I have booked two tickets costing 648rs from mgbs - godavarikhanil with seat nos 13 &14 in service no.7235 on 22 feb 2017 at 13:26. My money was debited from my account but i didn`t get any message or mail stating about my ticket conformation.
I have gone to my booking history but the ticket was not conformed. I demand you to refund my money as soon as possible.

I am traving to Hyderabad from nizamabad in ac bus. You charging ac bus fare from me but in the bus ac is not working if ac is not why your charging that much amout from me the bus no is ap15z0036 and date of traveled 24/02/2017 departure time is 1:10pm from nizamabad
At Mahatma Gandhi bus station, all bike parking stands, (Display) per day is Rs 20 and person at the stand is collecting Rs 40 per day.
He behaved rude and insulted me, when i argued for the same.
I sincerely request the management to take necessary action, as it is burden to customers like, who travel for longer time due to health reasons.

    The 250s shakthi sai nagar to secbad via (nacharam/mallapur) buses of ranigunj-1 is running from past 4yrs, and there was a changing of depot from one depot to other depot on govt rules.
    The buses are not coming on time and taking 15/20 min extra time from the given time table, the drivers are driving very slow and taking lots of time to reach destination.Our nearest depot is chengicherla and 250c 49m/250c are from chengicherla only on same route.so please change the 250s buses depot to chengicherla from rangunj-1!so please change the depot faster and as soon as possible.It is our request! Please!

    Change the 250s buses depot from ranigunj-1 to chengicherla.ranigunj-1 depot buses are not maintaining proper timing and coming late;the drivers are poor in driving and can't able to reach the bus to destination on time;Our nearest depot is chengicherla and change the depot of 250s to chengicherla from ranigunj-1.As faster and as soon as possible please! It is our request.

    All buses of 250c, 49m/250c are running from chengicherla depot except 250s.ranigunj-1 depot people are so lazy in maintaining time etc.so change 250s bus depot to chengicherla.

      Dear sir, I booked ticket in TSRTC by online, my ticket no.53723458, I reached the JBS by 11.30 and repetadly asking about the when bus will come?.

      Actual timing :11.40 at JBS

      They don't have any answer to reply me, now I am waiting for 85 minutes and I repetadly requested them to reply if bus will delay then I will go by another bus.

      I came from airport RGIA and this is irresponsible of authority to waste time of a passingers.

      Please take action on who is responsible for this issue otherwise will go forward against you.
      &
      I got call from this number +[protected] and said the service was cancelled 00.58 and they even not giving the details of where I got call ( he said only his first name Mr.sai)

      I personally requested Mr.Singh(JBS-SM) to arrange and he arranged seat no.36 in service no.7235 to Karim nagar

      I paid ticket of ₹195.00

      Till now I haven't get any cancel message from the website/ authority

          I took TSRTC Garuda plus service no.1327 bus from Ongole to Hyderabad Ameerpet stop on 10th February 2017 and booked tickets for this journey in online portal, Abhi bus, for two passengers, ticket number[protected]for me and my 11 year old daughter). Though I booked the online ticket, he gave me the ticket again forcefully charging me with 584 Rs from Ongole to Miyapur stop, Hyderabad ( overcharged me here also by booking until Miyapur though I booked my online ticket till Ameerpet)saying that the half ticket rule doesn't exist for 11 years old without hearing to what I am saying and created a mess and abused me verbally. If it's not a rule, then how come I have booked the ticket for my daughter?
          He did not even stop at destination and he asked to leave on the middle of the road.
          I would request you to take action against the driver who misbehaved with me and overcharged me for which I unnecessarily lost my money.

            The buses travelling to RGIA from different stations such as ARMOOR, BODHAN, NIRMAL, ADILABAD are stopping at a dhaba for half an hour and making inconvenience to the passengers. Passengers who travel to airport doesn't have any problem but passengers who travel to JBS, MGBS are troubling as the bus stops at NEW HITECH DHABA which is nearby to TOOPRAN TOLL PLAZA . Kindly check the same and the problem to be solved.

