Hi, Myself mahesh, i have paid the tsspdcl (Telangana electricity bill) on 27th feb 2020 with amount 1364 (Usc no:[protected] but it doesn't reflect in my account and lineman disconnected the connection so on an urgency i have paid the amount at the nearest electricity bill counter it got reflected in my account. I have raised the complainant to the vendor (Airtel app) and they confirmed that payment was successful and the amount was credited to the vendor but i was surprised it doesn't reflect in my account. Please help me find where is the issue and let the amount reflect in my electricity bill or refund the amount. Thanks in advance!
