This bus driver has very rash driving. He intendedly tried to crash me against divider and i was at the speed of 40kmph near central bus stand (Cbs). My bike had skidded as i applied sudden breaks. What if i get crashed and fall to other side of the road. I don't encourage such drivers on road. Hope you take strict action, so i need you people to take the action against such drivers as soon as possible to ensure hyderabad roads be safe..

AP29 Z, 868 Narsampet Depo bus condition is too worst. Please do it's proper maintenance. This bus is giving lot of vibrations. It's not fit for Express Service.

Ts 15z0154 patancheru to jublie bus the driver n cobducter not stopping the bus n busstand ..if any one question them y r u not stopping the bus they behaving rudely on passengers n using vulger language...so pls take action on them...i[censored] dont then no one dare to travel in rtc busses.

    Today 02.08.17 time between 5 to 6.30 on club road before jubilee bustand circle (After patny circle towards patny to tirumalgiri route) kantonment depot bus, driver have given me dash i were on 2 wheeler with family, pls check cc cameras which is avb at that circle and make to realize the driver, and pls give him proper training before making any disaster

      loss of bus pass

      Date of incident 02/08/2017
      Place of incident ecil bus stop
      Time morning 8:30am
      When i was in the bus i took the pass and showed to the conductor and kept in my pocket but i think it slipped in the bus
      It was a 24s bus
      My bus pass is lost and the register id of my pass application is [protected]
      Please i want a new pass issued
      I request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass...

      104a bus route is from koti to almasguda. This buses never comes on time and when it comes continuesly 5, 6 buses comes at a times. Now i have been waiting for my bus since an hour in meerpet mean while 5 buses came from koti to almasguda but no bus is coming in return. This is not first time it happens every time. I request you guys to maintain at least one bus per hour. But here all the buses comes at a time. Please maintain buses in certain time.

        Bus no is ap 11 z 2631 belongs to kukkatpally depot

        Conductor of this bus is very rude he don't deserve a public service job and he don't even have manners
        Am in his son age he at least have any curtesy
        Using an abusing language
        He is in a responsible position for that duty he don't have patience

          complaint on conductor

          Hi am vijay, actually my sister had a reservation with cat card on service no:- 8874, on 30/7/2017 but she forgot the cat card, conductor not allowing to enter in bus, we know that there is a rule if any one forgot the cat card they should pay the excess amount, conductor saying that there is no rule like that, he harass like a rowdy. This is bad experience. We get to know that why all are going on private travels. Very bad service you are...

          A bus service was cancelled without any information provided to passenger who was already booked the tickets. Our precious time was spoiled by the service provider of telangana transport department.. Who will be responsible for this action and they were not provided our money back and they were also not informed for 2hours of bus delay so please take a action against the service provider of these public organization.

            Facing difficulty in bus due to croud (Ac bus 218). I am unsatisfied of fecility even though it cost much. I can't even get a seat in it (Now ac bus monthly pass worth 2150rs) even though we are affording for it in order to get better transport facility. But in stood of getting better facility. We are facing same problem as we are facing in ordinary bus.

              My name is deepak thakur and my working location is sagar society banjara hill road no 2. Sir i have a complain in this route your bus service is very very very bed. I am always waiting perday 40 to 45 minute in patany bus stand but your buses come too much late sir i request you even my all company staff rewuest you please improve your services in this route.                 This is to bring your kind notice that, as i have applied student bus pass for three months but at the bus pass counter he is not accepting my application form for three months and he said that he will issue only monthly bus pass. As per government rules student can apply bus pass for three months, but the bus pass issuer is responded rudely with me. So i request you to notice this and take further actions.

                  I have lost my mobile device, moto e4 plus - iron grey, in bus number 127 k, vehicle number ap 11 z 62, this morning. The bus was a city ordinary, and i had taken my ticket from the female bus conductor at exactly 9:12 a. M. I was seated on the last row of the bus, against the back windows. I had the phone in my pant's right pocket, until i got off and realized that i had lost possession of my phone. I request for any information regarding the same.

                    I lost my wallet in bus today 28.07.2017 at stop miyapur metro station/kaliwari temple.

                    Bus was from ecil to lingampally in the morning 8am and i dropped at kaliwari temple at 10.30 am.

                    I was having appx 1509 rs in wallet and icici bank atm card and aima student card.

                    Request you to please help in this regard.

                    Yesterday I lost my purse my purse when I was traveling from begumpet to uppal around 2-4 O'clock. the purse contains my Adhaar card[protected], pan card(Hpkps3975E), ICICI bank debit card & 300rs.
                    Request u help in this regard.