              My father and I took the bus from Mallapur (117), my father requested to stop the bus and as soon as my father got into the bus - driver starting using flithy and useless words towards him. Please understand we are educated civilians and the driver is given a job to help public and he is paid public money for that.
              If a driver can talk anything he likes just because he is given a job, he is nowhere if people stop travelling by bus. Please help in this regard and give some knowledge to drivers to talk and communicate not just taking public money and giving utterly poor service which does not have any standard.                 Bus conductor behaviour is not good, i ask ticket for raigiri, but without any querry he charge Rs 51 from uppal to yadgirigutta, he did not tell me that there is no stop for raigiri.
                When i asked for extra charge, he rudely responce. Its very bad thing.
                Please take favourable responce so that in future he should not cheat to other person.

                  On 29 january 2017, around 4 pm, near keyes high school before blue sea, the driver of the bus rashly and vehemently hit my maruthi 800 on the left front side, damaging the head light and side panel. My aged father was sitting got shock and he is still nervous. On explaining the bus driver was very rude and took his vehicle and went away, since the police station near teresa statue has been shifted to patny.
                  I approached the duty officer mr. Srisailam who also saw the damage and asked to wait till the bus returns from its destination. The car is damaged, my father is affected and i have lost my peace of my mind. The damage of the vehicle cost to be reimbursed by the rash driver. I need a justice, for the cruel act of the driver.

                    I am Sindhuja, citizen of India, Hyderabad. This is regarding the bus facility and the problem people are facing due to lack of buses.
                    The buses travelling from Koti to Borabanda (45F) were very less in number between 10AM to 12M(not even 1 bus) .Buses were diverted and last stop to get get down has changed to ESI.
                    And due to which people are facing difficulty to travel borabanda and the respective places. So, I kindly request you to increase the no. of 45F buses and help the people in having safe and comfortable journey.

                      Hi Team,

                      Please be informed that there was an instance today( 28th jan 2017) we booked the bus from ECIL Kapra to Bangalore but the bus didnot stop in the stop however When we called the drive it was told that no one was there in the stop. A woman with 65 years has suffered and has to come to moulali and borad the bus . What is the point giving the point as ECIL Kapra? The driver was rude and was not even responsible for answering to the passenger. What is the kind of service that you guys are maintaining. Govt buses should provide good service than the private buses..

                        Hello,
                        When we take luxary services, we expect the service providers to be more professional. But few are not upto the mark to provide good service.
                        This is to get to your notice that the conductor (Name : Kalpana) is saying cheap words for asking change. She seriously needs counselling how to behave with people. Intentionally she avoided giving change even though i asked twice and she had so much change (i could hear), while i am stepping down asked, then she shouted cheap words saying to the driver. I have noticed her most of the times distracting the driver and chit chatting always standing there. Mostly about parties and daughter in australia buying houses.

                        She does not even go inside to give tickets and ask everyone with a rude tone to take ticket from where she is standing, though the bus is empty.

                        She ind of carrying rude behaviour with passengers for no reason. These kind of people are not fit in the luxury buses.

                          Bus No:07Z3997.
                          Bus-Depot: Miyapur-1 depot.
                          Bus route: (Miyapur to Ramoji Film City).
                          I got into deluxe bus at chaitanyapuri and asked ticket for my destination i.e "chintalkunta-checkpost" which is next stop after lbnagar while going to hayathnagar. she gave me ticket where it is printed as
                          Stating point is: DSNR
                          Destination point: ANGUR BAGH.
                          and the BusTicket price is printed as Rs14-00ps which is more than the actual destination.
                          But while going from chintalkunta-checkpost to Dilshuknagar in ordinary bus the ticket fare is only Rs9-00ps .
                          This is the mistake of conductor, not actually knowing about the bus-stops and ticket fares for the destination stops, and giving tickets of higher fares.
                          I really feel she must be penalised then only they can stop these kind of things and may not repeat the things.

