[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — wrong reading / wrong bill / extra charges due to lock down (not acceptable) | |||
Dear team, After lock down when power usage is being noted, they calculated based on 3 months usage. Based on that extra charges are being added. Reason: For a family which consumes 200 units per month, where as this comes with a unit rate of rs 5/- per unit, but as they took 3 months usage and calculated power charges on a whole, it comes around 600 units. With this, it comes in rs 9/- per unit. Which is completely wrong. I have received power bill on[protected] but it is very huge units/amount. As per attached data last 4 month total units 645 consumed and total bill for 4 months (November, december, january and february) only rs.2637/-. But now i have received rs.6141/- for only 3 month (March, april and may) which is very high and not acceptable... Please check and do the needful.
