I have purchased a travel as you like ticket by Hakeempet depo bus conductor 237066, bus No.AP11Z7579, service 0552 vide Bill No.[protected], bus route No.25M SN, MahatmaGA issued sig name on[protected] at 14:36, due to heavy rush i could not notice the mistake crept in gender category as the conductor mentioned male instead of female, due to such mistake i was forced to purchase another ticket to proceed to ecil to mallapur vide ticket No.TNA148600...

    Regarding bus fares
    Taking the advantage of less busses today
    They are charging more
    And even the destination and source address is changed according to their convenient cost

        I booked a seat online from mgbs hyd to Chennai. My seat had no leg stretcher but was charged equal amount as the seat with leg stretcher. Seats with stretchers were not clearly highlighted while booking. I couldn't sleep the whole night and had so much pain in the legs. This is unacceptable. Service no 1326

          Hi, my name is vamsi, and my number [protected], I am doing small job in hyd, I try to board in ordinary bus from kphb to vijayawada @07am 5/02/2023, but the reservation boy(Kphp reservation point) and the RTC bus government employees (who is note down the bus numbers) force me to get super luxury bus and get the spot reservation.

          I asked then is there any ordinary/ express bus ?, they replied that no ordinary bus, and there is no direct bus to ramachandrpurm(rcpm)

          After 15min decision, I said ok to reservation..

          They done reservation via Abhibus website using the abhibus agent login..

          My distinction is hyd to rcpm, luxury bus will 700 charges, but hyd to vijayawada 550 charges.

          While I am traveling I observed there is express & ordinary buses, extra charges for me...

          Mentally distributions,

          I observed that They don't have any responsibility, & they are have confidence that no one going take any action on them.

          That the reason I rasing this compliment, how can I full fill my extra charges.

          Here my point is:
          1) Why they provide me worng information??

          2) in TSRTC counter government, why they booking via Abhibus website..??

            We bought travel as you like ticket from lingampally. Conductor did. Mistake in gender and just cut down fe and kept it as male.
            Now while traveling in one of bus other conductor started arguing like it's your mistake and i won't accept ticket. He even started arguing and forced us to take ticket.
            He is saying it's a rule that if any mistake happened that bus conductor who made mistake should write his contact number or staff id which we don't know. If it's a rule u should mention it on ticket or make people aware. Because o[censored]r mistake we are embarrassed in front of others as if we deliberately did mistake.

              I had not yet received my driving license from the Telangana state transport department, as my application was accepted on 12/10/2022and as of today it's 80 days and still, my card was printed on 14/10/2022.

              I request kind authorities to please issue my permanent license as soon as possible already its being late

                On[protected], I booked the ticket in TSRTC From Kodad to Hyderabad, travelling date[protected] at 5.20am, 380rs money got cutted from my account. But i haven't received any message and mail from TSRTC. I lost 380 rs. Please consider my request.

                    Hi, there is no parity on ticket charges. TSRTC made bus facility available for the educated persons. They did not think about the illiterates and poor people who can not afford a smart phone. This category people can not book a ticket without smart phone and minimal education qualifications. Every bus should have minimum of 5 vacant seats for such kind people.
                    In addition to the above, the amount charged from Parkal (Telangana) to Hyderabad KPHB was 390/- excluding Internet booking charges, Whereas the same bus fare has been reduced to 340/- within short span of time. How can they charge different amount for the same route, same bus, same distance? Take a look at the service number 8441 bus on images attached.
                    Moreover, tickets prices have been increased like anything. In simple terms, the prices have been doubled compared to the prices prior to Covid-19 pandemic.

                      We are students from IIT Hyderabad. We took express bus (No: TS07 UG 6689) which is going from Hyderabad to Pitlam and Bichkunda at Lingampalli today (i.e.on[protected]. We wanted to go from Lingampalli (BHEL circle) to our campus IIT Hyderabad which is nearby Kandi. Recently Telangana RTC passed the information regarding stop at our campus. But bus conductor and driver denied our request and ask us to get down from the bus in between. We are gang of 3 boys and two girls. When we are noting down the bus number, driver scolded us with unparliamentary language in public. Please ask them to have knowledge on the bus stages and kindly ask them to behave properly with public. It is sincere request from our side. Kindly do the needful and Looking forward to hearing a positive response from you.

                        I have travelled from jntu to 4th phase. The conductor has charged total amount of rs. 20.00. actual ticket price is 15rs. She gave me ticket from jntu college to TCS building. This route conductors don't know the charges and even they can't listen properly. They give next stop tickets n collect extra money from us. They argue with us this is exact price this machine is showing this price. We travel daily with 15rs charge but they argue this is exact price.

                            Driver behaviour towards passenger who is at age of 60 is very indecent and rude.While passenger asked him to stop the bus at her destination location he didn't listen to her and crossed that place and stopped the bus at a place where there is no transportation available.Even for taking luggage bag from luggage area cabin he asked her to open those doors and take the luggage.Those doors are very hard to open and at age of 60 years and being a woman she is unable to open it.He is saying he has some pain in his hand.I dont know with that pain how could he drive the vehicle for almost 350 kms if he really has that pain then all the passengers life was in risk.

                            This is not at all acceptable behaviour from a government operated service like tsrtc. I request you to take an action on him otherwise he will be used do that behaviour with everyone whoch will give a bad impression to TSRTC.

                              My father 70 years age and mother 63 yeard agetravelled in Service No 8123 from Karimnagar to Vijayawada on 25.1.2023. Ticket No 72060280. They are old and have health issues. They requested driver to stop at Guntupalli Busstop. I too have collected mobile number of bus staff over help line and specifically requested to ensure alighting of my parents at Guntupalli stop. I told they are aged and have health issues . I tracked the bus and just before 15 minutes it reaches Guntupalli I called the bus stop repeatedly. Calls were not answered I waited at bus stop identified the bus and shown my hand from distance itself to appeal to stop. He ignored. My father in bus seen from bus and appealed driver that my son is in stated busstop and asked to stop. But driver stopped half km away. I followed by car. When I have seen driver there were Ear pods and he is listening some it seems. This was the reckless, irresponsible attitude particularly which should not have been with elders with ailments.

                                Sir,
                                My daughters who iare 10 and 12 years travel to school everyday to and fro from nagole to bowenpally with school bus pass. Today is the second time that they were denied a ladies seat, by male passengers. The problem here is the inaction of the bus conductor, saying that they are sitting in the seat from a long distance, and who are you to tell them to get up. Moreover, when a fellow lady passenger, who is the relative of the male passennger, was abusing my daughter continuously from tadbund to patny, the conductor did not take any action. When my daughter, took a ticket inspite of having a buspass, he arrogantly said "Nothing will happen even if you complaint to depot manager." To whomever you want to complan u can do it. This is how your staff are treating the are girls alone in TSRTC buses. This is making them insecure. They travel by standing most of the time, but today she is not well due to ladies monthly issue and having stomach pain and asked for a ladies seat . The crew of the buses should be sensitized and should act in making girls or ladies comfortable in the buses.
                                I request you take necessary action in this regard. against the negligent and arrogant conductor. The bus no. Is AP 28Z4447. Kindly do the needful. It will be very nice of you if the details of acrion taken in this regard is informed to me either to my mail [protected]@gmail.com or on [protected]. Thank you.

                                  This bus just missed killing 2 passengers by 2 seconds. He did not apply breaks too. Very very rash driving. His rear view glass was also broken.
