    Good morning sir i am a sridhar from hyd miyapur we went srisailam recently l booked a ticket from journey date 28th date night 8pm srisailam to jbs bustop bus code name 1255
    Seats r not good mobile charger is not working bus wiper is not working bus mirrors are broken bus door also not closed driver rash driving 5 times is given so much trouble last nr santosh nagar divider (paina akinchindu)we thought our life is over .god save our life . So requesing check the driver and bus is correct or not .we didnt get any ticket money also

      Scheduled trip from Kurnool to Bangalore was on 28th Nov 2021, at 16.30 hrs and suppose to reach Bangalore at 21.30 hrs. However, TSRTC Service no 2994, arrived at 17.45 hrs in Kurnool and reached bangalore on 29th Nov 2021 early morning at 00:31 hrs. It was delayed for more than 3 hours.

      As per the TSRTC call center information, Bus left from Miyapur depot very late and arrived in the destination very late. Causing inconvenience to all the passengers. No discipline to arriving on time, Its a silly excuse to give delay caused due to traffic. Its not always the same.

          We have reserved seat from miyapur to sattupally service no:8828 and not recived
          Driver phone nos details in my mobile no.
          Driver came to miypur but not cal for passenger and I asked to Driver Mr.RVG Krishna, why you not cal me and he said recharge amount not in mobile.so, that not cal he said.
          Pls instruct to drivers carefully and do the processers

            I would like to inform you that one of TSRTC pallevelugu bus driver, BUS registration no TS 35Z 0017 hittted our car today i.e. on[protected], time in between 5.30pm near Nagulapally railway track near toopran. As we stopped vehicle near railway track gate.As soon as gates wear opened bus driver rushed very fastly from our right side driving very rashly hitted our car very badly and pushed our car almost 10 to 20mts. More over his behaviour is very rude. With god grace every one are safe in car, I don’t know why he is driving very rashly, may be he is drunken.
            Here by request you to kindly take necessary action against bus driver. So that it should not happen to other innocent people.
            Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                I was waiting for bus on the stage at kolvai, beerpur, jagtial pincode: 505 454

                Driver have not stopped the bus even for one second and the lights in the bus are off so I was not able to stop, it was the last bus around 7:35

                    Iam D Sainathvittal I have reserved seats alloted.. the conductor made others to sit in our reserved seats and it's making me more unconformable... Don't ever misuse the consumer rights. My bus is from bdn-Ongole my ticket number is 66526409. Even after requesting the conductor and stated my concern he's not even bothered

                          Hello sir, my name is Uday Kumar, Today I travelled from krnr to hyd with family on tsrtc bus TS02 Z 0364 the bus driver is very rude and agressive careless and rash driving he just hit a lorry front portion with bus back side while rash driving.
                          Some of passengers asked him to slowdown but he gave a rude reply with vulgar language.
                          All the passengers felt insult with his rude and vulgar words

                            I boarded the 113m bus at masab tank and showed my student pass to the conductor and then put it in my pocket. After getting down I realised that my wallet containing my pass had slipped from my pocket. I request you to please issue a new pass.

                                  I am vinay resident o[censored]pperpally we are facing SEVERE problem with the 94u bus service there are no buses running in this route students facing SEVERE problem to go to college because no buses in this area 94U is the only bus which goes koti we the student's are more in this route so please add more buses in route "94u" otherwise we have to walk 5 km to catch other bus so please kindly look into matter do needful

                                    I'm Dr. Saketh. This is a super luxury bus. The driver is overloading the bus with passengers more than the seat capacity which is unofficial.
                                    Especially during is covid time which is illegal.

                                      Respected sir/madam,
                                      From last few months the RTC buses are not stopping at stages as they are going from middle of the road, even if we put hand also they are not stopping. And one more thing is that if we board a bus if we want to get down at stage when our stop comes they are not stopping we have to shout then driver will stop. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.
