నేను ఈరోజు01/01/2024న నా ఫ్యామిలీతో సాయంత్రం 5 గంటల తర్వాత గంధంపల్లి బస్టాప్ వద్ద ఇల్లందుకు వెళుతున్న మహబూబాబాద్ డిపోనకు చెందిన బస్ నంబర్TS 26Z 0022 అను బస్సులో ప్రయాణిస్తున్న క్రమంలో ఒక మహిళ కొత్తపేట స్టేజివద్ద ఎక్కగా, ఆమె తన ఆధార్ కార్డ్ చూపి టిక్కెట్టు ఇవ్వాలని అభ్యర్ధించగా, సదరు మినీ బస్ డ్రైవర్ కం కండక్టర్ గారు ఈ ఆధార్ కార్డులో వున్న నీ ఫోటో పోలిక నీకు సరిపడట్లేదు, నీవు వెంటనే బస్ దిగి వెళ్ళిపోవాలని, కఠినంగా తెలిపి బస్సును ఆపు చేసినాడు.ఈ ఘటన చూసిన నేను, ఒంటరిగా ప్రయాణిస్తున్న మహిళను ఈ టైములో బస్సు దింపేయటం సరికాదని, కనీసం టికెట్టు తీసుకోమని అడగక దిగమనటం సబబు కాదని, వీలైతే ఆమె టికెట్టు డబ్బులు నేను చెల్లిస్తాననగా, ఈ బస్సులో ఎవరికీ లేని బాధ నీకేందయ్, రూల్స్ అడగటానికి నువ్వెవరయ్ అని మర్యాద లేకుండా మాట్లాడటమే కాక తాగి మాట్లాడంతున్నావా అని ఏకవచన సంభోధ పదాలతో పరుషంగా మాట్లాడి, బస్సు ఇంజిను కంప్లీట్ గా ఆఫ్ చేసి గొడవకు దిగి ప్రయాణీకులందరికీ చాలా ఇబ్బంది కల్గించినాడు ఇట్టి విషయాన్ని TSRTC హెడ్ ఆఫీసు కంప్లయింట్ చేయగా సదరు డిపో మేనేజర్ గారి చర వాణీ నంబరు తెల్పగా, వారికి తగు సమాచారం ఇచ్చి చర్యలకై అడగగా వాట్సప్ లో రిటెన్ కంప్లయింట్ అడిగారు.దానికి నేనుసరేనంటిని..కానీ ఈ విషయాన్ని సదరు వ్యక్తిపై తగు చర్యల నిమిత్ం తమరికి తెల్పుకొనుచున్నాను.కావున వెంటనే స్పందించి తగు చర్యలకై ప్రార్ధన.

I'm Kavita, I have started from Maisamma guda on date[protected], morning around 9: 49 AM, In Secunderabad bus No: TNB63622, Jeedimetla Depot.
First I have showed Aadhar card to the conductor and he said I don't accept aadhar card In photo form in mobile.the I paid online to his phone pe and he didn't asked even that where I'm going to! And gave me the ticket to Secunderabad without asking my stop. Then he rashly gave me the ticket and, the ticket flew on air flow and fell outside of the bus window and I asked the driver to stop the bus and the driver also talked rash with me and then the conductor again asked me to pay for the ticket again and then I refused to take again . But they behaved very harsh with me, there is no other way to do so then I paid again for other ticket. It was really a bad experience to a female from the TSRTC . I really need a Justice for this within 48 hrs, Other wise I will take serious action on this. I have all the Proofs of payments and Photos of the Conductor and driver. This really happened to a Girl in Public Bus. I have paid to conductor phonepe : His Name : KUNDAVARAM KANAKA CHENNAIAH . He did this with me today, don't know how many times he did with ladies . Remove these type of people from these public service buses immediately !

We were traveling from IBS campus to gandipet, for which fare is 20/- per person. But the bus conductor charged us the fare of 40/- per person.
A conductor doesn't have any right to charge us extra.
A strict action should be taken against the conductor and our extra fare of 20/- per person should be refunded.
I hope soon action will be taken against this.

If government provides free bus scheme to public, then these driver/ conductor should oppose it, if they have any problem but why these people are irritating on public. Didn't ladies travelled previously in buses. Are they traveling only because of free bus keeping all their jobs a side. I'm really not sure if this scheme is benefiting someone but all the ladies of telangana are been blamed daily.
My complaint here is, me along with my sister, daughter who just entered her 5 years boarded super luxury bus at uppal that driver/conductor didn't give ticket to my daughter but at aler he stopped bus for break when we get down the bus to buy snacks he is asking me to take ticket to my daughter at the shop. I'm okay with that but, my problem is he should ask me to take ticket in the bus itself but he unnecessarily created a drama in front of many people on the road due you really feel that is correct. If I want to claim some free ticket why will I board super luxury bus. This person is talking so many rules that child who complete 4 years should take ticket being educated why didn't you take like wise... Even after accepting to take ticket. My question is did we have any rule for drivers to stop bus inbetween and have their tiffin, lunch and dinner it's humanity that's we(public) don't generally blame them. In the same way we want them to be polite to the passengers. I'm attaching two tickets see the time variation.

Lady conductor of a metro bus no - AP28Z4500 during the trip no 3, is being continuously using abusive language and scolding women regarding the mahalakshmi free ticket. And also very careless response from her that she said the bus is her property. It is very harsh to the women who are travelling in buses during the college and office hours.

