I was travelling from lingampally to miyapur in bus
it was full rush i kept money in my front pocket i withdraw money to pay my kid tuition/ college fee. it very difficult for me to earn that money again as am daily wage labour.
kindly look into this and do something...

on 08/04/2023, 11:42 hours, with consignment 6421078 was loaded at ELuru(eluru to Hayathnagar), and same was reached to MGBS on 09/04/2023, 04:36AM(as per online tracking). but so far the item was not reached Hayathnagar. Regarding the issue, on 09/04/2023 I went to Hayathnagar but they are saying the parcel in MGBS only. Today morning i.e on 10/04/2023 around 10:30AM also i went toHayathnagar but they are saying...

I didn't receive remaining amount after taking ticket and the bus conductor behaviour was so manipulative and made us feel so uncomfortable he took money and didn't return anu change to me he was sitting in seat and sleeping...

I reserved a ticket to vijayawada from kothagudem travel date is 06.04.2023, service 8898 was cancelled on 06.04.2023 and it was not informed either by message or by call, amount was not refunded, ticket number 73958674...

TS 09Z 7650. WE asked him about the time and the driver shouted at us "first of all see the board and come in we asked he argued with us. Its not an express bus it's Rajadhani and his behaviour is ridiculous. I don't know his name but the way he treat is like auto driver he felt like his the owner of that bus. He argued and loudly shouted at us we're paying. So take action against him...

Hi, my name is Bhagvan Patil, on 7th April, 2023, i was travelling from IIITH to BHEL Bus stop. I gave ₹ 500/- for the ticket cost of ₹25/- as i didn't had change. I got down at BHEL Bus stop in hurry and forget to ask the remaining change. The Bus no is 217 and I am attaching the photos of my ticket . So, please help me to get back my remaining amount as soon as possible.

I was travelling with my family near Mulugu chowrastha warangal in my car having Car number :- TS03FA5096 there a TSRTC Bus having Bus Number :- TS21Z0030 driver almost hitted our car but by Grace of God the accident got saved but the driver was driving the bus very badly and rashly when we tried to scold the driver he behaved rudely and argued despite being his fault this type of issues are increasing day by day and needed to be resolved...

I am a frequent traveller of tsrtc. Today I am traveling to miyapur from zahirabad. But the conductor refused to give ticket for the said bus stop and charged me for Y Junction. I want to lodge a complaint against the conductor and the said service.

Merun colour purse has lost by me in the city bus while traveling at ime is around between 6 to 6:30pm in that my pan card and aadhar card is there plzz help me to find out inbetween miyapur to Chanda nagar...

Iam the citizen of VIKARABAD district,
Today is a working day to our college, but bus passes not valid today,
Why we have money pass but why bus passes not allowed...

All the TSRTC Busses are not waiting/stopping in the Kachiguda Bus stand (Railway station), but all the busses are stopping in front of Railway station entrance, this is not only today its from past several days. even after complaining to the present authorities there is no use,
They are using Busses as 7 seater autos standing out of the railway station and not starting the busses until they are fully filled, and due to which all...

I am a frequent traveler on Hyderabad Bidar route and there are so many TSRTC as well as KSRTC buses between these cities but there is not even a single platform board with destination as Bidar in MGBS.As this is one of the main inter state route it will help so many commuters who are non locals and visit Hyderabad for so many reasons.Hope TSRTC resolve this isaue...

Misbehaviour with passengers
I am a student of inter 2nd year who was traveling from Patancheru to bdl in PTC to shankarpalli bus ( 502)
The bus started at the bus station at 12:40PM
It reached bdl at 1:17pm
The conductor of the bus was rash to the passenger. He shouted at me so badly like in telugu( మనిషివేన, నీ కథలు అన్ని ఇంట్లో పెట్టుకో) just...

I had a deliver of a package in kazipet it was reached hanmakonda at 23/03/2023
But still I haven't take it still now it was urgent to me I have a mandatory work with that package I really suffering with this problem please solve it as soon as possible and take the action on this complaint

I shoban from Kothagudem, I booked a ticket from kothagudem to hyderabad through TSRTC site BusNo.34341 (BCM to BHEL) seat No 37 Journey Date/Time 26/03/2023(23:00) . I paid money in Paytm with UPI Ref No;[protected] paid on12:07 PM 26/03/2023. But ticket confirmation has not been done till now.

Please verify and confirm or send the money back immediately...
