Journey: miyapur blrm x road-godavarikhani service no: 8258 driver: v k murthy contact no.: [protected]. Departure: 23-apr-2018 13:30. The driver hasnt arrived even after 2 hours of the said time. Mancheryial bus depot manager also doesn't answer calls. Whome should public approach after booking tickets and waiting for 2 hours in hot sun!!! The driver doesn't answer calls. We don't know when bus will come and where to board as he is not answering calls.

    Sir yesterday(22/04/2018) at 9:55 pm APSRTC & tsrtc booking counter person refused to book my parcel luggage. I request him my material may become damage please book, he didn't hear me, then he left on bus 4045 route bus after that I saw the board of counter that closing time is entered their 22:30. After that I began to call that number which is on board [protected] at 10:15 pm nearly 10 times, no one lift that call. Proofs I can submit. after that early morning I asked him why you are doing like this he said it's not my duty after 10 pm at that time 9.55 pm allredy he closed counter and he left by bus 10 pm Vijayawada bus. And he also said complain against me he refused to give complaint book and tell his name. I lost 21 thousand rupees material damaged. Even DM of khushaiguda bus depo refused my complaint supporting him.please enquire and justify.

      Conductor did not check ticket at jbs properly and once the bus started i asked him if it was the right bus he said yes and after sometime asked me to get down in the mid way after i checked with him again... I took ticket till mgbs (Rs 70) to catch the right bus as i was single lady and it was 10pm... Very careless behavior and no social responsibility... Date of travel 22 apr 2018... Service number 7039

      I was supposed to board service number 7290.

      I am regular tsrtc customer and this behavior is intolerable towards a single lady traveling in the night... Please take necessary action and keep me informed else i would escalate this in social media.

        18/04/2018, 5.00 pm bus no. Ap23z0086 siddipet depot
        I was about to travel to hyderbad from pregnapur, i boarded the bus at pregnapur and there was a luggage bag with me. The bus driver rudely said to get down the bus or sit on the roof of the bus along with the bag. I need to catch a train at 9.00 pm in kachiguda and driver wantedly made me to get down of the bus.
        I want a proper explanation for this..

          Dear sir,
          I govinda chary walking at shivam road near papaji dhaba at 7.00am today. Tsrtc bus bearing no. Ts 11 z 6244 came fast while overtaking from left-side of an another etc cottbus and hit me at right shoulder and ranway even without stopping the bus. I feared a lot shocked for at least 30.0 minutes.
          Kindly look into the matter and take serious action against your busdriver of city bus no. Ts 11 z 6244. For driving rash. I have escaped luckyly.

            Dear sir,
            I wish to draw your kind attention to the misbehaviour of a bus conductor while i was travelling from metro station to nagole on ticket no: a06070 at 7:45 pm on 21/04/2018.
            It happened like this, when i asked him to give me a ticket from metro station nagole to nagole bus stop he gave the ticket from survey of in to nagole and when i asked him about why the tickets’s cost is 10 rs/- as it should be of 5/- he then rained abuses on me.
            I, therefore request you to take a stern against the conductor. I may also be informed about it.

              Hello Sir,
              I'll be travelling regularly from Amberpet to Gachibowli(Hyderabad) daily and will always use TSRTC A/C buses, but many times I've observed that especially this particular bus - AP11Z6087, doesn't have proper Air-Condition facility and also doesn't have proper fitness, without proper services/Maintenance to the buses the organization is running the bus services and we are being charged with same fare/amount which is very high.

                tsrtc - 17h/10w bus routes

                No buses are going via yousufguda and maitrivanam during evening timings and passengers who are holding ac bus passes having a great problem as it is going wasted and forced to travel in ordinary buses.
                Buses are taking routes via panjagutta when it was supposed go via maitrivanam.
                Recently this issue is being happening but never before.
                This issue is concerned for everyone holding ac passes for 17h/10w. Hope this comes...

                Sir/madam,
                I am traveling from vijayawada to hyderabad on 19/04/2018, i chose to travel in RAJADHANI service by TSRTC,
                The worst maintenance of the bus, the AC(air condition) is not working well and suffocated in my seat.All the passengers are asking to increase the air condition, then the driver's super reply is, "IDI GINTANE, ANTHE VASTADI, NANNEM CHEYMANTAV" with his rude voice.
                Here i am attaching the image of ticket for your reference.

                Plz do repair of the bus and then use for the service and take necessary action on driver.
                I challenge you to sit in the bus with AC on and closed doors for 10 minutes, then you will know the pain of passengers for sitting about 6 long hours.In last 4 rows in the bus, passengers are suffocating.

                Here i am not complaining regarding the comfort, complaining regarding the difficulties even after paying hundreds for comfortable journey

                  Bus number : ap 11z 6786.
                  Date : 14th april, 2018
                  Time : around 6:30 pm
                  Place : secunderabad bus stop near mother teresa statue.
                  It is 16 number busstop.
                  The bus conductor has directly spit the whole water in his mouth and if i was a second ahead of my step, then the whole water spat by him would fall on me. I want a serious action to be taken against him. Intimate me about the action taken, otherwise i will personally go to higher authority and complain it to them.

                    Vajra bus service number 3352 dated: 15.04.2018 driver name m ravinder contact number: [protected], booked online ticket on 14.04.2018 and selected the appropriate boarding point. I have boarded the bus, but i was not provided with water bottle. So i thought that while getting down i will collect it. While getting down, when i asked for water bottle, he started arguing that you have boarded the bus in middle and asking for water bottle.

