Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — AC vents are not working and conductor is irresponsible

I have booked a ticket and at my place AC vents not there. When I asked about the same to conductor he is very irresponsible and didn't respond at all. Due to which we got so suffocated and got so much trouble in the whole travel. please take this in a serious note.
