Please note i wanted to cancel my ticket no. 52394153 for date of journey on 23.07.2016 at night 20.45 pm. I had booked the ticket through moti nagar agent code hydmoti2, the agent said he is unable to cancel my ticket since i changed the date of journey once. The agent did not inform at the time changing the date from 22nd july 23 rd july that if the date is changed then ticket can not be cancelled. The ticket is not cancelled by agent on request and no refund is paid. This is not the correct way, if customer wants to cancel his booking after deducting the cancellation charges should refund to customer.

    I boarded the bus at r k nagar bus stop and requested for ticket to
    Secunderabad. The lady conductor issued me the ticket from safilguda to secunderabad and charged rs 10/-. However the ticket charge from r k nagar to secunderabad is only rs 9/-. Either she should have asked me to give correct change or give me back rs 1/-. When i asked her for about issuing a wrong ticket. She argued that it was correct and there is no value for rs 1/-.

    I am not bothered about losing rs 1/-. However, i have doubt on why that conductor issued a wrong ticket. As educated i can understand that ticket charges were more, think o[censored]neducated and who are unaware of ticket charges. Why there is no transparency? Why conductors behave like this? Can't there be any monitoring procedure so that such acts of conductors can be straightened?

        We are traqelling from armoor... To shamshabad airport... Ticket number.52331041.. On 10th july.2016..In bus no..7516...

        Its very sad to explain about bus damage.. Full of water in seats.. How we have to sit. For 6 hours in the bus...
        We need answer from bus depot armoor for maintaing dirty seats in buses.. And driver is also talking rude with us name rajanna...

        Take immediate action on this issue.. Other wise we will compaint to yiur hifh authorities...

          We booked a ticket from JBS to Mancherial for service number 8179 with TKT NO 52293278. The bus should start from MGBS at 07:45AM and should be available at 08:30AM in JBS. But the bus arrived at 09:02AM in JBS, here 32 min delay, when i tried to complaint this to Station Manager, he was not available and i almost tried for 30 mins to catch him in JBS, when i asked about this at enquiry they were saying this is common and expected for MNCL depot buses and sometimes the delay may be 1hr, how can they say like this? And the bus has to be reached Mancherial by 01:35PM, but the bus reached Mancherial at 03:05PM, here the delay is 1hr30min. Why the TSRTC posted the wrong timings in website and charged Rs.20 for reservation, are we earning money without work and is our time not precious? In what way i can get justice. This is the example for the problems of citizens in Hyderabad because of TSRTC, then what about the people in Rural area?

            Hi, being a frequent commuter from lb nagar to khammam from last one year. There's not even one instance where bus has arrived on time. Not even once. Being a citizen I do understand delay due to traffic which may result in delay of 20-30min but I have always waited for more than a hour. To my surprise timings at lb nagar will be given as 20min after MgBS timing and can actually a bus travel from MgBS to lb nagar within 20min? Understanding it should not be delayed, is the bus starting on time? Now its 10.15PM IST, as informed by driver, bus has just started from MgBS wherein arrival at lb nagar Is 9.55PM, service no 8641, Hyd - Khammam Indra.
            With this kind of service, can anyone in this world lead RTC towards profits? ?

              I am a passenger carrying a valid general pass of valid for all metro express.yesterday i.e[protected] i took the bus of TS 10 UA 3761 around 4.15 pm at secunderabad station.but the conductor doesn't allowed me to get into the bus as i am having my valid pass. i need an immediate response as we the public responsible for their salaries and we need a respect that's all we are expecting from TSRTC, as i am a student of IIT kharagpur, i never ever expect this type of situation ever from TSRTC . please need an immediate action regarding this issue, as i am really fed up with this type of response from the govenment officials .

                When i am traveling between aler to hyderabad on date jun 20th 2016 (Jangaon depo bus which is traveling to jagadgiri gutta) time is 7.10/7.15 am at aler when i get into the bus. I given 100 rs to conductor she writen remaining balance on ticket. At the time of reaching she not given money to me. If i ask.. She said "i already given money to me". The bus is traveling to jagadgiri gutta. Conductor is female.
                Please take action on the conductor..

                I'm issuing a complaint regarding the non functioning of the bus at the starting point.The bus in charge person did not see that the air conditioner is not working and collected ticket money without informing us creating discomfort to us.I request you to take immediate action against this and look into the situation.

                  Dear sir/madam
                  We are rural villagers residing in the route from ktdm-yld, we are facing problem becoz of less number of ordinary bus services running in this route, and to avail public transportation facility we need to wait on the roads for hours.
                  Ktdm depot manager or respective authorities are running express buses (Vayunandan) in this route, most of those buses are passenger less except during morning and evening time.
                  Even it is great loss to rtc.
                  So please resolve this issue as soon as possible by running more ordinary bus services in this route.

                    Mr. KTR, words you spoke are quite good to hear but when they come to practice bad to see.

                    Recently I made no. of phone calls to TSRTC helpline centre [protected]/61 to tell my grievance, my call was lifted but asked to stay on line but it went 10 minutes and even more but no one to hear my grievance.

                    Like this I made many calls but no response from them... What kind of services they do to their customers, like me many of them face the same.

                    You talk about Technology and some big words, it would be much good to us and YOU If you look at this basic and simple things.

                    Governance is not only inaugurations and new policies but also supervision,
                    considering and responding to feedbacks.

