Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding the problem we are facing with the public transportation from USHA MULLAPUDI HOSPITAL to KPHB main road.
We have only one Bus 195/171(jeedimetla depot to Waverock) at 8 AM .
Many people had to travel to kphb everyday, we had bus facility to KPHB only via Balanagar which is very long and it takes around one hour . We have Autos from UMCC Hospital to KPHB but they adjust 8 people(including driver) which is very difficult and uncomfortable . Many people are facing difficulty but are not sure for whom to address this issue.
Please provide Bus facility from UMCC hospital towards kphb

    Yesterday night[protected], around 8.00PM) near Y Junction, TSRTC metro city bus hit my car (Maruthi Alto K10) from behind. Due to which there is a damage of Light sets, Dicky and rear bumper are severely damaged. The bus driver is also very negligently responding with rude behavior.

    I Also lodged a complaint in Kukatpally-PS today morning but no progress as of now.

    The details of bus driver, conductor details and bus number are given as part of attachment given below which i obtained from the Police personnel who visited the location of incident. Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible.

    Also note that today[protected] i gave my car in repair shop of maruthi authorised dealer. The Net expenses i have to bear after reimbursement from insurance company is Rs.5000 (Approx).

      Hello Sir,

      The service running between Srisailam and Hyderbad bus Super delux service number 1269 have the corrupt Driver and Conductor .

      After the reserved seats chart is prepared the remaining seats where sold at a higher rate by the driver and conductor to persons who where ready to pay more price then the ticket price. There where 7 seats vacante when I approached whether any seats where available or not, The driver said that there were around 7 Seats and he will issue after some time. But Another person approached the driver for the same tickets for a higher price . So the driver sold the tickets to the person who paid more for it even I was first in the queue. The conductor and driver together are running this business. And when I complained them that this is not correct they started to shout at me and said you can complain anywhere nothing can be done to them. I have taken the bus number and driver and conductor pics. Could you please take some action on these driver and conductor. All this happened on Dec 27th 2016 4.30 PM .

        This is fifth time i am complaining about this depot.
        I don't whether this complaint reaching to higher authorities or not.
        Sir this depot maintains very bad service towards yellandu, in the morning they run only two serbices. One is at 7am and other is at 9 am.
        Because of this students are facing huge problem to go to the school in kothagudem from intermediate villages.

        Please kindly resolve this by running one more bus in mean time

          We started our journey from secundetabad to Nampally on 8c route bus no. AP 24 z 3444. Near LB STADIUM with out intimation bus diverts via abids GPO. we asked the driver that other buses are going ( route 20P and 9 ).. Than he using vulgar language ( are bhadkav lara digits digu leka pothe ledu ... Bus GPO Meedugane pothundi) ...
          Please take necessary action on that bus driver...

            30 November 5 45 I got into bus from himaythnagar to uppal. I asked for a ticket to Church stop but the conductor said he will give me modern bakery ticket but will make sure that I get down when signal is red. Before 5 minutes to signal I came forward to bus driver. He looking at me started shouting and using foul language to tell me to go back. I asked why he was shouting and his reply was in telugu foul language. Conductor politely asked me to move back because the driver is "like that only". I told him this is not how to treat people, and I would make sure the complain goes to authority to which he replied "First get down and then lets see".

            I am a student who rarely uses public transport. I don't see a reason why a person should be shouted and called names like "Nee Abba". It's really disgusting. I hope this complain gets quick reply to whom so ever concerned. And I also hope that the bus driver and conductor would be suspended. This is not how our state should function. I being a telugu person understood what he was saying but what if it was a non - hyderbadi?
            Is this how TSRTC treats people who pay money and get into bus?

            The moment I got down the bus, I made sure to click pictures.
            Hope for a quick reply. To restore my faith in public transport.
            Also I hope TSRTC wouldn't want this matter to be shared through any social media platform.

                This is Manoj Kumar madhani.Regurly I travelling Bhongir to Secunderabad on morning 7:00am. But today when I take the ticket she is there is no change and written in backside and says collect the dropping stop I say ok. But when I dropped at my stop she gives 2rs less than the actually price I asked to her why you give less than actually price simple she says I don't have the change and the answer was giving negligence and miscommunication. The change is not the matter but the way of communicating is very badly. I attached the photo copy document for your reference. Please take the proper action on her.

                  I was travelling in 7z bus no 9464, conductor id no. 212350 on 09 nov 2016 at 17:49:59 hr from LB Stadium to Secbad.I was giving Rs 100 note, Rs1 coin and Rs 2 coin, the ticket cost Rs 11 and she gave me back Rs 2 coin, but not Rs90 change. I asked her for change and she replied "i'l check and give" after sometime i asked her again and she replied "station is far i'll check and i'll give u." When i reached my destination I asked her again. She refused to give me the change, and said I didn't giver her Rs 100 note. She was using harsh language and tald me to complain her if i wanted to. She was even forcing me to get down from the bus. I also learned from other passenger that she refused to give change of lower denomination also. I request you to kindly take necessary action so that this kind of incident doesn't happen to anyone in the future. Thank you.