                    I lost my purse on 21st Oct, 2018 when i was traveling from Lakdikapool to Hafeezpet (Bus No: TS11Z6899, Koti to Patancheru). I have doubtful of my backside couples because after my drop they changed their seats towards front and dropped at lingampally at 2:00 pm as per conductor(i chased the bus and met conductor at patancheru bus dippo). My purse contais Rs.1720 and ICICI Credit and Debit cards, syndicate debit card more 3 debit cards and My Aadhar, PAN, Voter cards also. In my purse there are two mobile numbers if any one found call or post plz.

                      Location : jubliee checkpost
                      Date: 28.07.2017
                      While getting down at jubliee check post he asked me to getdown at crossing only i told him that i will getdown at bustop only. For that he argued with me unnecessarily. I have experienced 3 situations like this. This time i notes down the bus number and details. The bhaviour of rtc drivers made me to raise a complaint. Please consider this complaint and do the needful. Sometimes drivers are not stopping the buses at bustops

                        Hello tsrtc dep

                        We never expect such a volgur behaviour from tsrc bus driver.
                        Why tstrc send us message with driver number when we book a ticket. I think to call the driver and enquire the bus status. But mr. Babu bus diver of 8203 hnk to banglore says why should we pick the call and we don't pick call go and complain to any higher authority no one can touch me. He is such a rouge he speaks very bad language
                        I don't know tsrtc will take action on him

                          Im travelling from nellore to sri kalahasthi.. We boarded from nellore at 5.15 am.. We dont know anything regarding bus details.. We are just asking conductor aboit stoppings.. He is just such a rougue that his way of answers are bloody illiterate.. He himself acting as a owner of the bus. Bloody conductor and im chartered accountant proffessional.. Will u hire such people on ur transport corporation?

                          Ts 21z 0008 jagithyala depot bus.. Morning 5.30 at nellore.. Track the conductor and punish such a rougue.. He is just scolding all the passengers.. Just remove like that illiterate people

                            Some o[censored]r buses like ordinary sr nagar to indira park collecting 11/- (113/y/k, h)
                            Some are collecting 10/- because they are mentioning to stop as sudarsan
                            And metro busses collecting in the above manner like 13, 14 rupees

                            113/i/k the bus not stopping at the rk muth stop if he stops for hardly 1/2 secon
                            Between 7:20 pm to 7:40 pm. The people wainting for the bus approximately 30 members.
                            Pls look in to the matter and inform to the depot for the assistance.

                              I have tried to book ticket on[protected] at 14:42 hours at tgsrtc52478 by vajra bus from hyderabad (Kphb) to warangal (Pochammamaiadan) but amount of rs.298/- was debited to my credit card and transaction was failed and ticket was not booked. When i contacted kphb booking clerk, he told me that amount will be refunded to you within 24 hours and asked me to book another ticket. Accordingly i have booked another ticket by using credit card.

                              So far, amount was not returned to me. I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the same.

                                This is very pathetic bus drivers are in sorry. Buses are not stopping in stop untill people get inside. I don't know why drivers are in so hurry. Especially at ngri stop people are getting inside running buses. Who is responsible for there life. Why can't drivers stop untill they get inside. If no action from your side i will be directly complaint in court with sign and copy of this complaint. This is vialation of human rights and traffic rules. If no action i will take this further.

                                Ap29z4337 ktdm depot was travelling ktdm to mngr.we are requested to stop at ASWAPURAM colony gate.it was ordinary bus.what is the reason not stopping the bus that's why the people giving choice to private buses .I need the reply . Otherwise I'll complaint to higher officials. The bus was belonging to kothagudem depot.

                                  Good day!

                                  With respect on the tsrtc, this is regarding misbehavior of a city bus conductor on 11/07/2017 at tarnaka, time 12:58 pm with bus vehicle no ap11z371, he was using abusive language when i was asked to issue ticket from secunderbad to tarnaka, he intended to give wrong ticket from other boarding point. When i asked about it, he rudely behaved and abused me. Please suggest me if i need to go police station or consumer court on this issue.

                                  Could you please look in to the issue and take action as appropriate.

                                    When iam going home from my office near ashok nagar to secunderabad, bus no. 20 p was not stopped in the ashok nagar bus stop when the bus is free yesterday i. E., on[protected] evening 6:30pm. Before that one ordinary bus passed away with heavy passengers with footboarding and after that metro express came and he didn't stop the bus at the bus stop even we running back to the bus and shouting also. Along with me another 3 ladies also available in the stop totally 4 ladies including me.
                                    Please take necessary action on certain things which can help others will not do the same as its raining in the evening time and no bus shelter also.

                                    At khairtabad bus stop I was unable to get down so was trying to get down and conductor is watching but didn't stop the bus and very badly arguing.. Bus number113 k/l Ap11z 6538..customer service isyour responsibility.. But here in telangana conductors and drivers r thinking that the buses r their own...