                      I am a student ...and i applied bus pass..they gave date to collect it...in the kukatpally...i went..in the printed form..they asked of the sign required only in the printed form not in all the xerox's ..but in kukatpally they were asking...sign in all the attested certificates...and in our clg they were saying that sign is not required in all the xerox's...and in rathifile..there is no problem that they were giving pass seeing our details...but in kukatpally bus pass center we are facing a lot of problems..while taking the..pass...the officers in that kukatpally (especially in counter no.2 and 3) the were giving back our certificates with out seeing them...and saying us to go to ur clg and make u r sirs to sign and stamp on it...which is not required..and they were irritating on us...so..please take severe action on them...because..they were doing the same thing to all the students who came to submit their xerox'x...only in kukatpally...pls

                          It is to bring to your kind notice that TSRTC bus No.113 I/M is not plying in peek hours compared to 113 M, which is in the ratio of 1:10. Many hospitals, Govt. offices, private office are situated in Lakdi-ka-pool, Masab Tank, Mehdipatnam and many employees working in the above areas and going to Indra Park, RTC Cross Roads, Ashok Nagar, Vidyanagar, Shivam, the only bus available is 113 I/M, which is plying less. There is no bus at 5.0 PM to 5.45 PM in the evening at Lakadi-ka-pool bus stop and it is learnt that the said No. bus is going before 5.00 Pm i.e., at 4.30 PM which is resulting in long hours of waiting in the bus stop. At the same time, 113 M there are number of buses at 5.00 PM i.e., for every 5 minutes there is one bus. Hence it is requested that as the destination is same i.e., UPPAL, it is requested top increase the buses in 113 I/M route by diverting some of 113 M bus to 113 I/M route, for which we the employees will be ever grateful.

                            Hi,

                            Govt will run the buses in weekdays and weekends regularly but the ticket price for AC buses is changing in weekends and weekdays

                            how govt will do like this from normal public.

                            Please find the attached images below the ticket price for AC bus in weekdays in 957 and in weekends is 1157 why this price variance is comes for Govt Services.

                            Govt should look into this once Even if the Govt services also do business like private service then why the normal people will travel in govt service they can prefer only private.

                              I satish regularly travel in telangana district so I had taken cat card in siddipet, telangana on 22-jan'16. All of the sudden today I.e., on 3/6/2016
                              In jbs I had catches armor bus the conductor refused the accept the cat card, I ask y ur my accepting it. He replaced that it is belongs to apsrtc so we r not accepting it. It should be tsrtc on cat card means we will accept our depo manager had given instructions to not accept apsrtc cat cards.
                              Daily am traveling no one reference and didn't said about this.
                              Is this is correct way of doing all this by the tsrtc.
                              If they want to stop all the apsrtc cat card they have to inform to passenger by the conductor or by keeping notice in all the buses so on date is last to use apsrtc cat card by so on date we will not accept the apsrtc cat cards so kindly take tsrtc cat card by that date.

                              This is not the correct way of tsrtc management behaviour .

                                I was heading to the airport in a taxi when one of the tsrtc buses in his rush to overtake nearly bumped us off the road and scratched the taxi. Luckily we survived. The date and time of the incident and the bus number is below. Also picture of the damage caused by the bus to the taxi.

                                  Gud evening sir, today[protected] on 11:59am i had arrived in sangareddyto travel ptc in sangareddy depo bus (Jogipet to lingampally), bus number 28z2011, conductor id 290239,
                                  I had given 100rs for the charge of15rs he had written back side for change,
                                  In hurrily i had not taken the money, in evening 7pm i went at cash counter to ask details about the conductor, chart controller and announcer that is not my duty to tell about the details of the conductor, at last at 8:30pm conductor as came i remembered him and i asked about money he is telling i got shortage
                                  Of money i dont have money,
                                  O please kindly provide my money and take severe action on

                                    Dear TSRTC Authorities,

                                    I booked bus to hyderabad with service number 1022. My ticket number is 52021928 and my seat number is 3.

                                    I boarded the bus from electronic city when I asked for my alloted seat one of the driver bluntly refused to allot my seat and is talking very rudely and disrespectfully.

                                    I request the authority to kindly intervene and strictly take action against this driver for such rude behavior with passenger's.

                                      Yesterday i.e on[protected] I travelled from JNTU-Hyd to CyberGateWay-Hyd and the ticket fare was 9 rupees. I gave a 100 rupee note and took a ticket. The rest balance amount 91 rupees was written on the backside of the ticket.Later on the conductor went back where the males are standing and she didn't come front i.e females side. My destination stop was coming near by and the conductor didn't come yet. So, I asked driver that conductor should give me money then he replied carelessly that"TAKE TOMORROW". My stop came and I got down bus and walked to the back side where males entrance is there. I gave my ticket to a person to ask the conductor about the rest of the amount. Meanwhile the driver already started the bus.The driver and conductor are very reckless. I lost rupees 91.I belong to a below middle class family. if this is the issue many people like me are suffering because of such attitude. please take an action. Please

                                        He is asking passengers to get down in high tone from bus and not issuing tickets if we don't have right change.

                                        Even I told i don't want change please issue ticket i need to go urgently he still asked to get down of bus. This is really embarrassing me.
                                        I am new to city and i dont know the fare details.
                                        Finally with help of co passengers i was able to take ticket.