                    When i have made payment online including amenities, vajra bus driver is responding like this. I have never experienced this. Now it seems customer services are getting effected in tsrtc especially vajra.

                    Please improve your service and ask the drivers to behave properly.

                      Dear sir/madam

                      On 02/04/2018 at 10:20 pm i have booked 2 tickets for the service no
                      2493 (Rajamundry () kmm-mgbs) seat no:7, 8, fare : 734/-

                      At 10:20 pm, i have received a message to my mobile number that
                      Amount got debited to tsrtc

                      With merchant reference number : [protected]
                      Ebs payment id : 98082280

                      But i did not received any message about ticket confirmation., when i have seen tsrtc web browser these seats are in reserved status, then after
                      30 minutes again when i opened the browser, these two seats are empty, so
                      Again booked these 2 seats because of emergency..

                      So far i didn't get refund amount, debited for the first time booking seats..

                      Please reply me regarding the duration it takes to credit the amount..

                        Tsrtc (Telangana state road transport) i booked tickets in tsrtcbus.in on 6th and 8 th april 2018 and cancelled due to personal problems. Here are the details of my cancelled tickets which are not yet refunded to my account.
                        Tckno:57214130 from kazipet to banglore on 8th april and
                        Tckno:57211622 from electronic city to hanamkonda on 6th april.
                        Plz refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          Sir/madam i have been frusted by tsrtc bus service sinse charminar bus depot had demolished. I have to wait for 1 hour to 1 and half hours sometimes for buses of charminar to habeeb colony (85 s), crmr to wadi-e-mustafa (85 w), crmr to muhammad nagar (85 q), crmr to bismillah colony (85 v/b), crmr to wadi-e-saleheen (85 w/s)... I request you to do something and please try ro understand the trouble of mob... Thank you,, your hopely nias deccani.

                            This is bring to your notice that, today we were travelling back from hyderabad to bangalore, service no: 1069, driver name : n. V. S narayana, contact no:[protected], the bus had a sudden breakdown and the driver did not even inform all the people in the bus and was very negligent and he dint show any interest in arranging an alternate bus, that was 285kms away from bangalore and we had to travel by ourselves with lot of struggle to find the bus in that way. We need our money back, as the commitment was not fullfilled.

                              Sir i was journey from hyderabad to kothagudem service number 8926 date of journey 30-04-18, the bus maintenance is worst when i get into the bus there is so many mosquitoes bite me to my legs hands.. It getting irritating to me. And same fare in private travel they maintain very well just please provide good service to the people... Simply says worst service ur providing to the people... Shame on tsrtc

                              Today ie. 23.03.2018 in Garuda plus AC bus @4.15 PM Service No 1138 Nirmal to Hyderabad ( JBS) has not supplied the water bottle, wet tissue paper etc. But full charge is collected. It is shere negligence of bus Staff. On insisting Ashok bus attendant at 6.00 pm gave water bottle which has bad smell of water. It is most unsatisfactory

                                Today i. E. 30/03/2018, i caught your vehicle at shahali banda on 10:39 am, and the detail given on you ticket as follows: drv: 212094, cnd: 236227, ap11:62, qn50170800. When i asked a ticket for basheerbagh on duty conductor simply said you should take the ticket for middle tank bound or lb stadium there is no bus stop between them. But i argued that i am a regular commuter of this public transportation and daily travel by 8a bus and there is a stop after basheerbaghs' flyover bridge where other buses of your department use to stop to drop the passengers. However, he insisted me to take the ticket for middle tank bound and i comply to him but, when i reach at basheerbagh stop, which lies after basheerbagh's flyover bridge, it did not stop there, and i managed to get down at the traffic signal when bus got slow due to red signal was on. The worst case scenario, he charged me more five rupees than regular i use to buy.in fact we are traveling in tsrtc buses at the mercy of ticket conductors they make rule and break it at their will, and there is no clear guidance for passengers.in my suggestion there should be a code for every bus stop so that commuter do not get cheated. I would like to know what action your going to take in this connection.

                                  Hope my issue will be addressed. Please address the problem for well being of people travelling in buses.

                                  The metro running in secunderabad area is having loose seats.

                                  The passengers are about to break their jaws and heads sitting in chairs which have no bolts. No body is bothered getting them repaired.

                                    Dear sir/ madam, iam a frequent journey from hyderabad to banglore and found the facilities of tsrt are detonating day by day. During traveling from kphb hyderabad to banglore date on[protected], service no 1609 garuda plus not supplying any bed sheets in d ac service bus and also tv is kept just for name sake which the speakers are totally damaged and tv screen is very bad. My pain is our government is paying lots of money to these bus owners and they are not taking care of the facilities. If this is the case people will obviously peeper private services which in turn a loss to our government. Lastly kind note to the management that now a days people are seeing for the comfort and facilities and they are ready to pay the amount.
                                    Please consider this and save the government money which is in turn peoples money.

                                      Today morning at 9.15am near malakpet, just missed the accident with the bus which crossed our 2 wheeler from the right side of the bus. The driver's recklessness towards the life of a common man is unbearable. Please take necessary action so that he shouldn't repeat this and for the safety of the citizens.
