Few days back while travelling by 127 k/v (Jnnurm) bus around 7.30 pm i have taken ticket upto kothapet fruit market but that driver seriously told me that bus won't be stopped at fruit mkt stop n he won't stop the bus there. I am a bk mgr of public sector bk n travelling in d same route for the past 10 yrs but never faced problem like this. Even today also the same driver, when i catched the bus in dsnr bus stop both driver n conductor are chating at the entrance n all other passengers were occupied their seats. Almost bus is empty.. I only has entered into the bus n i also stand there in the entrance just beside the driver to take ticket as i have to get down in the next busstop. Very rashly driver told me to go inside or get down from his bus. I said, after taking ticket i will go inside and anyway no rush is there in the bus. But he didn't move his bus n said go inside otherwise i will stop the bus here itself. If his behaviour is like this i am ready to lodge compliant against him for his mis behaviour with ladies.. This 127 k /v will reach dsnr at 7.30 pm daily

It is observed that in most of the rtc bus stops the goods such as water bottles and other eatables are being sold at higher price than actual mrp. I have given my oral complaint to the concerned station official in jublee bus stand. He was asking for a written complaint, due to time constraint i couldn’t give the written complaint.

In every bus stop each shop should have sign board saying that all the goods must be sold at mrp otherwise the owner should be penalised for the applicable amount.

If this cannot be implemented we are ready to move to consumer forum against rtc.

Hi, this nagaraju paladugu, while i'm traveling from sadasivpet to patancheru[protected] @ sadasivpet point time 06:45pm) bearing bus no. Ts15z0126, the driver of the bus misbehaving with consumers with including me in vulgar language which is irritating to consumers. When we lost money it doesn't matter, but when we lost character its for everything. Please take an action on driver to control his vulgar language & behavior with consumers.

I have complain on the bus conductor (Lady bus conductor) of bus ap11z6099, she happens to take my 100 rupees and asks me to give change instead. While i was searching for the change she put the money somewhere and claims that i never gave her 100 rupees. I'm a student, every penny means alot to me. Kindly request you to take some action against her as she's yelling back at me for requesting my money own money.

Please provide more buses for bachupalli - waverock route as people are having problems at office timings from 8.00 am to 10.00 am.

Today in the 9.30 am bus almost two buses crowd accommodated and the driver is getting irritated that he can't see the side view mirror. He had to stop the bus on all stops and people also won't wait for the next bus as they have to reach office on time hence they had to travel on the foot board.

Kindly look into this matter as this problem we are facing for the last couple of years. I know, the roads are occupied with two, three and four wheelers school and college buses, the buses are getting stuck in the traffic due to which they are not able to come on time. We need a solution to avoid the traffic in nizampet road, as there is no other way to go to ameerpet or miyapur or hitech city.

Bus number ap28z4804.
I was waiting at red signal at balanagar x roads. The driver overtook my car from left to take right turn on green signal and hit my car, didn't even stop after he hit my car. When i pursued him and stopped him he starts abusive language and accused me of crashing into the bus. There's no dent on my car but full of scratches on the left side. Had i crashed into the bus how would i have scratches from back to front? I would in fact have a huge dent had i crashed into him as he said. He wasn't ready to listen my side of the arguement.
He took my car number and said he would find me and kill me if i go ahead with any legal actions.

I request you guys to take a serious action against this kind of rash and careless drivers. This guy was so rude and using foul language.

This is to bring to notice about the negligent behaviour of tsrtc staff..
Everytime i make a reservation in tsrtc the bus is delayed by 40 mins to 1.5 hour..
Despite collecting so much of service tax, gst, toll fee, reservation fee, it’s not fair to trouble people.
Frustrated with tsrtc i’m writing this complaint. This time i booked rajadhani bus from hyderabad to karimnagar which is supposed to start at 10.50.. It didn’t start till now (Now the time is 11.30) and i’m not sure when will it start also. A delay of 5 or 10 mins is acceptable.. For 1 hour is too much!
Actual ticket fare is 221 rupees.. They are charging 300 rs including gst, service tax, reservation fee, toll fee, etc etc

Today at around 9:20 pm the driver of the bus ap28z 176 almost crushed our car at madhapur. I saved myself and family somehow but the driver showed no remorse and continued to drive super rashly and in front of me almost hit another car.

This driver must be apprehended, terminated and out behind bars for putting people’s lives at risk.

Its been regular routine that buses particularly 211m buses are coming after a gap of 1 to 2 hrs... And the most disgusting thing is that 3 to 4 buses are coming back to back. And i don't know what all the officals are doing when all this things are going on, many people are suffering and no improvement regarding this problem even after so many complainst. We want answer for this problem as soon possible sir, please after this one.

