Tsrtc (Telangana state road transport) i booked tickets in tsrtcbus.in on 6th and 8 th april 2018 and cancelled due to personal problems. Here are the details of my cancelled tickets which are not yet refunded to my account.
Tckno:57214130 from kazipet to banglore on 8th april and
Tckno:57211622 from electronic city to hanamkonda on 6th april.
Plz refund the amount as soon as possible.

    Sir/madam i have been frusted by tsrtc bus service sinse charminar bus depot had demolished. I have to wait for 1 hour to 1 and half hours sometimes for buses of charminar to habeeb colony (85 s), crmr to wadi-e-mustafa (85 w), crmr to muhammad nagar (85 q), crmr to bismillah colony (85 v/b), crmr to wadi-e-saleheen (85 w/s)... I request you to do something and please try ro understand the trouble of mob... Thank you,, your hopely nias deccani.

      This is bring to your notice that, today we were travelling back from hyderabad to bangalore, service no: 1069, driver name : n. V. S narayana, contact no:[protected], the bus had a sudden breakdown and the driver did not even inform all the people in the bus and was very negligent and he dint show any interest in arranging an alternate bus, that was 285kms away from bangalore and we had to travel by ourselves with lot of struggle to find the bus in that way. We need our money back, as the commitment was not fullfilled.

        Sir i was journey from hyderabad to kothagudem service number 8926 date of journey 30-04-18, the bus maintenance is worst when i get into the bus there is so many mosquitoes bite me to my legs hands.. It getting irritating to me. And same fare in private travel they maintain very well just please provide good service to the people... Simply says worst service ur providing to the people... Shame on tsrtc

        Today ie. 23.03.2018 in Garuda plus AC bus @4.15 PM Service No 1138 Nirmal to Hyderabad ( JBS) has not supplied the water bottle, wet tissue paper etc. But full charge is collected. It is shere negligence of bus Staff. On insisting Ashok bus attendant at 6.00 pm gave water bottle which has bad smell of water. It is most unsatisfactory
        This to inform you we booked bus tickets for Guntur to travel on 13/04/18 we received a message on 6th apirl stating that the service is been cancelled .. the REFUND IS YET TO BE INTIATED INTO THE ACCOUNT

          Today i. E. 30/03/2018, i caught your vehicle at shahali banda on 10:39 am, and the detail given on you ticket as follows: drv: 212094, cnd: 236227, ap11:62, qn50170800. When i asked a ticket for basheerbagh on duty conductor simply said you should take the ticket for middle tank bound or lb stadium there is no bus stop between them. But i argued that i am a regular commuter of this public transportation and daily travel by 8a bus and there is a stop after basheerbaghs' flyover bridge where other buses of your department use to stop to drop the passengers. However, he insisted me to take the ticket for middle tank bound and i comply to him but, when i reach at basheerbagh stop, which lies after basheerbagh's flyover bridge, it did not stop there, and i managed to get down at the traffic signal when bus got slow due to red signal was on. The worst case scenario, he charged me more five rupees than regular i use to buy.in fact we are traveling in tsrtc buses at the mercy of ticket conductors they make rule and break it at their will, and there is no clear guidance for passengers.in my suggestion there should be a code for every bus stop so that commuter do not get cheated. I would like to know what action your going to take in this connection.

            Hope my issue will be addressed. Please address the problem for well being of people travelling in buses.

            The metro running in secunderabad area is having loose seats.

            The passengers are about to break their jaws and heads sitting in chairs which have no bolts. No body is bothered getting them repaired.

              Dear sir/ madam, iam a frequent journey from hyderabad to banglore and found the facilities of tsrt are detonating day by day. During traveling from kphb hyderabad to banglore date on[protected], service no 1609 garuda plus not supplying any bed sheets in d ac service bus and also tv is kept just for name sake which the speakers are totally damaged and tv screen is very bad. My pain is our government is paying lots of money to these bus owners and they are not taking care of the facilities. If this is the case people will obviously peeper private services which in turn a loss to our government. Lastly kind note to the management that now a days people are seeing for the comfort and facilities and they are ready to pay the amount.
              Please consider this and save the government money which is in turn peoples money.

                Today morning at 9.15am near malakpet, just missed the accident with the bus which crossed our 2 wheeler from the right side of the bus. The driver's recklessness towards the life of a common man is unbearable. Please take necessary action so that he shouldn't repeat this and for the safety of the citizens.

