From Warangal.
Today at 12:00 PM i am coming from Kazipet to Hanamkonda in my car. On that way the bus number TS 03 Z0330 is came from left side at the beginning of Fathima nagar bridge. I bowed horn to stop that bus, but that bus deiver rashly entered in to bridge from my left side, which is just missed collision to my car. There is most of times traffic jam due to such type of collisions and lot of time taken to clear the traffic. Pls initiate the action against such type of drivers.

Staff are not maintaining timings

Am writing this to complaint about a conductor since ladies seat is occupied by gents its conductor responsibility to make avail ladies seat which belongs to them if even a single lady is standing.
Why there is no action taken care by conductor seeing a pregnant woman is standing or a normal woman is standing..
That states its a lack of awareness or else ignorance of the rules created by govt.

My journey was from jadcherla to MGBS.

Note point is after calling to tsrtc there no proper response and they have no contact of the conductor or driver to communicate to them.

How come after giving bus details contacts are jot available its a general details about who is driving and taking care of the ticketing.

If its nt there then hiring a person without their details doesn't sound good. Looks like public is travelling on the basis of govt provided service but in emergency nothing can b done just because they cant contact them.

The bus pass renewal member has using un parliamentary words againt the students and so much angry on students . So requesting tsrtc to change the member and be good friendly with people ... 🙏.. please change that member

Dear sir, here I mentioned yadgir express vehicle number Ts07 ua5087 and ts07ua 6369 bus conductors are saying moinabad Stop is not available in express buses. not only this buses, all most all express and delux buses vehicles conductors and drivers is not allowing to passengers in side in to buses . According to rule moinabad Stop available in your chats i request you please take action this issue.

Me with my mother and my father travelling in a RTC bus from shadnagar to Hyderabad today. We get in to bus by 12:50pm today (3/04/2022). We forgot to take change for the tickets in hurry and get in to the bus. We told the same thing to the bus conductor and gave him 500 rupees for three tickets and we expected that he give us change when we get down from the bus.
But the conductor reacted so rudely to us and shouted on my Mother without any respect infront of everyone.
He didn't even try to listen our words and shouted back on us.

Hi iam a ordinary passenger...
I am explaining about how TSRTC sucking blood (money) from Ordinary passengers in the name hike in Bus fares...

Before hike from Nirmal to Narsapur g the bus fare is just 21 rupees. After the hike the bus fare is 25 rupees now.
Between Nirmal and Bhainsa, both Depots of Nirmal and Bhainsa running a service called 6 stop (which stops only in 5/6 main stops i.e., Narsapur, Kallur, Dilawarpur, wanalpad, sirgapur).

After hike in bus fare this 6 stop bus fare same as Express fare..
How a common ordinary passenger can travel in this buses..
From Nirmal to Narsapur is just 20 KM
but fare is 35 Rupees.. Where is the justice your honour...

Iam travelling from hyderabad to bhadrachalam.. i did a reservation of the bus rajadhani . the serviece number is 8796. i ever seen this type of waste bus in my life this is an AC bus, but ac was not working, for charging the power sockets are present but they are not working ..please maintain some quality in buses for passangers ...i will give rating for TSRTC is 0.5/10 Ac is running but still sweatting...im feeling time waste and money waste...

I have sent a courier weighing 300 grams, but the cargo office- uppal charged me for a weight of 2kgs. He also charged me with an amount of 10/- as insurance coverage without my knowledge.

When asked for he was very rude .

I'm complaining about bus timings. I booked a bus at 4:30 from jbs but it came on 5:20 and not started till 6:00 and they are not responding when we are asking about the timings worst worst service ever

Dear Sir,

I was about to board the bus at the above mentioned bus stop. Despite insisting the bus driver to stop the bus he did not do so. Even I asked the conductor to stop the bus, bus he told me to climb by running.
As I am an Oldman holding the luggage, how can I run and catch the bus.
I would thankful to you if this issue could be resolved as it shouldn't happen for others.

Bus route: 16D from secunderabad to Balaji nagar(dammaiguda).
It has less buses i think the bus is not arriving even a lot of time. Seen I am waiting in A.S.RAO NAGAR around an 1hour for the bus. Even I didnt get one bus even now...
Take this complaint seriously and make sure about the bus. And increase the buses in the route

Ticket fare amount is 15 rupees from Bible house to afzal gunj but the bus conductor is taken 20 rupees for Ticket from Bible house to afzal gunj I'm absorbing from 10 days some conductors are giving 15 rupees fare Amount 15 rupees.

I have booked TSRTC cargo at Vijayawada Autonagar to Karimnagar as on 19.03.2022 . having Consig n0 2064629. In online status is in transist as on 20.03.2022 in karimnagar . In Karimnagar there is no response from TSRTC cargo. They are still asking and saying parcel was not found as on 31.03.2022...we are not getting correct respond from Karimnagar Cargo service...

I have booked 3 tickets on 1/04/2022, i still didn’t get tickets.

Hyderabad city tsrtc buses not availability to indo American Cancer hospital and also indo American nursing college so students and workers are facing problems to go this location so kindly provide buses to this route thank you

I am venkataratnam ...I am travelling everyday in tsrtc bus from huzur nagar to miriyala guda...Today also i travelled in express bus... regular travelling express bus fare is 40 ruppees to miryalguda from huzurnagar.But today charged me express fare is 50 rupees from huzur agar to miryalaguda in kodada depot express bus. I asked the conductor why are you charged me as 50 rupees is this a special bus ? He given me reckless answer with proud...There is no travelling fare is increased in tsrtc round figure charges...But why he is charged me 50 rupees fare...Please put up a complaint against him.
