    Sir, I do work for IIT Hyderabad Project, Kandi as a Civil Engineer. I used to travel frequently by Palle Velugu bus service from Patancheru to Kandi (IITH Bus stop) as there is no stop for Express Services at IIT Hyd. Today I travelled by a Palle Velugu Service (Medak Depot) from Patancheru to IIT Hyd at Kandi. The following are the issues against Driver as well as Conductor. 1. At Patancheru bus stop, though there were lot of passengers are trying to enter the bus, the driver started taking reverse causing much inconvenience to the passengers especially senior citizens. The conductor is not even tried to stop the bus though she is witnessing all the scenario. 2. Though there were a good number of passengers are waiting at bus stops of Isnapur and Rudraram, the driver intentionally not stopped the bus and continued his driving (The Lady conductor given hint to driver not to stop by tapping the punch on the ms post). You can check it from SR of the conductor that no ticket was booked from these stations. If this is the behaviour of staff of TSRTC, then how can the corporation survives. 3. When myself and one more passenger requested to stop the bus at IIT Hyderabad Project bus stop, the driver started arguing that there was no stop at IIT Hyderabad. Is it true? To my knowledge, Palle Velugu services are passenger friendly and passengers can get down at any prominent location. 4. We asked the driver why did he not stopped the bus at Isnapur and Rudraram though there were lot of pasengers were waiting, he indecently shouted on us to get down of the bus and stating that there was no time for him to answer our querries. We felt very bad. Hence it is requested to have a mechanism to monitor the performance, behaviour and conduct of Drivers/Conductors with the passengers who are the bread and butter for the company.       I am a student and came for secundrabad for writing a competitive exam. I need to go to koti from secundrabad along with my friend. When koti station came conductor said that get down while the bus is moving. He did not stop the bus at all. When the moment I get down bus increasing the speed and take turning so I hardly hit the road. local people are helping me. Thanks God the following vehicles get sudden break by seeing me .My two knees of legs are badly effected and cured after 3 weeks. I pay full ticket to tsrtc. But I could not get the minimum service from it . Some times they take extra charge also by telling they don't have the change even though they have it. . So I complained about this to you to take serious action on it such that remaining passengers may go to their destinations safely. Thanking you ...

        My name is Venkata Krishna, I had booked 2 tickets from SHIRIDI bus station to MGBS on 25 jul 2015, on 26 jul 2015 at 6:20 am we get down at Panjagutta to go to Shamshabad as my room is located over there as we supposed to do on be before like that at every time . I had reached mehadipatnam on a city bus 49M, , there is no problem over there with that conductor, after getting down on Sarojinidevi eye hospital i saw a bus going to samshabad 49m/251 regularly we used to go to Samshabad, on running i enterd in to bus, conductor came to me and asked for the ticket I shown E ticket which is with me, but i shocked he refused that he want a print out ticket for city bus they we not accepting any E ticket . finally i had taken ticket to travel from Mehadipatnam to Samshabad . please take an action sir, if we want me to write my story fully i can . mail me on [protected]@gmail.com

          Sir, i have submitted my pass on 22 june 2015 on charminar bus depot. The person said that i will be receiving sms with the date to issue my bus pass. I got sms to collect my bus pass on 18th july 2015. When i went to collect my bus pass, the person over there asked me to come on 20th july 2015. When i asked him the reason he said i am not concernd about all this come on the day what you are told to. Again on 20th july 2015 i went to charminar depot to collect my pass he told me to come on 22nd july 2015 and again the same reason and they are shouting and ignoring us. Sir, i am facing alot of problem for travelling and my routes are totally different and the expenses are high minimum amount a spend a day for travelling is around 70 by changing buses. Today is 24th july now again the person asked me to come on tuesday and when i told him that the other depot's bus passes are getting issued so he says this is charminar depot go and come on tuesday. What kind of service is this. I am suffering because of those authorities. Now who will pay my daily expenses??
          Please issue my bus pass as soon as possible.

            I work in DLRL chandrayanagutta. i am a frequent traveller by bus no. 300 since it has been added it was 26/06/2015. i was travelling by bus no. 300 from Sagar crossroads to DLRL Chandrayanagutta. which is my office. it was not a stop earlier. but since a few months it was designated as a stop and the display shows DLRL as a stop and stop announcements also mention DLR L as a stop. When i mentioned thAT I my stop DLRL, Chandrayana gutta, the conductor gave me a ticket of rs. 12/- . he did not say that DLRL is not a stop. By when I asked the driver to stop at DLRL, he said that it is not a stop, even after requesting. i called the conductor and asked him how he gave me a ticket for DLRL. he should have mentioned that it was not a stop, then i would have taken a ticket accordingly. the conductor asked the driver to stop but he did not listen. he was talking very harshly and impolitely which is not at all expected towards women from a public servants. this was very much annoying. these kinds of incidents cause the common people a lot if inconvience. i would like u to take strict action againt thr driver and conductor and others guilty.

              I had been to Rathifile Bus Pass Counter today morning at 8:30 A.M. to submit the bus pass application in the counter. The Actual amount displayed at the Counter is Rs.415/- for issue of Quarterly Student Bus Pass. But the counter clerk Mr.Ravi is demanding Rs.420 when questioned he has stated that Rs.5/- is towards service charge after argument he has refunded. Please check immediately and book those for this unlawful act.

                HI MY NAME IS BASANTHI ON 4TH ON JUNE MY BUS PASS VALIDITY WAS COMPLETED. FROM THE NEXT DAY I WAS TRYING TO RENEWAL MY BUS PASS AT VARIOUS COUNTERS DILSHUKNAGAR, SANATH NAGAR, SR NAGAR AND SEC-BAD. ALL RENEWAL COUNTERS ARE CLOSED DUE TO RENOVATION OF BUS PASS COUNTERS. SO I RENEWALED MY BUS PASS ON[protected] BUT ON BUS PASS VALID DATE IS[protected]. SO, BUS PASS IS NOT EXTENDED FOR 7 DAYS. BUS PASS VALIDITY MUST EXTEND DUE TO TSRTC STRIKE, AS PER THE TSRTC OFFICIALS STATEMENT GIVEN IN NEWS PAPER AND MEDIA THE VALIDITY WILL BE EXTENDER FOR THE STRIKE PERIOD, BUT MY BUS PASS VALIDITY IS NOT EXTENDED .

                  Taking extra money from Public in Mehdipatnam Depot

                  For id card which is of Rs 25, Mehdipatnam Bus depot is charging Rs 30 each and For 1st time Metro bus pass which is of Rs 800, they are charging Rs 810 from each person When trying to raise a complaint using TOLL free number, they are not taking the complaint...

                  Hi iam daily travailing from ALLWYN TO VBIT, As there's is no direct buses between 8 to 9 AM, I have to stepdown at CYBER TOWERS and i have to catch another bus to VBIT But buses going to VBIT are not stopping at CYBER TOWERS stop, So its making trouble to travel in this route, So please provide stoppage at cyber towers. i have too much concern about hyderabad local buses, daily i am observing this same issue. Between 8.15 AM to 9.00 AM only less buses are available to go vbit, though have less buses, buses are not stopping at Cyber towers which are come from jntu.
