Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your attention an issue regarding the bus services. The buses designated for free travel for ladies are not stopping at the bus stops, while AC buses, for which we purchase tickets, are unnecessarily stopping for an extended period.

In the past, we used to board the same buses by purchasing tickets. However, since the government introduced free travel for Telangana Residents, the current behavior of the RTC staff is not appreciated.

I want to emphasize that this situation is beyond our control, and I hope you can promptly address and resolve this matter.

I am one of the passenger belongs to Nandipet i was waiting for bus for nearly 45 min but no one is replying and bus was not arriving. Please take a serious action on this worst situation.

I am regular commuter of 8A bus route travelling from om Secunderabad to Abide. Today, on[protected] I have boarded bus number 3516 at about 9.35 am at Clock Tower, Secunderabad. I regret to inform you that the driver on duty today was behaving very rudely using unparliamentary language at girls and women like using words shouting like "shame on you", "you board bus like dogs" etc. etc. due to which we feel so ashamed

Sir, we come from most respectable families and travel to work place toiling whole day to earn our livelihood and have to hear from such uncultured and uneducated beasts for no fault of ours. He also unnecessarily stops the bus for long in middle on the pretext of ticket issue even if there is no rush at peak hours due to which we reach office late even if we board on time.

We request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action.

The person in the while travelling from aramfhar to shadnagar mishaved to talking volgulry and shoted and threting to me do what you can do go and do.. Whome to I ask support conductor also not supporting me. Even public also just become a eye watchers. Kindly help me for this.

The man is talking irrespectively and having issues with public transportation and mishaving with me kindly take a action, conductor also not supporting at all, talking volguly

Saw TSRTC timetable that mentioned 4 buses on route in 1 hr timespan while waited for 1.30hr bus on route were not available instead took alternate connecting bus. If can modify time schedule at stops will help people know and long waits can be avoided.

Please provide us (people) information before cancellation of any route service, as we seen Munugode-Dilsuknagar bus was cancelling frequently. Due to this, planned activities are delaying and also people suffering at choutuppal bus station with heavy crowd.

There is a lack of proper maintenance of the passenger complaint and grievances register at the Miryalaguda depot by drivers, conductors, and depot officials. Can you provide more information on this issue?. Pls provide the rules regarding maintenance of register.

My cousin is travelling in the bus, conductor has misbehaved with her and no proper manners, these type of people are not eligible to work in the public transports.
You rtc management has to focus on discipline and manners first .

This morning, on January 23rd around 9:45 A.M., I was traveling from Karimnagar to Hanmakonda, with my stop being SR University. As a final-year B.Tech student, I take the bus daily. As usual, I requested the bus to stop at my university, explaining my urgency for an exam. However, they instantly began yelling at me. Despite my pleas, the conductor and driver not only refused to listen but also blamed me for choosing their bus.

As i also informed them that i come to college for past 3 years and i never had this experience but they didn't listen to me and abruptly stopped the bus in the middle of a jungle, leaving me in an unfamiliar location with dense trees and no sign of any help.

As a 20-year-old girl, I experienced intense fear standing alone in this unknown place.

I sincerely request you, sir, to take immediate action against them. I called the concerned depot in Nizamabad +[protected], but the person remained silent without providing any response. It's disheartening how people can be so indifferent, showing no concern how a girl to be left in a unknown road with no safety .

I was raised this complaint after waiting more than 1 hr at nakrekal bus stand in the second day of Sankranti festival. Previously, Every 15 min buses comes to nakrekal from suryapet, but now that not happening. Even I have seen news that RTC providing extra/special buses during Pongal festival, but actual scenario is different. There is only one bus running from Nakrekal bus stand. I request RTC to please provide more buses based on passenger density

Lease action taken immediately on the bus conductor and depot manager.Passengers are have alcohol bottle while traveling in bus and also drinking in bus and put the bottle in bus under seat..

The bus (TS 29 TB 3250) Express Bus
The driver is driving rashly near speed stoppers. We are getting suffocated behalf of his driving. We can't travel atleast 30 min in this bus.