                  Hello,
                  Why do you charge such an amount showing all those window dressing services

                  Right now am travelling in a superluxury from hyderabad to jagtial

                  Ts 21z 0070 korutla depot bus

                  U have charged showing services

                  Television
                  Charging sockets
                  Etc

                  Neither of them are working
                  I can't even find a tv in bus or out of bus
                  All these charging sockets are to make any pooja

                  I still believe these silly things would get a solution from you

                    My fiancee got on to hyd - karimnagar bus and searched for seats in the front. There weren’t any, told the same to the bus driver and asked for help. The bus driver was very rude and asked her to sit at the back beside boys. When she said how could she sit beside boys, he replied back rudely by asking her, if so why she had got onto his bus. This is the attitude of the bus drivers towards passengers. Please take some action so that no one else suffers. Vehicle number - ts02z0321. Date: 25th march 2018, time: 6:15.

                    Actually we are going to Lothkunta from Lalbazar, the conductor gave me 20/- per two persons then I asked him per head 5/-only, why are giving 20/- ticket, he rashly replied if want come in this bus otherwise get down from. So, then decide to complaint you to save passengers money and as well the good name TSRTC.

It is in black in color i have my atm card, id cards such as institute, aadhar and driving license, pendrive and money in it. What should i do? To whom should i approach?

                        Jbs bus station is having 3 atm's. None of the machine has money. It's difficult to go out and get money. This is not the first time am facing this issue. Either completely close the atms so that at least will not have the hope that we can draw the money in emergency in the station. Or keep the money in one of the machines

                        This is Shekar from Hyderabad, in any of the parking slots, every on is collecting 60 rupees per day, according to rule, they have to collect 20 rupees per day and if anyone ask about this, they are simply shouting on public in very bad manner. they looks like rowdy sheeters.

                            Bus no.115 (Koti-gandhinagar)
                            This bus has to stop in uppal ring road bus stop at 8:40 am in the morning daily but the driver will not stop the bus. We are getting late to the college every day.15-20 students will miss the bus by this. Though there is a bus stop he will stop the bus a 300 meters away from the bus stop. Girls are facing a problem to run behind that bus and catch it. I request you to solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

                              I booked bus at 10 am from karimnagar to hyderabad service number 7015 on 19 marc 2018 the i reported around 9.40 at bus stand and the bus came at 10.20 we were not given with a proper response. The reservation help desk incharge kp on calling the depo incharge and told it was on the way.. Finally the bus came at 10.20 n it will be late by half n hour by the time we wl reach the destination this is completely irresponsible

                                  Respected sir, i'm the resident of hashamabad and i'm a student. We the people of hashamabad suffering from the above problem from so many days that is buses are not stopping at hashamabad even when requested especially bus route no.300 mehdipatnam to uppal. Conductor will issue ticket to hashamabad bus stop but bus will not stop at hashamabad. Please make the buses stop at hashamabad.

                                    I am travelling from miryalaguda to hyderabad and as it is summer, i opted ac bus to travel and they gave a bottle of 500ml of water which costs 10rs in shop and tsrtc costing it 15rs and main thing is bottle container which is infront o[censored]s and it losts it elasticity and unable to hold water bottle and no wet tissues and no snacks carrier.

                                    Second main thing, we cannot adjust as it is not in good condition

                                    On service no 1069 from Hyderabad to Bangalore I booked a ticket 6days prior to the journey respected seat no 3 next to the second driver... Dispite my reservation done I had to go back sit because the driver feels discomfort to sleep...if it was the case why did even open booking in the front row next to the driver I demand an explanation asap

                                      I lost my purse in tsrtc bus

                                      Yesterday i lost my purse my purse when i was traveling from begumpet to uppal around 2-4 o'clock. I travelled in ordinary red color bus. First i travelled from shoppers stop to patny in no.10k bus & 10/18 no. Bus from patny to uppal bustop. Both r ordinary buses only. Purse contains my adhaar card[protected], pan card (Hpkps3975e), icici bank debit card & 300rs.
                                      Request u help in this regard.

                                      Few days back while travelling by 127 k/v (Jnnurm) bus around 7.30 pm i have taken ticket upto kothapet fruit market but that driver seriously told me that bus won't be stopped at fruit mkt stop n he won't stop the bus there. I am a bk mgr of public sector bk n travelling in d same route for the past 10 yrs but never faced problem like this. Even today also the same driver, when i catched the bus in dsnr bus stop both driver n conductor are chating at the entrance n all other passengers were occupied their seats. Almost bus is empty.. I only has entered into the bus n i also stand there in the entrance just beside the driver to take ticket as i have to get down in the next busstop. Very rashly driver told me to go inside or get down from his bus. I said, after taking ticket i will go inside and anyway no rush is there in the bus. But he didn't move his bus n said go inside otherwise i will stop the bus here itself. If his behaviour is like this i am ready to lodge compliant against him for his mis behaviour with ladies.. This 127 k /v will reach dsnr at 7.30 pm daily
