Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — allocating bus drivers to a new city who don't know any address causing 3-4 hours delay

Traveling from Hyderabad to pune, bus should start from hyd at 10 but came at 11, the two drivers are from a different city and the attender as well has no idea of the routes. Arranging such people and causing such inconvenience to passengers is least expected from government buses. If you people don't know how to do it please don't step into it just for sake of money.
