Good morning, sir/ma'am..
It's month of May and the weather isn't as comfortable to travel everyday for students. We were promised we'd have two buses of Ibrahimpatnam but there aren't any. It's been issued that our CM has initiated double the buses than before for students but our Nadergul buses aren't reliable as much and we're made to adjust in the sweaty environment by student crowd in one single bus. As per student pass for April and May, we weren't allowed to have one. We'd appreciate one single bus in our Nadergul zone to travel safe atleast on these days. As for June, we'd want two buses and nothing more. Please take action for these buses to stay constant and we students are asking for two. Thank you and we'd appreciate if it wasn't for taking this action after May.

Dated 30th April 2023 at Rajiv Gandhi international airport TSRTC booking counter i was paying using upi an amount of ₹250 to book ticket to Gachibowli
Amount deducted from my side & shows successful but TSRTC counter shows not received
Then they argued you'll get back your amount and convince me to pay cash.
So i paid twice for my single journey & still not get back my amount

I purchased one ticket for Shilparamam from the arrival hall. Waited 40 minutes for the bus, due to which I misplaced my ticket, even though i had done payment online, the bus conductor and your TSRTC staff was not at all helpful, and kept on insisting me to find the ticket which I eventually found after missing the bus. The staff was very rude and not at all helpful, if i had not find the ticket i would had to pay again, even though there was a record of payment already made online through phone pe.

Hi, i made transaction from GPay to pay the ticket fare and i made two transactions grom gpay which debited money from my account but not credited to you. Please refund my Money 1160(580+580)

I'm sindhu travelling in the service 1963-Garuda plus service from Hyderabad to kothagudem
Booked the seat no 40 as beside me it's male candidate
So worst that TSRTC is maintaining like how come a seat can be allocated to male candidate beside a female candidate
This is not at all fare and I have faced a worst journey that felt very conjusted and uncomfortable to sit beside a male candidate
Hope TSRTC will be understanding the scenario and changing the rules

We are paying more for less distance.I am T.Phaneendrudu a resident of macha bollaram .I work as govt.teacher in zpha Pamulaparthy.I daily commute from Lakdawala toGouraram.Alwal is 8 km away from JBS.when we go from gouraram to Alwal ticket is being issued till jobs as there no genuine bus stop at Alwal.please restore Alwal as a bus stop so that we will be released from burden

Dear Sir/Madam,
I traveled from place harapanahalli to Itagi place today evening. I suppose to travel to huvinahadagli i was in hurry meanwhile bus also was started hence I couldn't be able to see board. I asked conductor that i need to go to huvinahadagli he said get in. And then bus moved towards Itagi. I excused for this again conductor made a mistake that he given ticket to somewhat place amount of RS 60 which is higher than 3 times of my place. One is he made me to travel in wrong route and then he given a ticket of rs 60. This very unfair and i want my money back at any cost with punishment amount. I hope i will get solution for my problem so that he will not made such mistakes in future.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have travelled today i.e., 26 April 2023 morning from MGBS to KODAD for 300 rupees each ticket costing 600 for two passengers in Super Luxury. When we returned from KODAD to MGBS TSRTC charged 330 per ticket costing 660 for two passengers today itself. When asked to conductor on increase of 30 per ticket he said that “fare prices are controlled by Bus Bhavan and these days fare prices dynamic everyday, we cannot do anything, complain to any authority if you have”. Attached are the tickets for your kind reference and request you to take serious action on TSRTC. In every bus 35 to 42 passengers travel in every journey, 30 rupees might be small amount but, burden of travelling in government buses is increasing daily. If ticket prices are dynamic everyday how much financial burden is imposed on every citizen. Pls think and help common citizens.

i am travelling from Jntu to Skyview building via 195 bus at 9.40 am.

i have amount 2-5k in between and also multiple Bank Cards. please respond and resolve my issue As soon as possible.