Medchal bus depot bus morning time 7:30 at mmr gardens bowenpally conductor misbehaved on the issue of school bus pass of her children as they were of central school. The lady passenger sais only this todat they have scoll they are from central governament what they cac do. For this he told so many things like throw 5 rupees and talk, you r dyeing to give 5 rupees, this is my bus i will throw u down many more. The conductor is very arrogant fellow full of attitude he should inform first if not ask to take ticket but not i will throw u out.

Conductor number:212204 dilsuknagar depot. He was telling day pass will not work which was ticket no: 79099 taken on 28/02/2018 at 9:32 am and travelled on tsrtc bus from dilsuknagar to hayatnagar at 2:30pm sameday by taking another ticket.which was conductor wanted me to take the ticket or getdown and he using very bad language and rude behaviour.i am attaching ticket taken from him. Please take action against to him.

It is regretful that despite being a district and a thriving business centre, there are no regular buses to mahabubabad from hanamkonda. Citizens depend only on trains. For a state to develop fully and for increase in business and commerce, all districts are required to be well connected by public transport. So please start regular and frequent buses from hanamkonda to mahabubabad and return.

Driver is driving slowly and its already late for our works its been almost 1 hour 30 min. From uppal to aler in express bus kindly warn them about their refreshment timings. Conductor is not responding properly kindly take action against them against stopping the bus in middle and causing inconvinience to passengers

Hi.. I was traveling from hyd to kurnool in tsrtc garuda on 28th feb with service no 1297 and booked seats 5, 6, 7, 8 prior to the day of departure. After boarding, window seat no 5 was found not suitable to sit as driver has installed a sleeping bench 1 and 5. Seat 5 doesn’t have place to keep legs as it is completely occupied by the sleeping bench. When asked the associate, he asked me and my wife to sit separately in single seats available. When argued driver in front replied “either sit or get down”. I had to adjust as i was traveling with my wife and parents and didnt want to argue further.
First of all tsrtc shouldn’t have given that seat for reservation. It is unfair for the people who booked. I hope tsrtc blocks seat no 5 for passengers. Secondly even if this situation occurs, driver or associate should have spoken softly and arrange an alternative dual seat. And since its a mistake of tsrtc, their staff being very rude is leaving less faith on government buses.

I was traveling from balaji hospital to alugaddabavi at 7:40 i got into 90l/229 the number is apziz0152 the bus conductor asked if anybody wants the change and pointed out at me and said my size looks as though am foodie "thintuna size kada change thisko" i was controlling my anger later at alugaddabavi signals he started smoking.. Can he smoke in the bus? This was really a bad experience..

The driver of ts 08 z0069, made an accident today evening at around 8pm at moosapet crossroads to my car. And driver is arguing that these type of accidents and very roughly he said that this is government vehicle and you will not get any compensation. Request you to check and provide compensation.

I was travelling to viziawada from Hyderabad in TSRTC (TNA07786). They have stopped the bus for lunch at an unhygienic hotel( Sri Lakshmi narasimha hotel NH 65) . They kept board as APSRTC authorized hotel. They are selling meals @ 90 ruppes. No toilet facility. Many of busses will stop at that hotel because driver and conductor will get commission and free food facility. For the sake of their benefits they are playing with the health of Travellers. it is completely conflict of interests arises between hotel owners and tsrtc employees. And it's even negligence of food security department since they allowed hotel to run beside national highway. So I kindly request respective departments to take necessary actions as fast as possible. Here I am attaching ticket and proofs of photos.

My name is rakesh, yesterday on 19th feb 2018, 8:30pm i catch the bus at lal banglow stop, 10km metro bus was full rush i got seat near by door, window seat... As iam travelling at near sr nagar one guy trying to sit in the seat, he took the support of wide lenght rod which is attached to the window mirrors, and that rod was broken and hit my head very strongly... Im suffering with headache... This isthe condition of city buses, where do we get safe travelling, and the conductor was very bad, not even responding to me while i hit by the rod... The bus number is (Ap 11z 6114).
The bus condition was very bad even though bus driver driving very rash... I need a reply to this i got the pictures of bus and broken rod.

My self vinod kumar konala, working as navigating officer in merchant navy. My wife working in kodad depot as amf - mechanical.
Today i. E[protected] when i travelled in the bus from mgbs to kodad, he not allowed the family pass number 181943 which is valid up to[protected].
When i asked him for the reason he answered very rudely stating that complaint whom ever u want.
With a very painful heart i'm writing a letter for the justice
I'm attaching you the ticket as well as the family pass details below.

I was travelling in metro express bus from patancheru to koti,
I gave 50 rupees note to conductor and asked ticket to s.r Nagar, the ticket cost is 20rupees, I found 20 rupees note in my wallet and gave to conductor to return my 50rupees note, but conductor blaming me that 20 ruppes given by him, I asked to check once, but he behaving very rash upon me and scolding me with rubbing words
So please take action on conductor .
