This is from pesari Gopal Reddy...I worked in Telangana depot and retired also...I changed my wife name from Pesari radhika to pesari punyavathi accordingly as per her certificate...we changed in bus pass also took acknowledgement from panchayat office also but still general manager of bus depot is not agreeing and again saying to get a letter from panchayat office...please check already I have submitted the name change and having regressal from them...I request to give buspass to my wife ...

This is the third time happening in the current month where the bus driver did not stop to pick me up.i have specifically bought premum monthly pass worth 5400/- for the puspak services if puspak would not stop, then what's the point of buy such a highly priced pass. This is very annoying and the service that's offered is really pathetic in terms of behavior as well.

Today I was standing near the ORR toll gate in shamshabad to board the bus which from airport for gachibowli. Bus driver did not stop deliberately inspite of having space. Rather the bus stopped a little ahead and picked up another person and did not wait for me.i literally had to book a cab and then go for my office.i[censored] don't believe then pls check the cctv footage of 18thApr2023 of 09:30 AM. After that I called up your duty mobile of airport to report this incident and to my surprise the supervisor also spoke to me in a very casual manner as if he does not care. This very indeed a really worst service.

I waited for more than half hour nearly 10 buses of 219 gone ...no body stopped at madeenaguda bus stop near westside

This is to complain about non compliance of passenger pick up. This is the third time happening in a month that even after standing in the bus stand, the pushpak buses especially the airport Volvo buses are not stopping to pick up passengers.
Today again I was standing at the ORR toll gate where the buses stop mandatorily but the bus driver refused to stop and pick me up .I waved my hand as well to make the bus stop but it did not stop. Post that I called up your airport duty cell to report the same but the response was way too casual. It seems there is no value for time and money of the passengers who buys passes. Every month I am buying the premium bus passes of 5400/- and still I have to go by local transport by paying extra, then what is the point of buying a bus pass? If this is the way you treat your passenger who buys the premium pass, then m sorry to say that the service is pathetic.

There is no Buses facilities available in between Makthal to Raikod-Narva mandal(Narayanpet district)

There is 15 to 30 peoples are going on daily in auto, jeep.. Please look into issue and make buses available at least two round in between Makthal to Raikod.

AP 11 Z 6234, lady conductor, she is using abusive words with the passengers, and she is not telling which bus stop it is and when I asked to her she is shouting like anything, please take an action on her she is bahaviour not at all good, she scoulding she is irritating on all passengers when we ask for information about the bus stop,

Complaint For Suryapet Depo
From 4:20pm to 6:30pm no palle velugu bus, suryapet to danthalapally route, this is not not for the first time, hope this will be fixed soon, now time is 6:30pm still we are waiting for the bus, two express buses are came but mine was not x road hence that buses not stopped here

Suryapet depot[SRPT].The bus started from hanumakonda[HNK] bus stop at 4.30 and apart from warangal[WGL] bus stop, the bus stopped at various places between warangal bus stop to thorrur where the pallevelugu bus should stop and all the passangers include me talked with conductor to not stop at too many places but he reluctantly doesn't cared us, so as a higher authority please show an immediate action regarding such situations,

I belong to dardepalli area of jangoan district. On Sunday that is 09/04/2023 at 3:32 pm took bus to warangal to dardepall. I'm carrying vegetables from market in bus. What is tomato box 1 weight 22 to 25kgs and one vegetable sack weights around 34kgs exactly because I counted them.
The reason of complaint is that the bus conductor asked extra money for luggage.
So i refuced to give but he fought with me and defaming me in front of everyone in the bus.
I told him that I'll pay only for ticket and him to charge ticket for luggage then he in showed in his machine and ask me to give 100 rupees separately, but I asked him to give ticket then only I'll pay... Then he immediately with anger and shouted on me using curse words he pulled out ticket from his machine asked me to pay. Then I told him that this is wrong that u have to include luggage with passenger ticket not seperate and i said this much will not be i usually pay like with my ticket only not seperate how much u say... Then he shouted on me that not to say rules to me i gave you ticket you have to pay he screemed then I paid anyway..
But i felt very bad with this conductor rude behavior.. Pleasse not this into consideration and take my complaint and immediate action on conductor.
Complaint as:
1. Asking extra money more than ticket price.
2.Defaming and behaving rude with me in front of every passenger in bus.
3. Not following rules on ticket issue on luggage charge.

Bus timing: 3:30pm start from warangal depot.

The driver of the bus was soft well mannered. But the co staff's behaviour is really very harsh. He even not allowing me to board the bus as I want to drop down at SuryaPETA. He also compelled driver not to issue ticket to me. He hadn't offered water bottle in Garuda plus. When requested for it answered too rudly. He may be not interested in this job. Please take action regarding it. I will take this issue personally.

I was travelling from lingampally to miyapur in bus
it was full rush i kept money in my front pocket i withdraw money to pay my kid tuition/ college fee. it very difficult for me to earn that money again as am daily wage labour.
kindly look into this and do something

on 08/04/2023, 11:42 hours, with consignment 6421078 was loaded at ELuru(eluru to Hayathnagar), and same was reached to MGBS on 09/04/2023, 04:36AM(as per online tracking). but so far the item was not reached Hayathnagar. I didn't receive remaining amount after taking ticket and the bus conductor behaviour was so manipulative and made us feel so uncomfortable he took money and didn't return anu change to me he was sitting in seat and sleeping

I reserved a ticket to vijayawada from kothagudem travel date is 06.04.2023, service 8898 was cancelled on 06.04.2023 and it was not informed either by message or by call, amount was not refunded, ticket number 73958674

TS 09Z 7650. WE asked him about the time and the driver shouted at us "first of all see the board and come in we asked he argued with us. Its not an express bus it's Rajadhani and his behaviour is ridiculous. I don't know his name but the way he treat is like auto driver he felt like his the owner of that bus. He argued and loudly shouted at us we're paying. So take action against him

Hi, my name is Bhagvan Patil, on 7th April, 2023, i was travelling from IIITH to BHEL Bus stop. I gave ₹ 500/- for the ticket cost of ₹25/- as i didn't had change. I got down at BHEL Bus stop in hurry and forget to ask the remaining change. The Bus no is 217 and I am attaching the photos of my ticket . So, please help me to get back my remaining amount as soon as possible.

I was travelling with my family near Mulugu chowrastha warangal in my car having Car number :- TS03FA5096 there a TSRTC Bus having Bus Number :- TS21Z0030 driver almost hitted our car but by Grace of God the accident got saved but the driver was driving the bus very badly and rashly when we tried to scold the driver he behaved rudely and argued despite being his fault this type of issues are increasing day by day and needed to be resolved please look into this otherwise we have to do a FIR for the same

I am a frequent traveller of tsrtc. Today I am traveling to miyapur from zahirabad. But the conductor refused to give ticket for the said bus stop and charged me for Y Junction. I want to lodge a complaint against the conductor and the said service.
