Hi team,

Im the resident of manikonda bearing the usc no[protected]. We have got the new meter installed 3 months ago forcefully by the person who comes to collect meter reading claiming the meter is burnt and he made me pay to him 2000 for the new meter. Now after three months he suspects new meter is being tampered and need to test, and he wants to take the meter with him for testing not allowing me to come along... I suspect he is again trying to grab money from me... I called ae of ibrahim bagh durga prasad 10 times on +[protected] but he never answers my call... I don't mind having meter tested but in my presence...
