We have booked 3 tickets from Khammam to Hyderabad in Super luxury bus with service number 8686. Date of journey is 28th June, 2017 at 11:40 pm. The driver is very care less and he keeps on delaying the departure despite of many requests from the passengers to start the bus on time. But he never listened to anyone and finally he started the service at 12:30 am which is almost 1 hour late. We have faced these kind of incidents many times....

I have waited for the 222bus from 5 to 6:43 in gvk 1 bus stop, around 1:43 hrs. There is no 222 metro bus, 4ac buses came mean while. What is this thing, you guys are cheating the public. Common people are waiting like this many hours. Mean while you are relesing the ac buses. Normal metro buses are going 1 by 1 without maintaining timings properly. Like this it is happend many times. Sir, yesterday evening i was travelling in 222a bus. At about 6:40pm i boarded 222a bus. The bus driver was driving the bus in a reckless manner, sitting one side stylishly and applying the brakes for every two minutes. He was driving the bus very speed and applying the brakes when any vehicle goes in front almost taking his bus on that vehicle whether it is four wheeler or two wheeler. He don't even bother to take the bus near the persons...

I have boarded the bus in sr nagar bus stop on 26/06/2017 @ 10pm in the night with bus no (Ap11z6939) metro express bus which belongs to miyapur depot and asked the conductor to give ticket upto kukatpally. He had given me ticket frm nims to kukatpally after checking the ticket i have asked him this is sr nagar and why you had given me ticket from previous stop. I am adithya. I was travelling from godavarikhani to hyderabad on 25th june 2017 in 11:55 pm bus with service no:7192.

Just like most of the time bus reached after half an hour of the departure time by 12:30 and arrived at 5:25, which is more than half an hour late. But i didn't raise any concern for it.

I was a bit sleepy and was unable to get down on time at jbs, then conductor of the same bus started abusing...

Dear sir/madam.
This your passenger who is travelling from vijayawada to hyderabtad. (Tsrtc) but driver collected fare from nandigam to mgbs. Total fare collected rs. 379+90= 470/-.

Please explain. If i'm starting in vijayawada why i should pay from nandigam.

Today (June 23rd) 2017, service # 7174 from jbs to knr which was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 pm was delayed by an hour and started at 8:50, please take strict actio n against the driver/conductor. Also, the enquiry desk was clueless and least helpful. If this is the case, why have reservations and charge booking/convenie nce fees for the whole lot of inconvenience caused? Please dont take passengers for a "ride"....

I lost my luggage in tsrtc warangal local bus it is route no : 11 from kazipet to warangal via kakatiya university cross road. As i was 75 years old i am kindly asking you to solve this problem in this regard.

It's my humble request to the tsrtc to provide super luxury buses from karimnagar to nizamabad... There is not even a single bus.. Being a democratic country u need to think about the luxury of people... When u can start mini garuda buses for hyderabad.. Y not from knr to nzbd?? People in d express buses fall on each other being drunk... Lots of people r suffering... But most of the people being from village r unable to express it to u......

I took bus with no. Ts 07z4016 on 20/06/2017 at 01:05pm at ramnagar mee seva bus stop. The usual charges from there to dilsuknagar bus stop is rs 13/-. But now the conductor punched for rs15/-. And said that there is no bus stop at mee seva. And he charged me from bus bavan. But i boarded at mee seva. Plz take this seriously and take action soon.

On 16/06/2017, i travelled on tsrtc bus from bangalore to hyderabad with service number 1428. Driver name is veeraiah. Number [protected]. Actual time of arrival to hyderabad is 5:00am. But we reached at 7:30 am. When we asking about this to driver he is very rash with passengers and saying that "this is not your dad's bus. I wil drive lik dis only. On the route from rajendra nagar to koti bus no.95 k at time 1:25 pm on date i. E. 16/6/2017 didn't stop on bus stop at danamma jhopdi. As i was in very hurry and in a important work. As it was very important for me as though i didn't had even friday prayer.
The bus didn't stop on bus stop then a person with some really serious work how can will he manage when there no other transport for him.
So i request you...

Sir i'm a regular commutter of nalgonda and devarakonda and especially when i travel through bus no. Ap24ta3124 the behavior of conductor is very bad he will scold to very one and specially for poor and old are treated very badly by him and he even cheats with the old ladies and by not giving return money or change to them, so please take action against him to crub his egoiestic nature i hope you will solve this problem very soon. Today i. E on 12th june 2017 i travelled in 86j which is travelling from jiyaguda to secunderabad. I gave money to conductor when i boarded the bus in ramnagar gundu she dint give me the change and when i reached my stop at warasiguda i asked her the change and she started scolding me. She used many bad words.
Her behaviour is not good with any of the passengers.

Please take severe action or at least teach her good manners...

The bus 195 (Ts 07 6282) at jntu used to come at around 21:20 which is already a late timing, but today they crossed limits, the bus came at 22:30 exact. This was too much. And when i humbly asked to the conductor and the driver, they replied rashly. I had night shift of my job. Due to this late, i will be given negative remark in my office, plz correct the timing of this bus. Especially evening timings. Thank u......

Bus has to come at 23:45 but 2 hours over driver not picking phone, kindly give answer for these why should you keep date and times for these type of services, if we come 5 mins late you won't waite, is there good service, i want your reply for these pls ihave called more then 10 calls but not picking the phone....

Hi, i and my husband have travelled today (08/06/2017) from waverock nanakramguda to fever hospital stop in 113m/w metro luxury ac bus. Regn no is ts9z 7665. Boarded at around 9.15pm and got down at 10.20pm. The bus driver was driving very rash and overtaking every other vehicle on the way in a very high speed. He was overtaking even a bike also. Finally we have reached fever hospital. There were many people getting down at that stop and...

I want to file a complaint against bus driver who was driving very rash overtaking many vehicles, such drivers should not be encouraged because careless/rash driving of such drivers could risk the life of all passengers.

Bus number tn-a16347 (Super luxury) on 2nd june 2017 travelling from mgbs to hanmakonda at 11pm...

The cement road layed in the colony is half finished and left to be incomplete causing from the past 6 months.
The difference in the heights of the roads between the completed part and the incomplete part is too much and causing a lot of inconvinience and accidents.
Please do the needfull before the accidents' count reaches an alarming figure.
