Hello.. I have paid power bill twice.. For the month september 2016.
District - rangareddy
Ero - kukatpally
Service number[protected]
First time i paid the amount. Transaction was successful. But your data base did not update.. After few hours the line man visited our home and asked us to pay bill again as it was not updated in your database. Your web page has these kind of issues and blaming us for not paying the bill.

Please look into this and resolve the issue.

Please refund the amount.

Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Extra paid amount is present as credit balance to your service. As of now your Credit balance is Rs.840/-. if your next month's bill amount is <= Rs.840 then no need to pay the bill else pay the balance amount at nearest bill counter after 20th of next month, once our demand closes, they can edit the bill amount based on credit balance.
