Hii good morning this is suresh, I travellled in RTC bus city ordinary from JBS to uppal x road at 03:51 early morning on 2nd july but normal fare is 30rs but the Bus conductor took 55 rs for each, the Bus No is AP29Z 3654 IBP depot Bus please let me know why he took excess amount from each of passengers on that day and I want my amount back

I'm Vinod from himmathraopet village, mandal: kodimial, dist: jagtial. Im working in a hospital in jagtial.
The bus from thirmalapur to himmathraopet is not coming since three days. I have to go to jagtial daily because I'm working there. I asked in bus stand about the bus, but they were telling that the instituitions are closed for three days, so that's why they stopped the bus for 5 days. If this is the case then how will the workers should have to come. Every time this jagtial Bus Depo is doing like this only.
Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

No bus available even after 45 minutes of buying ticket. Taking money upfront and then making them wait. Very bad experience.

Retail shops in the bus station are charging extra on MRP which is not correct. How can they ask the consumers to pay more than what the MRP is? This matter needs to be looked in, otherwise what is the point of having an MRP?

Day pass of 120 rupees date was given wrong as that we took the day pass at 12:16 pm on 08/07/2022 and valid upto 09/07/2022 But the conductor given it as we took the day pass on 07/07/2022 and valid till 08/07/2022

230p bus from gurudhwar i.e near alpha hotel they postered 230p bus for every 30 mnts but from 1 week iam seeing three is no bus

TS08Z0270 service no. 1014. Tsrtc bus starting from banglore upto hyderabad. I took this bus on 7th july, . The bus ac system was not working fine created suffocating feeling. My fellow passengers felt breathless ness. Having all the windows closed and left with this smelling ac vents left us with no choice but to go through the torture. When we approached the staff they didn't respond well. They are very rude. Kindly take this mater seriously and i hope that nobody faces this problem here on

I've tried to apply for second pass (college) in tsrtc website. But it's showing service not available...

On dated 05/05/2022 time 1525 hrs, District bus Driver Mr. V.Govindu,
staff no-152322, Identity card no.24006, post- Driver, Bus no- TS08-Z-0089 which was heading towards Aramghar X road has hit me and my two wheeler TVS Scooty when I was trying to cross the road infront of SVP National Police Academy Campus Site-A, Shivarampally. The driver was found to be rash while driving and behaved very arrogant when confronted. He was not carrying driving license and valid papers of the vehicle he was driving. It is also pertained to mention that there was heavy traffic on the road and with just zero speed he slowly headed towards me with his bus and rode the left front wheel of the bus on my right leg. Even after shouting out of pain for several time he dint bother to reverse the vehicle even one inch back, later two helpers came and dragged me out from left front wheel of the bus. I sustained with injury on my right tibia and ankle. The driving sense of the driver is not acceptable hence found to be careless towards bikers and small vehicles. Therefore it is kindly requested to cancel/discard the driving license of District bus Driver Mr. V.Govindu. The medical report of the injury obtained in regards is attached for kind perusal please.

We need to wait for half an hour at the bus stop of dlf to go to waverock. We are being late to our respective professional. Kindly look into this issue

We used to have a bus facility at 5 AM in the morning which used to be very helpful for travellers/employees to hyderabad. this bus has been stopped somehow. please restart 5am service to nirmal so that we can opt travel to Hyderabad at office time.

Please instruct the drivers to come badepally oldbusstand because employees are there .some kalwakurthy bus(ordinary) drivers not coming to old busstand of badepally .

Mancherial to hyderabad service no 8176 1st of all thr is no bus for specific route and nrealy 100 passengers were waiting 10pm super luxury bus came thr no announcements no station incharge no one is thr at enquiry nly one man taking Care of everything but the driver taking extra money for one single seat and scolding to innocent ppl driver is donno anything about reservations he dint bother misbehaving and using un parliamentary slang with passengers rude behaviour I dont wt ts rtc nd doing and donno abt govt whether thr r alive are not busy with fake publicity I have video recordings voice recordings and thus is not for 1st time it's happening every time so if it doesn't resolve I file complaint officially in in consumer court with all valid documents proofs .

I left my black umbrella on the bus. I got in the bus in mehdipatnam and got down in narayanguda on 4th July 2022. 6:28am.

My name is Bharath and I'm having issues about my bus(127k)(from kondapur to koti).There are too many metros of 127k buses which is not required and ordinary buses are very less. I'm student and I need an ordinary bus as I have ordinary pass.
My request is to increase the number of ordinary buses of (127k) which helps us(students) as we are facing problem of not arriving at the right timeI have been waiting since last one and hour for bus and still the bus has not arrived to the depot.

Namaskaram. i have got a parcel from kammareddy in guntur with consignment number : 3025961 (w.t 5k.g). while receiving the parcel the office personal asked me 20 r.s. upon enquiry he said it is for hamali and office charges. i asked for receipt he said he will give receipt for only 10 r.s. but i asked him to give it for 20 r.s so atlast he gave me bill for 20 r.s for one parcel. later i enquired about delivery charges in tsrtc coustmercare they told me only to give 10 r.s per each parcel. why can't you include all the charges at parcel origin point(including hamali charges at destination) and prepare a final bill for consignment. it will be very helpful for coustmers. as it didn't involve any unnecessary transactions. hoping tsrtc will improve its way.
