Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — 3 hours delay in dropping to the destination and driver have stopped the bus in all the stops

Hi.. i have booked a ticket from MGBS to Majestic banglore service no 88588(super luxury).. the bus supposed to reach mgbs @8 PM but it reached 8.30PM, post that the driver kept the bus in in the platform till 9.30PM. They stopped the bus in all the stops through out journey and the bus supposed to reach to Bangalore by 6.15AM.. it was 3 hours dealy .. seems like TSRTC is following the private buses rules.. I had belief that the govt strictly follow the timings. So that we can reach out destination and go back to our work but today my experience is too bad.. because of the delay I lost my half day at office and an important meeting

Please look into this issue and sort it out at the earliest.. it's the worst experience i had in the TSRTC.
