Hi,

I was booked the indra bus ticket from hyderabad to sattupally (Service no:8804, ticket no:64278934, uid number: 5307, date of journey:01-mar-2020).

Unfortunately, i came to know from tsrtc counter person at departure time (01-mar-2020 at 8:30 pm ist) as bus service (8804) was canceled for that day and the amount will be credited to my bank account.

But still, i did not receive the refund...

I travel by bus from hyd to mbnr the ticket cost is rupees 106 seat cost rupee 1 and tollgate cost. 5 total 112 rupees but they charge 115 there's 3 rupees of difference. I hop on bus at shamshabad even though i need to pay
Total cost of ticket which isn't fare. They don't even provide us with change
Not even buses are clean and also not on time to please resolve quickly...

Please increase the number of buses from uppal to thorrur. People are facing a lot of problems in order to travel through this route. There are a lot of buses traveling from this route which are of no use. They are moving empty. Please consider this issue and solve it as soon as possible. If required, please go through feedback from people too. We people are literally pissed off waiting there since 1 1/2 hr...

I am molli venkatesh, i lost my wallet in bus today[protected] early morning 5am 127k.

Bus was from kachiguda to via hitechcity, kondapur 127k in the morning 5am and i dropped at madhapur at 6am. I dont know bus num exactly, approx like this ts 7075.

In my wallet, having all important belongings like orginal adhaar card, pancard, voterid, passport size...

I have travelling from nirmal to hyderabad in adilabad bus depo service no 7917, is taking too much of time to reach destination online booking its showed 11pm but we reached 12:35am in jbs driver is wasting time to stopping in daba, because of 11pm only we booked the bus everytime we are facing this situation simply because of there commission rtc bus drivers are stopping their own poins in daba, please take a action on this...

In miyapur it is very difficult to cross the road to go to bachupally side. Request if the busstop is shifted to footover bridge which is close to the existing busstop. Many road accidents are happening during road crossing. If the busstop is near to foot bridge then all passengers can cross the road through foot bridge and it will be safe and convenient....

Sir this is to complaint that i have paid ticket less travel 500/- rupees. To mr... I don't name of ticket checking master. He man handled to me. While man handled i have lost gold chain worth of 30000/-. For my loss should be bear by tsrtc only. For manhandling with passenger any rule is there.?

I am Dr M Samyuktha, Working as Medical Officer in Air India (Shamshabad Office), My daily routine is to Travel in Pushpak bus (AJ) to AirPort. On March 7th 2020 I have got in Bus AJ to my workplace As usually and then realized that I have missed my Bus Pass. I had purchased the Ticket to office since I have missed the Buss Pass.

I am not sure where I have lost the Buss Pass and for my Return...

Sir myself shashikiran traveling from suchitra to indalwai in tsrtc bus bus no ap25z 0024 traveling duration started from 10:15 on 10 feb 2020 due to driver rash driving at speed breakers i was hitted hardto front seat and my left leg knee and left hand middle finger has wounded and blood came out plz kindly take action on that driver my no [protected]...

We as customers expect the best service from road transportation, but here clearly there is no particular timings maintained, no prior intimation has been made to the passenger for his upcoming trip, as the bus driver has been changed but the details have not been updated. Accordingly the bus services were not that good broken ac caps and dirty windows and the worst cleanliness maintenance, what not, even the bus station number don't work...

Every day several passengers who get down the busses from out stations at jbs, are forced to take autos or change two local rtc busses if they have to tavel towards malkajgiri, safilguda and ecil. There are hundreds of busses starting from jbs towards uppal, hayatnagar, ghatkesar etc. But why not towards malkajgiri one of the oldest route. Old routes like malkajgiri and sitaphalmandi are neglected and new routes are encouraged. Kindly ply...

With the ongoing threat of corona virus, we expect the govt to take up necessary steps to prevent the virus to spread.

I beg to draw your kind attention towards the local bus service on route no. 281. The number of buses are limited. The students and office-goers face great difficulty because of their less frequency during 8:30 am to 9:20 am. I request you to look into the matter and make the service regular and more frequent.

A bus driver was about to kill me & my wife.. He did not honk the horn & upon asking he said my bus doesn’t have horn. He literally showed me his horn switch which wasn’t working.. The funny thing is it was not a main road it was a small lane near kukatpally housing board 4th phase.. The driver was a bit rude..

Conductor's irresponsibility caused to levy fine on a student for ticketless travel. Conductor didn't come to give ticket and student was waiting in the mean time checking personnel came and leived a fine on the poor student. Student boarder the bus at lbnahar and she was fined 100rs in the very bext stop i. E. Panama. This is really bad and should be checked for details properly before putting fine. I’m travelling in bus ts02z0022 from
Hanamkonda to hyderabad which is rajadhani bus.ac is not at all working in the bus, we have asked the driver about the ac is his just restlessly telling that i can’t do anything. This is not all fair. Check the buses properly and then use them don’t unnecessarily trouble public. And this is not the first time i’m facing this, taking higher prices but services are not at all good...

A tsrtc devarkonda depo bus (Number 3019) indulged in rash driving at around 8pm at chaderghat bridge by overtaking from the wrong side and almost causing me to ram my vehicle in the road divider. He headed towards imliban bus stop rashly despite several honks.
Please look into the matter
This type of rash driving at such a busy bridge can result in major accidents....

Today 22.02.20 at 14.30 to 17.00 hrs i travelled in bus no. Ts 04 z 0198 from suryapet to hyderabad. I have noticed 3 mistakes. 1. Luggage box is full of dust. Boy says it is special bus hence not cleaned. 2. I observed that driver / boy are taking bus fare at the destinations. The boy told me that i can give amount, after reaching lb nagar.
