Dear sir,
I’m working in karvy computer share pvt ltd gachibowli, we don’t have any company transport facility, we all are depend upon the tsrtc buses, so many employees staying in hostels and bachelors rooms in some of the near areas, we are working in night shifts and our shift timing is 9.00 pm to 5.30am in that time we are not having buses in that time, so please provide the some of the buses to our employees.

From kothoor to shamshabad bus buses allways carry only bags of vegetables and the milk cans only . There is no place to passengers . More than 50% of the busses all everyday occupies with luggage only. And the passengers are coming by hanging in the foot board .How dangerous it is. More than 4 auto luggage will be there in every bus . How daily going employees or students suffers by travelling by hanging dangerously .

Pl try to keep busses for passengers .

When our bus stopped at Siddipet new bus stand I had got down for buying water bottle.Though the mrp on the bottle is Rs.20 everyone who has stall within the bus stand are charging Rs.25 from the passengers.Try to solve this issue as it's prevailing in each and every bus stand of our state.I hope action will be taken and passengers get benefitted.I am requesting you to show us that you are for the sake of public for whom we will be very much grateful.Because of the ignorance by higher officials lakhs of people are being humiliated just by few hundreds of stall owners.

From jeedimetla to koti we are facing issue to travel in bus as passengers are more and bus facility is less. Some drivers dont care about passengers and riding bus very rashly without getin and getout of passengers. Every life is important do needful to us. Please find the attached photo of rash driving bus driver and conductor.

This is to bring to your attention that there is a very less frequency of buses with no. s 86j, 86k, 107jd (from secunderabad to koti n dilsukhnagar) via warasiguda, arts college stop, jamai osmania, adikmet, ramnagar gundu...) between 07.30 a. m to 08.00 a. m from arts college bus stop. i being a resident of one of those areas is facing a lot of problem as i have to take tsrtc buses to reach ramnagar gundu and catch my office bus. i am waiting for nearly 20 mins and there is no sight of any bus. there are lot many people who will be employing this route and they are also facing the same problem. as there are vary less number of buses say one bus for every 30 to 40 mins, the buses that are reaching are getting rushy causing a lot of problem. it will be very helpful if tsrtc can take this into consideration and provide buses within less intervals of time

I Raju, R/o Hyderabad Boarded bus at New Bowenpally Bus No.219 while travelling there was checking going on in Prashanth nagar Bus stand. I am PHC pass holder seeing that pass he directly said me to get down the bus i said i am getting late for my office and as i am phc i can't move here and there in normal way. Then later he is asking me that your already fine what problem do you have you are looking alright then who gave you this PHC pass i said you are not a doctor to ask that but still i showed my left leg which internally i do not have a bone so he is saying that i am lying and this is not fare the way he is questioning.Then he forcing me to come hospital for test.

Then later again i have one more deficiency i.e pectus excavatum which is related to chest which mine is abnormal seeing that then he is saying that now you can leave. That is unfair.

He wasted my time and even bus was gone my bag my umbrella everything was in bus and bus left i lost all now to whom should i blame. Having phc pass also there was like torture for me today morning and it was heavily raining.

Construction of RTC Bus Stop Shelter is stopped in mid way at (Last Bus Stop) Telecom Colony, Kanaji Guda (Alwal), Subhash Nagar, Secunderabad. Bus Shelter is ready in full shape, but kept on road without erecting them since more than 3 months. Its is obstructing to the vehicular traffic also. Photo snap is attached herewith for your ready reference.

I sincerely request the concern authorities to take immediate action and complete the construction of bus stop shelter.

Also kindly increase the bus service (Service No. 23 T) frequency( for every 30 mins, 1 bus) to the same Telecom colony as there are more number of commutators (Students, Office goers, senior citizens, handicapped people) are waiting for bus and sometimes they are forced to walk upto Kanaji Guda Bus Stop or Shubash Nagar Bus Stop about 1 Km. Or at least kindly increase bus service to Kistamma Colony or Green Field Colony via Telecom Colony entrance (Kamman) which will give much needed relief to the residents of telecom colony and nearby colony residents.

