    I would like to bring to your notice that buses commuting in Shadnagar area especially the one commuting on Kondurg -kollur are collecting bus fares from passengers but are not issuing bus tickets. Also, I assume they are collecting more than the actual bus fare as we are charged Rs 10 to commute 4 km towards Kollur and same amount to commute 9km to Kondurg. Request that strict action be taken on such unethical practices even after taking salaries from government. There is so much o[censored]nethical practices in that area apart from this bus issue that the salaries paid by us are not sufficient and there is unnecessary higher cost of living in a village like that.

      All TSRTC Buses from KADAPA moving towards hyderabad we're stopping at city outskirts for food for commissions for more than 30 mins and after that they again stopping at CARGO Services for more than 45 mins. Totally they are wasting 1hour 15 mins this very rediculous. Worst service try to stop this.

        Vehicle no. Ts07z4087 of KRMR-1 is reckless about the other road users and been travelling from Shamirpet towards jbs and experienced two close collisions with our vehicle. This scene happened to be around 4:00 PM on 4th Apr, 2021. The driver is keep on changing lanes without indicators and honk sound.
        Request to give the driver, a counseling and training if required.

            Hello iam student and my student pass date has overed on 14 march so I went to uppal bus stop it's a new renewal counter on 31march to renewal the pass and he took 200rs and gave me the pass from the date of 31mar to 12aprl actually pass should be given for 1month now I lost the money please solve my problem help me changing my pass

                        Conductor denied service and misbehaved.was drunk on duty and denied the bus journey after several polite attempts of explaining him to give change when others board the bus as the journey was 10kms and had several stops in between. Conductor stopped the bus and asked to get down and informed to board another bus

                            We r students, we r facing bus problems due te buses r not reaching at the bus stop in time..there r 5 - 6 institute in moinabad route in that route 2-3 buses r coming and there r not in time..and the students r facing problem of transportation and here there is no bus stand to sit and we r standing for 1and half hour...so plz it's our request to solve as soon as possible

                                For child of age running 5 years conductor issued full ticket

                                TS 02 UA 9944 bus travelling from Godavarikhani to Karimnagar. At time around 8.35 am catched bus at Chelimeda Hospital to reach Karimnagar bus station. My self along with my mother spouse and my boy whose age is running 5 years conductor issued full ticket and abused infront of the passenger.
                                Kindly confirm me whether completed 5 years only can go for the ticket....

                                The bus number is 115, RT: AP28Z4500. It was supposed to stop at peerzadiguda kamaan and it didn't. I got late to work.

                                  Public is waiting for more than hour from 1315 to 1430 pm, but no state run buses available at RGIA bus stop...bus stop has become taxi stop and public is forced to take cabs and auto...it seems no one is there in the government to look after public issues...

                                      Student montly pass 165/- but, the countant is taking 185 /-, there are including service charge of 20/- and it was not actually taken.
                                      If they take 20/- per persons student pass, arround 500 to 600 daily profit they can attain,
