Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Wrongful billing | |||
My flat, 10-2-289/62/201, Shantinagar, AC Guards, Hyderabad, 500028 having consumer name S.N.KRISHNA, Service no C 5002667, Unique Service no[protected] coming under ERO-9, AC Guards, has been unoccupied and is lying vacant since March 2020. I was being billed Rs.175/= every month for the last 13 months, but this month (June 2021) I have been billed an amount of Rs.1159/= saying that the meter is defective and that the average monthly consumption would apply. The bill reader says that he is unable to read the meter as the glass is opaque and obscuring his vision. I find this to be a rather strange reason and I am not at Hyderabad to deal with the situation personally. There has been no consumption for over a year and therefore he may be concluding that the meter is at fault. Actually there is nothing wrong with the meter. I request that this complaint be looked into and that I am billed only the minimum charge of Rs.175/= as before. S.N.Krishna. Was this information helpful? | |||
