Dear sir/madam.. i travelled in 19M bus from kukatpally to punjagutta x road on 25th june 2022 at 5:11pm and I lost my purse in that bus it contains 11k cash, my aadhar card, atm card, pan card and some important papers.. it is a ladies purse of white color so please help me to find my purse..

I am a regular traveler from shad nagar to hyd ..in evening while returning from office i need to step in the bus on by pass road at shadnagar yummy hotel but express buses running from Raichur to hyd they are not stopping the buses at shadnagar bypass even though there are lot of people step in bus at shadnagar by pass yummy hotel signal..buses are not stopping..and other buses charges the fare from jadcberla which is 1 hour before my shadnagar...

I am very happy for running delux buses from thorrur to jagathgiri Gutta and from jagathgiri Gutta to thorrur buses recently..but these buses are running without conductor..drivers are issuing the tickets while running the bus..it is looking danger to travel in these buses ..even though the charge is more we are stepping into these bus for early arrival ..and they are charging thorrur bus fare for velishala..which...

The Hyderabad - Bengaluru service 6022 service was supposed to reach JBS by 17.05 on 25th. It came at 6.54 and then the bus was extremely dirty! I used to prefer travelling by tsrtc since it is government service and can be rest assured. But I hate today that one. Should prefer private service since at least there will be an assuring. I request you to compensate me the 2 hours I lost in waiting and taking the stress of delay....

Please provide busses on secendrabad to medchal route there are only few busses at evening time there are many college students and office staffs are waiting for bus

We purchased ticket for delux bus to hanamkonda from uppal bus No.AP36 Z 126 at 8.19 am Ticket No.TNA 32252 on 24.06.22. We had to wait in the bus for 41 minutes But the started at 9 am. The driver/conductor never informs when the bus starts, he was waiting still the bus gets fully occupied. If he informs the passenger about probable time of departure before issuing ticket, the passenger may explore for other options instead of sitting in...

I saw a bus with number AP11Z6747 going via St Ann's school secunderabad near sangeeth theatre dated 24/06/2022 in the morning around 8.30 am.

It was school time and all the school children were in a hurry to go to school on time and this tsrtc bus driver was driving rashly and not at all stopping nor slowing down the bus at the school gate.

And when a van with school children was taking a u turn near the school...

As i am residing near to phase 5 kphb colony. I am working women. The people here staying near to phase 5. Bus stop is available but no buses from this root(phase 5). We have Rosary school also at the bus stop. But we are facing lot of problems as buses not go from the phase 5 root to towards 4th phase. From road no 1 auto drivers are demanding a lot of money to drop. Evening also after my office hours 6:20 pm to 7:30 pm...

Drivers behaviour is not good. He did not wait for the passengers to get into/down the bus. There is no control over his language. He is shouting on almost every passenger....

The bus no 279 comes here for every 25-30mins
Which is too long for college students
There're more than 6 btech colleges in the Ibrahimpatnam route
But the buses are very less

And for mehdipatnam for every 2mins there Is bus

My request is to increase the number of buses to Ibrahimpatnam

Atleast keep 1 bus for every...

I am a daily traveller of 178G (GhouseNagar to Charminar) and 178N (Noori Nagar to Charminar)

These buses are not available since 2 years (since RTC strike) and not availability of these buses is resulting difficulty in travelling for students and daily wage workers

Every student and daily wage workers residing in GhouseNagar and Noori Nagar...

Bus was not working in timeing
I was waste my time 2 hr for 18 r bus...

The underpass road at Lingampally station gets logged with water even if it rains for 30 mins leading to huge traffic jams. Also due to limitation of height of the underpass, all buses need to take road of one side for both to and fro travel. This problem persists from more than 15yrs now and with increase in traffic it is more difficult to travel. Also the bridge leaks the water in underpass....

Sir, this is student requesting that to provide the buses from srinivas nagar to secundrabad.the issue is that there are only 2 or 3 buses that traveling over these routes, so kindly accept this request as so many peoples are facing problem for this insufficient busses

Service number 1534 late for 50 minutes to suryapet hitech bus stand, it has to come at 8.50 Am, but the bus came at 9.40 Am to suryapet bus stand, my journey is from suryapet to Vijayawada, it's already a too much late and the driver was stopping every where through the journey, due to this late i will miss the train, it's a worst service from TSRTC you people are charging price for super luxury, but the services are like passenger....
