I just got an un reserved seat at uppal stop in Hyderabad to go hanmakonda which is told as unreserved by the conductor, after few mins before starting of bus he said to get down, as it is reserved..why can not take full list of reserved seats before leaving the MGBS bus stop and close the reservation..is it appreciable to do such things to public who are waiting for a long time at the roads...such a pity..while can not update themselves how can they provide healthy service..just regret to message it

        The conductors in the local city buses of TSRTC have started this organised practice of not returning the change after issuing a ticket if you give them an amount higher than the ticket amount. They always prefer to write the balance amount in the ticket slip, secretly hoping that the passenger forgets about taking the change in the hurry while alighting from the bus. If you ask for them for the change while taking the ticket or in the middle of the journey, they start fighting with and humiliating you as if you are asking for something which is not rightfully yours. Almost 90% of the conductors are resorting to this practice nowadays, so it cannot be a co-incidence or a one-off incident. I strongly feel, its being done in a very organized way with the entire TSRTC employee Association being involved in it. This clearly shows, how dishonest and corrupt the corporation has become. It is the duty of the conductors to carry sufficient change to return to the passengers and they have no right to humiliate passengers if they ask for their rightful money. These conductors have no respect for women passengers as well and misbehave and try to humiliate them too. I remember the earlier days in Hyderabad when I was here from 2001 to 2009, the conductors used to carry a bag full of change and sift through the bag to return the required change to the passengers but it's really disappointing to note that even Hyderabad's corporations are resorting to the dishonest and corrupt practices like other locations. This will have a serious negative impact on Hyderabad's image and brand. Please do something about it before Hyderabad turns into another corrupt city where people think many times before coming.

          Dear TSRTC Management, I am travelling in hyderabad since so many years, there is slight change in the traffic but, coming to RTC Driver' they are doing great but they have to change few more things. Please Note these points in high rating. 1. Buses should maintain approximate +15 or -15 minutes timings 1. Drivers are not stopping at right place. they are stopping in middle of the road. Because of it results in traffic blocks. 2. Drivers are not maintaining Lane Discipline. 3. Please conduct classes on how to maintain speed, halting at the stop. 4. Conduct Practical drive every month for the main routes. If we can do this we can change the driver politeness.

              I am daily commuter TGSRTC buses in Hyderabad. I have been using RTC services since 6 months to travel from mallepally to narayanguda. In morning there are two direct buses to narayanguda which run on route no. 139. But there are no direct buses after 5 pm up to 8 pm. Hence I have to take bus upto secretariat and from there I have to wait for 5M of cantonment (CNT) depot which used to come at least twice every hour. There used to be three buses (2 city ordinary and a metro express) between 7:00 and 7:30 PM which I used to board to reach mallepally, but since three weeks I didn't see an city ordinary bus though a 5M metro express came (I left it for three days since I had ordinary bus pass). I boarded metro express which costs me 10 rupees extra every day or else I have to walk 2 kilometers from NMDC where I reach by 113M/6 bus route . Moreover there are many students who board buses 113M/6R/6T/137 etc. from narayanguda towards mehdipatnam or nampally in the evening 5:00 pm who face problem while boarding because of huge rush and impatience of bus drivers who move the bus even before the people have boarded it hence I requests the concerned authorities of TGSRTC to increase the frequency of buses mentioned above (at least once every 30 minutes) and arrange special college buses for students in the evening to reduce the chance any accident.. (NOTE: I have noticed that there are at least five buses running on 20P(also of CNT depot) route which most of the time are empty with 5-8 passengers only...and there are many 5K buses (which also have same origin and destination as 5M)of which some can be run via mallepally- asif nagar as 5M bus)

                I tried to book ticket using TSRTC Website I entered my card details and amount got debited from my bank account but the transaction failed at TSRTC, which is not fault of customer but then while refund 2.5% of payment gateway charges are being levied on to the customer which is not fair and full refund with out any deductions should be given on failure transactions. The same is mentioned in terms and conditions. But is it fault of customer if transaction fails? Request appropriate authority to look into it and make changes to terms and conditions to give full refund for such cases. 19. Payment Gateway Service charges will not be refunded for service cancellation/ failure transactions in e-ticketing.

                  I boarded the bus number at Shamshabad: AP 28Z 4820 and took ticket to Lakshmi Nagar, Hyd. The bus driver was very rude and did not stop the bus at Lakshmi Nagar bus stop. He stopped the bus at Mehdipatnam, which is nearly a KM away from Lakshmi nagar. I'm a girl and had to walk all the way from Mehdipatnam to Lakshmi nagar, late in the night. When I asked him to stop at Lakshmi Nagar, he said that he wouldn't stop and behaved rudely. When I asked for his name, he did not reply. This happened on 8/12/15. People like him make us lose trust in Govt. operated services! Pls look into the matter.