I want bringing to your kind notice that tstrc gajwel pragnapur depo bus driver was handed over bus to conductor for driving while on duty piket to pragnapur on 14/08/2016 it is very danger practice and it is almost all passenger life kept in risk, we notice that the driver will take six month driving practice with abled guides hence i request you to please take appropriate action on both i have video which was taken by me and also photo of bus ticket for service no. Tna66412 etc i am unable to upload the same at here

Hi customer care team,

I booked ticket from Asifabad to Hyderabad on Aug 2016 seat no : 6. Back side seat guy was behaving rudely with me regarding the seat. I booked super luxury, service number 8058, it is push back seats and he was telling that I cannot push my seat back and was using foul language. These people should get punished for behaving such rudely

We were travelling in our car on 12.08.2016 in the bhel area and our car stopped at the signal the bus driver was so rash the distance between the bus and the car was so less even a thinnest person cant go between the bus and the car. And after the waiting at the signal was over when we started and crossed the signal the bus driver almost again touched the sides of the car this time when we were trying to talk to the driver he has been very rude and was telling us note down my no and if you dare lodge a complaint. I request you to look into the matter and take action against the driver. And the bus was also giving out thick black smoke the bus no is ap11z 2204

Bus No AP29Z 2186 Dated 12.8.2016, time 7:45, MGBS stop. I have to go to Ghatkesar but the bus driver and conductor are saying it won't stop in Uppal and Ghatkesar bypass. Even other express bus conductor were hesitating to reveal the stop. They are saying only at bibinagar bhongir it stops. Eventough bus is with 4 passengers but not allowing to get in for uppal bus stop. Pls arrange for an express stop at Ghatkesar it is one of the crowdest busstop. Hope for early action.

Please increase the frequency of buses every 30 minutes from 8 am to 10 am in route charminar to mehdipatnam via seetarambagh.

Kindly do the needful.

I would like to file a complaint against a driver for rash driving.
On 3rd august while on my way to jntu Hyderabad from tolichowki via cyber towers a Rtc bus belonging to KPHB depot from waverock to jeedimetla hit my bike from behind near sujana forum mall. Upon confrontation with the driver, he started abusing me and threatened me as well.
The driver identified himself as P GANESH and the bus number was AP11Z6179.
I request you to kindly take appropriate action against the driver.

I, B sravan Kumar working in TSRTC have applied for a Icici bank credit card. One of your representative called me and took the documents Xerox last 3weeks ago they told me that the company executive will make a confirmation call. Till now I don't have any call. So what is the status of my Icici Bank credit card. so tell me the current status of my Icici Bank credit card.

Conductor refused to give change to my wife, today(23/7/2016 at 1:30pm) ) while travelling my wife from Rama chandra puram to koti 217A(Ap 11Z 5434), she gave 100 note to conductor, at the time of destination reached she asked conductor to give change, he refused to give change and talked rudely with her by using filty language, Please take action on him..

Please note i wanted to cancel my ticket no. 52394153 for date of journey on 23.07.2016 at night 20.45 pm. I had booked the ticket through moti nagar agent code hydmoti2, the agent said he is unable to cancel my ticket since i changed the date of journey once. The agent did not inform at the time changing the date from 22nd july 23 rd july that if the date is changed then ticket can not be cancelled. The ticket is not cancelled by agent on request and no refund is paid. This is not the correct way, if customer wants to cancel his booking after deducting the cancellation charges should refund to customer.

I boarded the bus at r k nagar bus stop and requested for ticket to
Secunderabad. The lady conductor issued me the ticket from safilguda to secunderabad and charged rs 10/-. However the ticket charge from r k nagar to secunderabad is only rs 9/-. Either she should have asked me to give correct change or give me back rs 1/-. When i asked her for about issuing a wrong ticket. She argued that it was correct and there is no value for rs 1/-.

I am not bothered about losing rs 1/-. However, i have doubt on why that conductor issued a wrong ticket. As educated i can understand that ticket charges were more, think o[censored]neducated and who are unaware of ticket charges. Why there is no transparency? Why conductors behave like this? Can't there be any monitoring procedure so that such acts of conductors can be straightened?
