Actually I came to bus pass renewal but my old pass was rejected for renewal even though I can still renewal it according to my student ID Card. As they told it was rejected, I showed the bus pass to the person in the counter, but they told it's not possible..I went away, but forgot to collect my old pass I showed them

    Hi, I'm Daram Vikas. I'm facing a lot of issues with banswada bus services. I'm waiting for bus from 1and half hour in JBS Hyderabad. It's not a first every time this is happening. Please I'm requesting to charge against the Banswada and Bodhan depot manager. I think they are neglecting there job. We are facing many problems like this. Please take charge against them. I think the government need to take this complaint as a major issue.

      Actually on past there is bus from Warangal to our college in Hasanparthi. But from a year ther is no bus to travel for the college.so kindly keep a bus for travel ... Thanku

        Indecent and reckless behaviour of driver

        I got into the bus at 6:15pm.He started the bus at 7:00 PM from MGBS.He stopped at every bustop from MGBS to outskirts of Hyderabad and stopped at LB nagar for 30 minutes.When i asked him why is it getting late he indecently replied that if you want to come you can or get down of the bus.He even drove recklessly with so much of sudden brakes.i would request you to please take necessary action against him.

          I am traveling from JBS to Chegunta Medak dist. The bus is already seats occupied in JBS, after wards the bus driver and conducter unnecessarily occupied passengers in kompally and medhchal and the bus was full around 80 to 90 passengers have travelling, in this regard the pandemic situation is going on.

          In view of the above, kindly take necessary action against bus driver and conducted, the bus details given below:

          BODHAN DEPOT
          Sunday I.e. 06th February 2022.
          Bus starts from 11:00 am from JBS to Nizamabad.

          Kindly treat immediately action at the earliest.

            The Driver Behaviour is Gud, He is using Bad language .

              I am from Narayankhed dist Sangareddy as we are facing rtc buses problem from many days couple of days back i went to depo to discuss with manager about this issue but I haven’t received any proper response yet. They won’t even maintain the depo buses many times they get failed in middle of journey, now from past two days 7:00 am bus getting issues in middle of our journey bus is getting some technical problems and we are catching some other bus due to which we are unable to reach on time to the offices.
              Today’s bus way to Secunderabad from Narayankhed.

              This is my sincere request to take necessary request and do helpfull to public.

                    Hi.this is sriakanth.
                    I have for got a Wi-Fi dongle of Jio(black color) in Garuda bus of Warangal-1 depot number TS03Z 0293 from Hanamkonda to MGBS which started at 7:29am
                    I Got down at Uppala nd found my dongle was missing.
                    I have the ticket with me.
                    Please try and track my forgotten device.I was sitting in 3rd row from back on to right hand side of the bus.

                      I MOHAMMED REHMAN a diploma student of Quli Qutub Shah Government Polytechnic College. Request the TSRTC department to increase the ORDINARY BUSES. I came to the Chandrayangutta at (9:20) from my house and the bus arrived at Chandrayangutta exactly at (10:00) that's a very long delay for the people who are using Public Transportation Services. Please Sir/Madam make sure that ORDINARY Buses should arrive at time. No doubt METRO EXPRESS is always at time till the time. I was waiting for the ORDINARY BUSES five METRO EXPRESS BUSES came and went after five METRO EXPRESS BUSES a ORDINARY BUS arrived the number Of the bus is AP29Z3176. Student can't afford the METRO EXPRESS BUSES Sir/Madam please increase the ORDINARY BUSES in our city.

                          I booked two tickets on 21 tst of january, 2022 . As a result of this money has been debited from my account ( upi transaction id :[protected] but tickets has not been booked on TSRTC website . Its been 4 days, not even single notification has been received regarding this . So please kindly resolve this issue .

                                    Respected TSRTC department,
                                    I was travelling towards Hyderabad from siddipet in my car. I noticed an Tsrtc Super luxury district bus with vehicle number
                                    TS 02 Z 0282 driving parallely with me at high speed with over 90kmph, blocking my way and chasing me. It was even ejecting lot of smoke (pollutants) violating the pollution law.

                                    So requesting you to take action against that driver and ensure that no such rash driving happens in TSRTC as passengers safety is o[censored]tmost importance while they are travelling.

                                      This is to bring to your notice that the conductor of bus AP 28 Z 2900 is not lending the change to the passengers and when I asked for the remaining amount he picked up a quarrel with me.
                                      I boarded the bus at Dhaba and had to get down at lingampally railway station.
                                      The bus I boarded was around 3;40 pm it is scheduled between lingampally and Mehdipatnam routes.
                                      Kindly take action against such conductors who are not giving back change to the passengers.