                            I was unable to reserve bus from Khammam to Hyderabad. So on 18th Jan 2017 I got onto a express bus AP20Z0095 (inside bus).
                            Normal charge is around 200/- INR but he charged all at 294/- INR which is 150% to original.
                            When I checked ticket to know how it printed that huge I noticed A:1 C:1 where I travelled alone.

                            We asked driver on fare details, he answered it is a special bus, and nowhere it is mentioned that it is a special bus.
                            Bus no. in ticket i see something diff from above mentioned number. Attached the ticket for your reference.

                              Hello...we booked 3 tickets to go urgent in the service number 1194 from Hyderabad to Ongole...The bus started one hour late...No one to respond...The Driver is so arrogant...No respect towards Passengers... He don't have minimum Courtesy to respond when a question being asked... This might be the reason people opting Private Travel where in there are plenty of Buses going with very minimal Occupancy...

                                I reserved on line ticket for the service 8310 vide Ticket No. 53545151 from Hyderabad to Hanmkonda and boarding point at KPHB. The scheduled time for boarding was 10.55 AM on 16.01.2016. UID:4452
                                When I reached the boarding point at about 10.30 AM the attender at the counter informed that the service had left already at 10.15 AM. The Driver Mr Sampath Staff No 652859 when contacted by your agent informed that he had reached Uppal by that time.
                                I was advised to cancel the ticket since the service is not available.
                                My enquiries, to TSRTC complaint cell on Phone Nos[protected] who inturn directed me to another contact no.[protected], yielded no proper response. I don't understand why and how the bus could leave much ahead of the scheduled time ( about one hour before time) without even informing and bothering about the passenger or atleast your agent at the boarding point KPHB.
                                I think TSRTC rightly deserves the plight at which it is standing today and fit to be privatized as they are so unconcerned and indifferent towards passengers.

                                  This is really embarassing moment to talking about your services! Today (On 13th january 2017 at 07:30 pm) your driver from ap11z 6696 bus number 10h secunderabad to kondapur hit my hyundai verna at paradise circle secunderabad! And my vehicle got damaged with lots of scratches! When i stopped your driver and talked about what kind of driving it is, the reply i received from that person was seriously ridiculous! He was saying what happened, these kind of things happen with very reckless reply! Sir i have a doubt why and how do you guys give license and give vehicles to these kind of guys and sending onto roads and creating nonsense and killing innocent public like me! Who will give money to get remove those scratches sir? Please kindly respond me! I am going to take this situation to oracle level! I felt seriously embarrassed about your drivers and services! Please respond me immediately!

                                    I'm traveling from Hyderabad to Kallur(Khammam), I have a reservation at 6.40pm and I went to mgbs bus stand at 6.30. Bus started at 7.30 and people are standing in the bus through entire journey. A mother with new baby is also standing... 4 hours she is sitting by holding that baby 5hours her husband is sitting holding that baby. Government can't even provide a good bus service even at festival time. By the time I went to my place my legs got swallowed. Not only me so many people are suffering. They are taking the ticket and they are standing for 9 hours. This is not fair. Common are paying taxes as well but government is not providing services. Can you please look into this problem and solve it. I hope at least for the next festival people should not suffer

I was informed that there is no break at jcl.. But as we reached jcl bus driver shouted that there is break time. When i askd him why is takng break.. He was using abusive n vulgar language n took a beak..

                                      We the public are not his servants, infact they are here for public service...

                                      I request the authority to look into the matter n warn him so that he will not repeat it coz even ladies n all will be travelling.. They feel uncomfortable

                                        I reached Paryatak Bhavan, Hyderabad at 0620 hrs on[protected] to catch the bus to go to Shamshabad airport.This bus starts from Jubilee Bus Stand, Secunderabad and reaches Paryatak Bhavan and leaves for airport at
                                        0630 hrs..The controller at Paryatak Bhavan tried to contact his counterpart at Jubilee Bus Stand to find out whether the bus had started from there.

                                        It was astonishing to note that the bus had not started...
