Hi,
As we are facing Seating discomfort while travelling in Express bus specially senior citizens sitting in bus, from Hyderabad to Yellandu almost 5hrs journey can't sit in Express bus seats we are getting body pains while travelling in that road,
Here we are requesting you please re arrange Super Luxury bus in night time 11.30pm from MGBS to Yellandu instead of Express bus.
Hopefully getting positive response from you.

    There is not a single bus available on the route of Banjara Hills, Road No. 10 Zehra Nagar. Because of this autos are charging high prices for the movement. I request the concerned authorities to kindly consider the problems of people of the area and take appropriate measures to solve our problems.

      86 buss no is always delay, they come in a group of 3 or they don't come, time between buss to buss is 10 min according to schedule, but on ground reality they appear every half an hour,

        Sir I had booked a online ticket from Beeramguda (Hyd) to Pune on 9th Dec-21 but I did not receive any SMS or email.
        I tried to nquire from complaints by mobile and email but it only showed a no which was not accepted.
        I had to book another ticket from Miyapur counter.

            Today I am travelling from Hyderabad to Vijayawada by AP 29Z 2680 Garuda Plus service. The bus was looking very good from outside. But inside the bus is very very bad in maintenance. Bus seats are very badly damaged with lot of dust still in there. Seat Charging points are not at all working. Television not working. Myself I am Sales Head for my work group for south India. I am travelling myself for my business appoints across the States. I have some client meetings in Vijayawada and some other locations. Tonight I am facing very bad experience by this service, very uncomfortable & unsatisfied journey.

            It's an Mercedes Benz Bus but in service no more like that at all.

              Anantapur to Hyderabad
              I am the passenger, I need to travel Anantapur to Kothakota, but the above said vehicle conductor denied boarding, since night service vehicle will not go inside Kothakota, but APSRTC busses are always going Dhone, Gooty inside even in night at any time. Then, why TSRTC buses not go inside Kothakota. Pl strictly instruct conductor.
              Even so many seats are free, then also conductor not allowed for Kothakota. This worst behaviour of Driver and conductor

              Kindly take necessary action all of your TSRTC buses need to come and Go inside Kothakota town.

                I am traveling on bus no: AP20Z0114 on 13/12/2021 from Khammam to Wyra at 15:07 . When I ask driver( who is issuing ticket also)to issue ticket to Wyra he said go and bring change otherwise get down from bus. Because of his rude behaviour some coustomers like me feel very bad to travel in RTC buses... please take an action on his rude behaviour. Further more suggest him to behave like gentle man not like a rowdy with passengers.

                  There are no sufficient number of super luxery buses to hyderabad from karimnagar during morning as many employees start from there hometown to reach offices, which are located in hyderabad and the express buses to hyderabad are continuously stopping during travel and this makes inconvenience to employees as it takes long travel time. So, i request you provide more number of super luxery buses to hyderabad during morning time around 5-7 and also request you to advice the bus drivers to not to stop continuously during travel.

                        As in the evening time there many student who go to their houses with tsrtc buses. The busses in Ibrahimpatnam routes are very less, while number of student are more.so, the students are facing problem to get in to the busses.
                        In Ibrahimpatnam, there are 4-5 engineering colleges and many students opt for rtc. so students are travelling with risk of footboarding, there is crowd in the busses.so, I request TSRTC to run more number of busses in the evening time between 3:30 to 5:00.so that the students can travel safely.

                            Dear sir, my self Saikrishna Kulkarni, I'm a employee in sccl. On 05.12.2021 while I'm traveling from mncl to jbs in Rajdhani bus, at about 1.00 am bus stopped at Krmr bus stop, there I was stunned to see that your duty controller was beating the passengers with stick not wearing mask even though he does not have any right to do that and not a part of his duty. Kindly take necessary action on him as soon as possible.

                              Tsrtc local buses blocking free lefts in major junctions

                              Some of the local buses of tsrtc, despite of their huge often blocks free lefts in major junctions, i am attaching one of the bus as an example which had blocked paradise junction at 9:30 pm causing inconvience for other vehicles..
                              i request all the rtc buses to obey the rules and be an inspiration to others...
