[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — paid my electricity bill twice for sept 2019 | |||
Hi, I have paid my electricity bill twice for the month of july 2019. Please find the payment details from the attached screenshot. I have got electricity bill for august 2019 and observed that excess amount is not adjusted. Total bill paid 1019 + 1019 = 2038 And i got reply saying that "your excess amount is adjusted, need not pay this month bill.". But due to issue with my sbi credit card auto bill payment Feature, the bill has been paid without my knowledge. Which means i have paid rs. 803 for month of august 2019 which you recommended not to pay. And i have paid my electricity bill rs. 645 twice for month of sept 2019 due to the sbi card issue.
