There are only 2 metro express busses from uppal to waverock. There are no AC bussess. Please restart AC busses as it will be convient from passengers who would lije to take this route. Also please increase number of busses from uppal to waverock as 2 busses are not sufficient.

I have booked ticket online from jagityal to Vijayawada on 11-05-23, the same day my journey has started at 9.00 pm. Early morning at 5.30 am[protected] I have reached Vijayawada after going home I have noticed that some one in the bus have stolen my "Ear buds and my Clg ID card", soon after knowing I have contacted that bus conductor he said he will check and call you back, around 4.00 pm when I called back that conductor he said there is ID Card in bus but no ear buds.[protected] the same day evening the bus coming Vijayawada the conductor said come and collect the ID Card. But I have lost my Earbuds which costs 3.5k during my journey time on 11-05-23 to 12-05-24. Ear buds kept in a earphone pouch (black colour). the bus was new ones and there is an CC camera inside the bus so I request the TSRTC to go throw the vedio footage. My seat number during the journey is 15(W) bag is an brown leather bag. Bus number "TS18Z0059". At the time of my journey at night someone robbed from my bag so please 🙏 check the cc camera footage and get back my earbuds soon.

Hi, Yesterday[protected] Saturday night at 12:20AM i went to Miyapur Busstop to board the bus to Vijayawada. Then the TSRTC's Lahari Non-Ac sleeper bus came to Miyapur Busstop.I asked the driver is there any berth is available or not Then he replies yes sir there is one seat available in Upper berth.I asked to give the ticket he said it's cost 650.I said ok please give me a ticket and Berth number.He replies the cost of the ticket is 1000, i was shocked and asked the reason, he said it's an employee reserved seat that seat i am giving to you, so you have to pay that extra 400, ok then u will give me the 1000rs on the ticket, he said no price is 600 only but u have pay 400 extra to me like, i Said i can't pay that much, he rudely replies me like then go and board other vehicles

I Janvi Agarwal booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Nirmal on 13 may 2023.but i didn't receive any message or email regarding my ticket. Please kindly see to this issue

I have booked a ticket and at my place AC vents not there. When I asked about the same to conductor he is very irresponsible and didn't respond at all. Due to which we got so suffocated and got so much trouble in the whole travel. please take this in a serious note.

I booked bus on 12 of may 2023 at 9:15 pm it's almost 11:00 pm in the night from Hyderabad to Nirmal. and even the bus driver is not assigned to the bus and I didn't got any information regarding the delay . Whats the point of making reservations if this type of situations takes place if faced this several times but this time it's a more waiting here happened for almost. 2 hours. The service no is 8007 of Tsrtc on 12 of may 2023. I need my full refund and explaination regarding this condition to take place .

Bus service no 8009 .I booked this bus for the arrival time of 5.30 but it is arrived at 7. 00 . then what is the need of booking though it is becoming late always

The Rajadhani AC bus which is scheduled at 3pm from warangal to uppal doesn't have a working AC but just the blowers are working. The passengers were sweating and nrml busses seemed better. Since passengers are charged for AC, authorities must check the condition before scheduling the bus. I'm utterly disappointed by tsrtc Rajadhani busses. Hope the authorities take necessary measures to make the journey more comfortable as this is summer season.

It's been one and half hour waiting at siddipet bustand for jangaon bus
But they mentioned in board that every 20 min there is one bus .

There was traffic jam near gate.
The bus driver with out checking for vehicles at the back recklessly took the bus back inspite of my continuous horn.
The bus hit my car at the front causing damage.
Upon talking to him, behaved rudely and went away.
These sort of reckless drivers will endanger the life of passengers and people nearby.
This also brings disrepute to the TSRTC and overall damages the reputation of noble service of good drivers and their profession.

Kindly take strict action.

On[protected] Time 06:52. I had board a Express Bus to BIDAR with family (3) from MGBS (Depot HYD2). HYD-BIDAR Bus TNA70967, DRV:24Z0038, CND273842, QN50210233. The Driver while driving collected Cash amount Rs.720/- upto BALKI which is unfair/negligence. The correct amount is Rs.630/- upto BIDAR. I request the authority to enquire and refund the excess amount. My phone no. [protected].

At CHILKAGUDA Bus stop 44x bus was not stopped at the stop

I have travelled from Hyderabad mgbs busstand to sri kalahasti in Tsrtc rajadhani bus after some distance travelled the Ac bus mirrors were broken due to bad maintenance and the broken piece of glass was also flown towards passenger s due to air coming inside fastly and they have changed the bus in miryalaguda. The changed bus was also so baddd the water from the outlet of Ac was falling of on the passengers.all the passengers are wetted with the water like that only we reached the sri kalahasti. And today I booked return ticket from sri kalahasti to Hyderabad and enquired about the condition of the bus he said that same water bus only. How the Tsrtc can provide this type of discomfartance for the passengers who are paying 1400 with all taxes and getting watered by bus and discomfort travel.i need half of my money to be returned for not giving promised comfort to passengers and in two times

Very poor AC condition in GARUDA
PLUS MULTIAXIL while travelling from Suryapet to MGBS Hyd.
Don’t ply these busses causing inconvenience to passengers.

Hi.. i have booked a ticket from MGBS to Majestic banglore service no 88588(super luxury).. the bus supposed to reach mgbs @8 PM but it reached 8.30PM, post that the driver kept the bus in in the platform till 9.30PM. They stopped the bus in all the stops through out journey and the bus supposed to reach to Bangalore by 6.15AM.. it was 3 hours dealy .. seems like TSRTC is following the private buses rules.. I had belief that the govt strictly follow the timings. So that we can reach out destination and go back to our work but today my experience is too bad.. because of the delay I lost my half day at office and an important meeting

Please look into this issue and sort it out at the earliest.. it's the worst experience i had in the TSRTC.

On date may 4, rajadhani buses of khammam depot at 6.30 AM and bhel depot of 7AM bus were not stopped at miyapur x road.

Bus Driver P. Gyaneshwar (as said to me) driving TSRTC bus no TS08 UH 4420 at Chandanagar Divider opposite to Chandanagar bus stop jammed into my car TS09 GA 1886 from the left while overtaking from the left hand side. I was gradually moving in the traffic jam as there was one side road divider and another side this bus, so I can not do anything except moving slowly. After jamming he even started arguments and started blaming me whereas I was standing. My car Co-driver backseat side left-side is fully dented and scratched. If this is the attitude of the driver innocent people are at risk of their lives for their fault. Since i was late to office couldn’t lodge a police complaint. I don’t know whether any serious measures are taken by TSRTC for such risk to the lives of common people.. pictures enclosed of bus, bus driver, and accident area..
