I was traveling in a buy from aler to uppal x road Bus no: AP36Z0209,
I was taking ticket after holding the tick the conducter was giving change while trying to take the change I lost the ticket and it blow off from the door .

The conductor as well as other passengers also witnessed the incident, as I asked the conductor I just took the ticket he insisted to take one more .

I refused then he stopped...

In KPHB TSRTC buc ticket counter, I asked the person to give me a ticket for Hyderbad to Vijayawada for RAJADHANI bus (service no: 1423) for the date 7-Nov-2021. The actual bus ticket amount is 550, but he took 570 from me. I asked why 20rs extra was charged, he said its official. Ticket no: 66451535.

Rajadhani bus service was very very bad experience, i had travel 4 to 5 times all time also very bad experience, seats are not perfect, charging board point not working, ac also problem
Please change the new bus from nirmal to hyderabad rajadhani...

I' m roaming around bus pass counter at rtc shapurnagar, hyderbad from past 2 weeks with my printed application form.
the sir who he been alloted to print the pass and give is irresponsible of printing my pass. Even though I have all the particulars in the form are filled and even though my college has forwarded my application for printing of pass to tsrtc...He is not printing my pass ...I request the tsrtc to please take action immediately...

Today[protected] I was travelling from Hyderabad to Srisailam by my private car and around 12:54 pm TSRTC bus overtook my car and at that time I already gave indicator still bus hit my car and damaged my car’s side mirror. And after this incident driver ran away with high speed in Nalamalla forest.
Please go through it and avoid the risk of other passengers too.I am attaching video for your reference....

Never felt like this in my several journeys to my home town I have reserved a seat in a bus with service number 1256 on 03/11/2021 to srisailam I think bus tsrtc will be safe and hygiene drive but the bus is full of bad smell and due to this bad smell I am getting womthing sensation nor comfortable to sit at my seat...

I would like to Regis a complaint against a driving who was doing rash driving in all the possible ways ( sometimes went out of the road just to overtake) and was talking on phone at the same time. Please take action against such people to save many life’s because people like him are too careless and they don’t value the life of others.

I am a resident of KPHB colony, Hyderabad. Since a week, we are not getting 19M and 19K buses at our place during 8 am to 10 am. There are hardly 3 to 4 buses which come during that span. It is crucial time/office hours. When we don't get buses at that time, then what is the use of keeping buses to our colony. We will use autos and go by metro....

Daily morning and evening RTC buses are not enough for the students of CMR and other institutions. Due to less buses so many students are getting late to the colleges. I have Recently booked a ticket from hyderabad to Bhadrachalam and the driver name is K. RAVI. Though the bus ran late for 50 minutes, driver even did not inform me about the delay and his phone number provided by the rtc is not even working. Hello, I hereby complaint about regular delays of local bus numbered 11 that runs in Hanamkonda city, the delay isn't just 5 or 10 mins it's like more than 15 mins. Sometimes I feel like the bus is running by driver of the bus instead of TSRTC entity...

Service number 8360..driver jaya Prakash ..very rude behaviour while talking with customers... saying false details about bus presence..not fit to be driver..no ethical values.these people are reason for tsrtc losses..APSRTC is far most better and helpful for passengers...

Dear Sir,
rash driving by TSRTC bus driver caused a serious injury in lower spin.. not able to walk or sit .. he got down from bus with heavy pain on his spinal ... and seriously on bed from morning ... presently taking treatment at home.

Bringing this issues to your kind notice as the driving is very careless ... it happened at choutuppal bus stand turning from highway road... already the road is damaged and the driven...
