a customer complain through TSSPDCL website. Complaint NO is CC[protected]. the complain was closed without rectifying the issue. Please help me resolve this issue.