                    I have boarded from buddaram to wanaparthy on an express bus dated 1st november at around 3:20 pm. Bus number ap36z 0068. I was travelling with my wife. He has used a lot foul language on us. I did not want to fight with him and expecting a resolution from the formal complaint cell of tsrtc. This is not the expected behavior of the tsrtc bus conductor

                      Missed the Travel Such a Reckless ness and No where communicated for departure of the Bus Just Moved out bus infront of my eyes after ticket booking at ticket counter with in 2 minutes. Not even a call from Conductor or Driver.Even after asking to Depot manager for this, Rudley behaved.Saying that in Depot Manager Words "cant you read out the printout the ticket & See the Bus with your eyes and Replied it is my mistake. Buy a new ticket. What you can do with me..? Complain any one you can."And for asking a complaint Book, Said( in telugu) "Enduku Raa.. Sachhipotunnav idigo white paper.. Rasko Complaint. Neev ticket teeskunna Bus kooda miss ipotav ra.." Due to this, .. I have purchased a new ticket.. And loss of 125 rupees.

                        I traveled with my friend to srisalam 15 days before dasara festival. i booked the tickets threw online.BUS NUMBER AP28Z 3332 when i entered to the bus. the condition of the seats are so horrible.ALL MOST OF ALL SEATS ARE SAME. I DIDNT GET SINLE SEAT HYGIENIC. maximum travelers (who do not book) they got down to saw the condition of the bus.i didnt get down because i booked the tickets. i dont know why you people still running that bus to that type ghat roads.please change the bus .. Lot of Pilgrims are come to see from the other states also. if they see that condition of that tsrtc they will scold like any thing. please increase the facilities to the pilgrimage save the TSRTC.

                          Please add local buses from L.B Nagar to Lingampally Route no 216.In morning timings there are very less buses in this route we are facing problems with the flow of buses.If possible add 2 or 3 Air-condition buses, buses will be full with people.                             I’m working in karvy computer share pvt ltd gachibowli, we don’t have any company transport facility, we all are depend upon the tsrtc buses, so many employees staying in hostels and bachelors rooms in some of the near areas, we are working in night shifts and our shift timing is 9.00 pm to 5.30am in that time we are not having buses in that time, so please provide the some of the buses to our employees.

                              From kothoor to shamshabad bus buses allways carry only bags of vegetables and the milk cans only . There is no place to passengers . More than 50% of the busses all everyday occupies with luggage only. And the passengers are coming by hanging in the foot board .How dangerous it is. More than 4 auto luggage will be there in every bus . How daily going employees or students suffers by travelling by hanging dangerously .

                                When our bus stopped at Siddipet new bus stand I had got down for buying water bottle.Though the mrp on the bottle is Rs.20 everyone who has stall within the bus stand are charging Rs.25 from the passengers.Try to solve this issue as it's prevailing in each and every bus stand of our state.I hope action will be taken and passengers get benefitted.I am requesting you to show us that you are for the sake of public for whom we will be very much grateful.Because of the ignorance by higher officials lakhs of people are being humiliated just by few hundreds of stall owners.

                                    This is to bring to your attention that there is a very less frequency of buses with no. s 86j, 86k, 107jd (from secunderabad to koti n dilsukhnagar) via warasiguda, arts college stop, jamai osmania, adikmet, ramnagar gundu...) between 07.30 a. m to 08.00 a. m from arts college bus stop. i being a resident of one of those areas is facing a lot of problem as i have to take tsrtc buses to reach ramnagar gundu and catch my office bus. i am waiting for nearly 20 mins and there is no sight of any bus. there are lot many people who will be employing this route and they are also facing the same problem. as there are vary less number of buses say one bus for every 30 to 40 mins, the buses that are reaching are getting rushy causing a lot of problem. it will be very helpful if tsrtc can take this into consideration and provide buses within less intervals of time

                                      I Raju, R/o Hyderabad Boarded bus at New Bowenpally Bus No.219 while travelling there was checking going on in Prashanth nagar Bus stand. I am PHC pass holder seeing that pass he directly said me to get down the bus i said i am getting late for my office and as i am phc i can't move here and there in normal way. Then later he is asking me that your already fine what problem do you have you are looking alright then who gave you this PHC pass i said you are not a doctor to ask that but still i showed my left leg which internally i do not have a bone so he is saying that i am lying and this is not fare the way he is questioning.Then he forcing me to come hospital for test.

                                      Then later again i have one more deficiency i.e pectus excavatum which is related to chest which mine is abnormal seeing that then he is saying that now you can leave. That is unfair.

                                      He wasted my time and even bus was gone my bag my umbrella everything was in bus and bus left i lost all now to whom should i blame. Having phc pass also there was like torture for me today morning and it was heavily raining.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        Construction of RTC Bus Stop Shelter is stopped in mid way at (Last Bus Stop) Telecom Colony, Kanaji Guda (Alwal), Subhash Nagar, Secunderabad. Bus Shelter is ready in full shape, but kept on road without erecting them since more than 3 months. Its is obstructing to the vehicular traffic also. Photo snap is attached herewith for your ready reference.

                                        I sincerely request the concern authorities to take immediate action and complete the construction of bus stop shelter.

                                        Also kindly increase the bus service (Service No. 23 T) frequency( for every 30 mins, 1 bus) to the same Telecom colony as there are more number of commutators (Students, Office goers, senior citizens, handicapped people) are waiting for bus and sometimes they are forced to walk upto Kanaji Guda Bus Stop or Shubash Nagar Bus Stop about 1 Km. Or at least kindly increase bus service to Kistamma Colony or Green Field Colony via Telecom Colony entrance (Kamman) which will give much needed relief to the residents of telecom colony and nearby colony residents.