                    Heloo.. sir am richie.. resident of balajinagar.. where 24b goes... am a polytechnic student ... though buses that flow through this place...we public face a lot of problem.. all the buses get packed because no bus comes in time.. we are getting late to our place every day...we got to wait for more than 1 and an hour or 2 hours for buses... just got fed up with trc... not even a day bus comes in time... rtc is providing very bad service...

                        I checked into TSRTC City Bus On 19.11.2015 at 11.15 am at Madinaguda(D. Ieeptisri Nagar). I purchasd a ticket upto Sumitra Nagar. I stand up and went near the driver cabin before the bus stop came but he did not stop the bus and tokk the bus upto Kukatpaly Village Bus stop and then stopped there and asked me to get down. I am supposed to go to Vivekanand Nagar Colony that is why I entered into ordinary city bus because there is no bus stop at Vivekananada nagar Colony. I AM AGED 67 YEARS OLD > All the way I crossed the Road at Kukat pally and took a sharing Auto and got down at V.V.Nagar, and again I crossed the Road and reached V.V.Nagar.

                          Dear Sir!
                          At about 9:50 am on[protected]Wednesday) at Rethibowli Chowrasta, Hyderabad, a city bus bearing registration number AP29Z 3948, has hit the left side of my car, when the driver has steered the bus suddenly towards his right without any indicator.
                          When I have questioned him, he started abusing me and got the bus to the extreme right thus blocking my way. The driver got out of the bus and started abusing me and my driver. My driver got upset and he got out of the car to question him. Then the bus driver has hit him on his face resulting in bruises to his lips. Then he went back to his bus threatening us with dire consequences at Mehdipatnam, which we have to cross everyday to go to my office.
                          Kindly, do the needful and punish the driver appropriately, so that such incidents do not recur.

                            Hi,
                            I have booked ticket for my brother from chennai to hyderabad on Garuda Sevice 1327. Bus started from CMBT at 9:00 PM and after 11 hours bus didn't even covered a distance of 200 Kms. We were very worried. After 24 hours we went to Central Bus Stand in Hyderabad to enquiry about bus status since my brother mobile was turned off. Being a Headquarters for Telangana State Transport we expected proper response from them such as where the bus is, expected time of arrival. But to our surprise STATION MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT A BUS 13 HOURS LATE. When we asked him about bus he straight away answered without even thinking "I DON'T KNOW'. When we argued him about his recklessness behavior, he gets register and gives us driver mobile number and told us to call as if he has nothing to do with the situation. Relevant superiors should remind him that this is his job and that this is the reason he is getting paid at the end of the month.
                            Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              We are facing severe scarcity of buses from D L F Circle to MP from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. I request you to make slight changes in the timings of 216 and 217 during peak hours at evenings. Also there aren't any Deluxe metro buses in the evenings. So, i kindly request you to bring about the above changes as early as possible.

                                I have cancelled my four tickets on Aug 19th 2015. I have recieved mail from TSRTC that money will be refunded into my account in 7 to 14 working days. I have called to customer care and asking for refund. Till now the amount is not refunded. I have forwarded my credit card statement to them. But no progress. The ticke id 296442 provided by tsrtc customer care persons which they have registered my request.
                                Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I booked a ticket on Oct-13 2015 from KPHB to Bangalore. I got message with all the required details after payment. But after 1hour, I received another message saying that the bus has been cancelled and I didnt get any amount refunded. Could someone please check and help me on this

                                    Mam/Sir! Have been traveling in your TSRTC bus on 19:10:2015; From madhapur to Jagannath temple in bus route no 228 at 12.30 pm. As i climbed the bus purchased the ticket Rs13/- while giving Rs20/ where that lady conductor asked for exact change But i was helpless, as such screamed all sorts of rubbish language and thrown away the ticket at me instead of handing over to me. I requested her to keep the change instead of shouting at me. Where i was ready to lose the Rs7/- change even.But her shouting continued.The behavioral of the conductor has annoyed and was very dis heartful in front of co passengers. Im sorry to say but you have to take Disciplinary action against the conductor.the ticket details are given as under Regrets Vijaylaxmi Plot 228 Ayyappa society Maadhapur Hyderabad [protected] Native of WRANGAL dist.

                                      Conductor misbehaved and used bad words

                                      I Sunitha was traveling in 18N Nin colony to sec bad bus, I have 2000 rupess worth ac pass, my wish I can get down in any stop, previously I get down at uppal ring road so conductor thought I would be getting down at the same stop so he was shouting at me to get down, he was using bad words people don't have work and they simply travel. I pay every month on bus pass I don't know why the conductors misbehave like this. I can take this higher...
