I was waiting for bus on the stage at kolvai, beerpur, jagtial pincode: 505 454

Driver have not stopped the bus even for one second and the lights in the bus are off so I was not able to stop, it was the last bus around 7:35...

Today I carried my buspass but id forgotten at home.i showed soft copy to the conductor but his behaviour was arrogant, he snatched my buspass and didn't give me back.bus number is AP11Z7173, ROUTE 300.i was coming from tkr to Upparpally at 4:45 pm...

Iam D Sainathvittal I have reserved seats alloted.. the conductor made others to sit in our reserved seats and it's making me more unconformable... Don't ever misuse the consumer rights. My bus is from bdn-Ongole my ticket number is 66526409. Even after requesting the conductor and stated my concern he's not even bothered...

Hello sir, my name is Uday Kumar, Today I travelled from krnr to hyd with family on tsrtc bus TS02 Z 0364 the bus driver is very rude and agressive careless and rash driving he just hit a lorry front portion with bus back side while rash driving.
Some of passengers asked him to slowdown but he gave a rude reply with vulgar language.
All the passengers felt insult with his rude and vulgar words

I boarded the 113m bus at masab tank and showed my student pass to the conductor and then put it in my pocket. After getting down I realised that my wallet containing my pass had slipped from my pocket. I request you to please issue a new pass....

I am vinay resident o[censored]pperpally we are facing SEVERE problem with the 94u bus service there are no buses running in this route students facing SEVERE problem to go to college because no buses in this area 94U is the only bus which goes koti we the student's are more in this route so please add more buses in route "94u" otherwise we have to walk 5 km to catch other bus so please kindly look into matter do needful...

I'm Dr. Saketh. This is a super luxury bus. The driver is overloading the bus with passengers more than the seat capacity which is unofficial.
Especially during is covid time which is illegal.
I shall request you to take strict action...

From last few months the RTC buses are not stopping at stages as they are going from middle of the road, even if we put hand also they are not stopping. And one more thing is that if we board a bus if we want to get down at stage when our stop comes they are not stopping we have to shout then driver will stop. Please take necessary action as soon as possible....

I want to go mgbs to jbs normal city buses drivers not allowing passengers to drop jbs even the bus mostly empty also this is the reason the tsrtc was in loss.
Plz take care about passengers....

I travelled from LBnagar to masabtank. On 13 Nov 9:40 Am. I forgot to collect 80 rupees from conductor....

When i was in the bus i took the pass and showed to the conductor and kept in my bag but i think it slipped in the bus

Everyday in the evening from 4:30-6:00 there is only one bus available for students .and even that bus is completely getting filled.so please add few more busses in that time.please sir....

There is a lack buses from lalbazar to telecomcolony i.e 23GF, 23T
There should be at least one bus for half an hour but not there single bus for an hour...

There are obviously encumbered of busses from jagadgirigutta to sec mehdipatnam and CBS. But the problem is the bust waits at the start stop gets the bus full tight packed and when it comes to 2nd stop that is allwyn colony there not even a place for 1 person to either stand on the door it's so crowded. When there are so many busses why do they fill it in jagadgirigutta only?? What about people at allwyn colony and Sai nagar how will they...

We have get into the bus at 5:31 in Mg bus station but we are still near in Siddipet . Ordinary bus is better than super luxary . It is from asifabad depo .
So please take serious action And this is to sajjanar sir so please take the action....