I’m a regular traveller in 222 bus. The busses are not often, they don’t have any particular timing. I’m writing this complaint standing in the busstop waiting for 222 bus from the past 40 min. This is the situation everyday, it’s very difficult for people like me to wait for such long time, and the bus will always full with passengers.
Please provide more busses on this route.

I have been traveling from Hemanagar to habsiguda but the conductor issues the ticket from Hemanagar to tarnaka which is a stop a head
When I ask conductor he says there is no option but habsiguda has a proper bus stop where many major busses stops.

As Telangana Govt introduced free buses to women's and girls, but it is creating hell to regular travellers and also we need to stand for hours now a days to catch buses specially there is a drastic reduction in 8A buses routing between secunderabad to Chandrayangutta, Charminar or Afzalgunj...So we request TSRTC to normalise smooth running of 8A buses by not reducing the buses creating problems to commuters.

Good afternoon sir /mam, i am a regular passenger of tsrtc daily, recently i had travelled in lingampalli pallevelugu bus to patancheru, the lady bus conductor of this bus did not gave correct change by asking me and one more boy to share the amount by giving less amount, by the time i realized and ran, the bus left the stop. the amount i need to receive from her is 50 rupees. she had also thrown away my bus ticket. the Bus Details are -bus number:- ts09ud6632 to lingampalli X roads belonging to sangareddy depot. sir plz... take strict action on her and see that i will get my change amount back.
sir, coming to the city buses, they are not halting the buses at bus stops and sometimes they are skipping the stops and proceeding. passengers are feeling very difficult to get down at their stops and they are asking us to get down and get in in a running bus and the conductors are always saying that we dont have change, leave it we cant do anything as women are travelling with free ticket. sir, please add few more buses to the present number of buses as buses are getting very conjusted and introduce any new payment option to avoid this change problem.
sir, coming to the district buses, the pallevelugu buses ordinary or express buses especially sangareddy buses are not coming in time to depot and due to this we are getting late to offices and schools and colleges. even at district level please.. add few more buses as the present buses are becoming so rush and conjusted due to this passengers are unable to get in and get out of the bus and waiting for next bus to board and getting late to work and please see that buses will follow time puntuality in daily routes.
finally, sir please take strict action on all these issues and i hope that you will resolve my complaints and make the changes which i had suggested regarding the tsrtc buses.

I have travelled from Bhadrachalam to kothagudem in Miryalaguda depot Bus TS 07 UL 4384. Time 11:07 Am.i have shown my original Aadhar card. He has not accepted it and saying that it is not correct. Asked me to take ticket, not from me and also from 6 women passenger he charged tickets after showing original identity card. Is the scheme for women after showing original identity card to take tickets. He is asking the passengers either step out of the bus or to take tickets. In the same day I have travelled from kothagudem to yellandu by free ticket travel without taking any ticket with same identity card. How can I travel free from kothagudem to yellandu without having original identity card. I have my Aadhar original and voter ID also. I m requesting to take action on the conductor for taking tickets from the passengers. he is not following the rules of Telangana government which was implemented recently. It is necessary to take act on him. I have contacted TSRTC Enquiry but I didn't get any response from them till now. If public didn't get any response how can they solve their problems. He is confusing people and taking tickets.Did he get any income by taking tickets like this? Is that the right way? Is it justice for public ?

Even though Mahalaxmi free ticket for women in Telangana is implemented.After showing original identity card also conductor was taking tickets from the passengers. Is the scheme implemented for women after showing original identity card also to take tickets. He asked me to take ticket even having both original aadhar proof and voter I'd .I have travelled from Bhadrachalam to kothagudem ( 24/12/1/2023) .from Miryalaguda depo bus TNA26330, Time 11:07.He is not accepting the original identity card.He was confusing the passengers he has taken tickets for 6-7 passengers. He was asking the passengers to take tickets or either step out of the bus.It is necessary to take necessary action.At same day I have travelled from kothagudem to yellandu by free ticket travel. How can I traveled free from kothagudem to yellandu without having any original proof. Miryalaguda depo bus conductor for not working correctly. I want justice for this to take action on him. Yesterday I have contacted TSRTC Enquiry but they have not given any response till now .Now I m raising a complaint to get justice for women who are taking tickets even having original identity proofs

I am Deepthi, we have planned a journey from hyd to srisailam on 24-Dec-2023 our seat numbers are 13, 14 and Bus service No :1260, the bus should reach in MG bus stand by 3 pm but we have been waiting from 2 and half hours but still bus did not reach MG bus stand and customer care is also giving wrong driver number and MG bus stand enquiry officer is also not responding properly about the bus and asking us to wait wait ...how long we need to wait ...kindly refund our total amount

The ticket price for Nirmal to hyderabad in super luxury bus is 430 and in online in tsrtc website it is 376 rupees why is the difference

I have booked a ticket in your tsrtc website super luxury bus money has detucted from my account but ticket is not conformed but my money not refunded and not provided any type os message like it will be refunded.

Complaint against bus conductor, bus no TS04uc4671.The conductor charged ticket fare even after showing original ID proof.Kindly take necessary action on this.

We need explanation regarding this ..

Inspite of being a District there are no sufficient services to Bhadrachalam which is a pilgrimage.
Rather solving the problem everyone including the mahbubabad RTC staff is least bothered to send the passengers to their desired places.

This is very disgusting and sorry.
