I am traveling in a TSRTC BUS via Nalgonda to bhongir near voligonda the bus hits a tree the passengers in the bus all got injured the driver driving was very fast i got injured on face under lips i got 8 stitches the hospital bill was 10k so, please help to get compensation I am ready to show all the porfs...

AP29Z3578 8A bus chandrangutta to Secunderabad FM depo bus near at osmangunj he hits a bike 2wheeler, at darul shifa he hit a Activa 2wheeler and now at Charminar bus stop he hits an auto 4wheeler. And he indulge in an argument with the auto driver at Charminar. The bus driver was careless. He is driving in a city and he is driving with his absence mind. And hit 3 times in my journey when am traveling in bus From Nampally to Charminar. I...

We are facing a problem about the bus timeing and no buses were available at time and not maintaining proper timings. At a time 3, 4 buses will there and some times not. We already sent many complaints about this and not responding please solve this issue....

Hi sir am Konda Vijay Kumar physically handicapped person sir please kindly provide me to travel in metro buses also in additional, under free local buses journey
Why because we find 3 out of 10, local buses only comparing with metro buses

Drivers always go for the signal at 'x' road no stopping of bus at bus stand of Nacharam 'x'road, sometimes they go cross the signal and stop the bus and sometimes they stop in traffic jam at far away from the bus stand they don't even park the bus unto roadside but stop bus near to road divider. I didn't get any photo because we don't get chance to click it from road side....

We have only one bus for all villages from manthani to peddathundla and there are providing same bus for school people.there are not waiting in peddathundla stop even for five minutes also.we need sufficient timings for bus transport from.peddathundla to manthani...

The behaviour of the conductors for the pass holders(local, greater or even day pass) holder is Too horrible if we have a day pass collected from the other conductor they are not allowing Us to get in to a Bus of other conductor

Lb nagar to ibrahimpatnam routes in too less busses runs in the morning 4am.
Please provide more busses runs exactly 4am in the route of lb nagar to ibrahimpatnam.
Because of night shift employees and night duty people, night workers leaves duty s morning 4am
So common citizens and night shift employees, normal people suffering from busses awaiting in bus stops pickup point.
Even though iam waiting for 5am too...

Every day morning 4am too less busses in lb nagar to ibrahimpatnam routes. Please provide more busses in every morning 4am...

When i asked if this bus goes to some place at the driver and conductor was talking were rude to me, and i asked at 11'o clock on night, they were laughing and rudely answering bus doesn't Stop there although this depo bus has stop at that place i said the same they said like still it doesn't go will you call KCR now. Im providing the bus details below hope tsrtc take action these kind of people:

I'm traveling with my family from L.b nagar to choutuppal. I have 3 year girl and 4 year boy who is yet to celebrate his 5th birthday. He' is born on 31/03/2018.. RTC conductor asked the age the same has been conveyed to him. But he is charged half ticket for my son...What I clearly know is the child below 5 years should not be charged any ticket...and let me know if I'm wrong regarding the TSRTC rule..
Bus conductor behaved very badly...

Bus no 156 V or L dilshuknagar to medhipatnam bus is not stopping at busstop many times...

That conductor misbehaved with lady( my mom) she shouted so many times to stop the bus at her destination..but he didn't listened and they stopped 400 metres away from her destination and she is a heart patient she walked in that way to return home because this route is very dark.. before this bus conductor has so many issues.. timing of issue 7:30 pm before or after to 7:45 pm plz consider this complaint.....