We are From Drk.we taken 1combination and 2 tickets to pragathi Nagat Kaman .
He printed Milestone to Pragathi Nagar kaman. Actually from DrK to kaman its 20 ruppes but he printed Milestone to Drk and taken 40 rupees.

From Bachupally to waverock there are only 1 to 3 buses in the morning which is not sufficient. Due to this so many people are standing on the foot boards and travelling on it.

So, please do some enquiry and keep more 3 buses from Bachupally to waverock in morning and evening times.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is the second time which gave me immense mental pressure and humiliation, because of careless and irresponsible crew of MGBS controller and bus service 88807 crew of dated 23 April 2023, service time 9.30 pm.

The bus service 88807, came to platform around 10.15pm, instead of 9.30pm. And even after requesting for several times, the bus crew started service around 10.45 pm from MGBS and during entire journey, bus stopped and waited several times, because of this bus reached at 9.45 am on 24th April 2023 at it's destination, that is Bengaluru, bus reached destination almost 2 hours and 15 minutes approximately. The actual scheduled time to reach at destination is 7.30 am, on 24th April 2023, but reached 2 + hours late. Normally in Bengaluru during office hours traffic is heavy and because of that I reached home around 10.30am. And there by I reached office at 11.09am, instead of 9.30am.

So now because of carelessness and irresponsibility of TSRTC staff gave me immense mental pressure and restlessness.

It is my humble request to take action against TSRTC staff of MGBS and bus crew and give me justice.

I traveled from mg bus stand Hyderabad to srisailam on 20/4/2023 at 11:30 pm, at the time of deboarding i left my very costly headphones in the bus, it would be a great help if you track the lost headphones and help me to get it back.

I'm a student studying in 12 th class.. I attended coaching class after school by climbing 290 the deboarding in secundrabad and then I'll change to 10 number bus to deboard at lal bungalow (Ameerpet) and after completing class around 7 pm I'll again take the same bus and reach station from their I'll catch 290 which heads towards jbs as it takes time to reach chilkalguda stop to climb.. so I take bus from station to jbs and I'll return in the same bus.. while comeing to actually complicate .. it's about Today as i had reached station and climbed 290 around 7.40pm and reached jbs around 7.50 ... But the conductor refused me to board the bus again as I'm a student with student pass .. and it's 8pm .. it's the so called TSRTC runned under the able guidance of so called MD ... When you people want only money then don't sell the pass for 500 just turn public organisation to private and earn is this the way you serve the students... As I don't remember the bus number I'm mentioning the date when it's happened and time 19 April 2023 around 7. 50pm it's departed from jbs busstand 290(bus number) ... Hope you people will change it's not the first time happened with me ...

This is from pesari Gopal Reddy...I worked in Telangana depot and retired also...I changed my wife name from Pesari radhika to pesari punyavathi accordingly as per her certificate...we changed in bus pass also took acknowledgement from panchayat office also but still general manager of bus depot is not agreeing and again saying to get a letter from panchayat office...please check already I have submitted the name change and having regressal from them...I request to give buspass to my wife ...

This is the third time happening in the current month where the bus driver did not stop to pick me up.i have specifically bought premum monthly pass worth 5400/- for the puspak services if puspak would not stop, then what's the point of buy such a highly priced pass. This is very annoying and the service that's offered is really pathetic in terms of behavior as well.

Today I was standing near the ORR toll gate in shamshabad to board the bus which from airport for gachibowli. Bus driver did not stop deliberately inspite of having space. Rather the bus stopped a little ahead and picked up another person and did not wait for me.i literally had to book a cab and then go for my office.i[censored] don't believe then pls check the cctv footage of 18thApr2023 of 09:30 AM. After that I called up your duty mobile of airport to report this incident and to my surprise the supervisor also spoke to me in a very casual manner as if he does not care. This very indeed a really worst service.

I waited for more than half hour nearly 10 buses of 219 gone ...no body stopped at madeenaguda bus stop near westside
