I have submited a request to change category with TSSPDCL through online on 8th Dec 2019 registration number is CC[protected]. I received confirmation SMS to my mobile and they stated that isuue will be resolved within 10 days. On 17th Dec, 2019 the status was changed to Complaint Rectified in CSC (Pending at ERO). I thought that maybe within 2 -4 working days the status might be changed. After 4 days I have sent an email to TSSPDCL customer support and mentioned the problem. They replied within a short period and kept CC to ERO Jeedimetla stating that "Please take necessary action on below given complaint and reply to the consumer with a copy to this office." I didnt received any response from ERO and finally on 7th Jan, 2020 I received a bill of 1615 rupees for the consumption of only 155 units. Who will be responsible for all these issues. No one is suggesting the necessary actions should be taken for resolving this issue. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.
