Bus service no. 7694 date of traveling 26/03/2022 from Hyderabad to Tirupathi. They have not been provided the water bottle and blankets.

I have called [protected] which was displayed in one of the bus station for clarification of doubt but call was not attended. I have called again but same repeated. Please don't share such numbers where we can't get response from the concern person.

Hi sir my self Vinay Bitla i am working in NABRD...today means 25.03.2022. at time 11:20 I was there at JBS Stop Adilabad depo bus driver was hurting me i occupied one seat number is 05 and I was taken a ticket to armoor also but after some time one passenger come into a bus he is going to Nirmal but there is no seat in bus that time Driver come to my self and taken my ticket and he refund my amount and he give my seat to that Nirmal passenger and I argue with the driver also but he is misbehave with me... after that I dropped at road also for this insident I am really sad and I hurted also late night he dropped me on the road that bus number is TS 01 Z 0140... please Sir kindly tack a necessary action against that Driver please...

I am an resident from EdullaBayyaram Village, Pinapaka mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem Mndl.
From our village so many people will travel from here to Hyderabad for many reasons for Education, Hospital, Business.
Thankyou Sir, We can easily travel from Bayyaram to Hyderabad as we had Super Luxury Bus.
But, when we travel from Hyderabad to Bayyaram we are not having mode of transportation as good.
We had only one Bus at Night but it is Deluxe Bus which is uncomfort and even there is sound disturbance in it as we can't able to adjust because we have to travel about 400kms in that Bus which is unfair and it is running from 10 years.
So, Please change the Bus for our route.

We are standing at chengicherla bus stop from 8.30 pm to go to uppal x road NO buses are coming, we are waiting from more than a hour, very bad service, requesting to provide minimum 2 buses at the night time

And I have asked the coundector to have the ticket to pincha office..but the coundector gave me the ticket from the sr Nagar to masb tank .I have asked him the same he said this the ruel and he was taking with roude behaviour too

the driver is making the stops all way along the route at where ever passengers are requesting him. Despite of being the Super luxury bus the driver has made a sto pin kothakota which is regular stop for normal RTC buses but not for super luxury ones.

He is making unnecessary stops on. Minimum of 3-4 till we crossed kothakota. This inturn making the TOA to kurnool differ by huge margin of amount

Today I traveled from Ameerpet to chintal bus stop. The ticket price is 25, I gave 30rs as I don't have change. The conductor didn't gave my 5 rs. If this repeats everytime we are loosing a lot of money to these buses in the form of 5rs, 2rs etc. No one is looking into this. Please kindly tell them atleast to maintain some change of money🙏

I took the bus at patancheru bus stand and asked 2 tickets for miyapur metro station stop. Conducter took 50 rupees and gave ticket for hydernagar which is the next stop after miyapur metro station. The fare from patancheru to miyapur metro station is 20 rupees, but was charged 25 by giving ticket of the next station. When questioned the conducter about this, he was rude.

I am a regular traveller from Bhadrachalam to Vijayawada. The main problem facing is with TSRTC buses which are between 8 AM to 8.45 AM, particularly Bhadrachalam- Guntur service which is running like a Pallevelugu bus. wherever the passenger raises hand, irrespective of request stops. The same kind of problem faced while coming from Vijayawada to Bhadrachalam. Bus service at 7 PM (భద్రాద్రి భవాని), that service was also very slow through which I travelled through recently.

In reservation buses seating rules are not following by the driver
For suppose a women reserved a seat in bus the nxt side seat must allow for book or allot for the women passenger only but that rule was not follwed by the driver or staff
We are requested the driver also but he was not responded

One the issue faced related the aboue issue

Respected Sir, I am A G Saikumar, Advocate, High Court, Hyderabad. Aged about 60 years. Today (20/03/2022) I was waiting for city bus at Hydernagar Bus Stop to go to Lingampally. Bus and crew details: Driver code: 302654 Conductor Code: 207439, Bus Regn No. AP 11 Z 6616 Depot: Musheerabad. The driver didn't stop the bus at bus bay. He stopped the bus far long from the bus bay that to middle on the road. Passengers took much pains and face life risk to catch the bus. I asked the crew and there is a very negligent reply from them. Kindly advice your drivers to stop at the bus bay and save the passengers lives.

Asifabad to wankidi bus charge previously is 13 rs. It is 12 km... Recently increased the bus charges all over telangana... Compare to all other districts charges., asifabd to wankidi bus charge raised from 13 to 20...in other district charges chaged from 13 to 15...
We are asked superiors but they did not respond..

I here by inform that the fair charge form sangareddy x road to kphb(express) is 50rs but whereas form kphb to sangareddy x road is 55rs
Solve this problem even ticket conductor is not able to say

Complaint regarding the bus driver of Bus No: AP28Z438, date of travel: 17 March 2022, around 7:30PM from KPHB to Secunderabad route, issue at KPHB temple bus stop. Very rude driver who didn't stop the bus at bus stop and rash driving when tried to get into the bus, about to fall under the bus.

Nizamabad to nandipet bus charge is Rs. 25, but they are taking Rs 30, with out giving any intimation of increasing charges ... Please take action

Wanted to buy pulpy orange which had an mrp of 35 rupees but they were demanding 40 rs on asking them that u had to take only 35 rupees they were rude I even asked them that recently only shops in mgbs were fined but they didn’t pay any heed to that

Not only one or two, almost half of the driver's of borabanda buses are driving very slow which is making people arrive at their destinations very late.college is not allowing the students bcoz of being late which is neither due to traffic nor due to starting late it's all bcoz of driver's driving very slow. I request u to solve this issue ASAP.
