Hello TSRTC,

I am Rakesh Salla, travelling from Hyderabad to Kothagudem today i.e. Dec 18 2020. I am still in the bus and the arrival time in Kothagudem is 2.00 PM, now time is 1.30 PM and the bus is in Khammam bus stand. Driver parked the bus aside and left somewhere else when questioned the same he is shooting on me and abusing me.

This is really a upsetting behavior from the driver. You have to take some action to avoid so such horrible incidents in the future.

Please find the attached e-ticket and text message screenshots for you reference. Driver name and service number is mentioned in the documents.

I am a resident of Hyderabad, I’ve travelled to basar near Nizamabad where I had to encounter a bus driver when I was getting my car onto to the road as I was to get stuck in a mud pit and I saw that the bus was coming from a safe distance even then the driver he comes and stops the bus in front of my car and abused me ans my family telling cooked up stories and even then there was no retaliation from us having faith in the higher authorities . He didn’t even reveal his name even after asking him several times, as far as I know that person only wanted to pick a fight and abusing me and my family without any big reason and application of brakes would have been a solution That person didn’t even want to reveal his name after repeated questioning .
This incident happend on 16/12/2020 in between 2 to 5 near basar, Telangana

The driver was perfectly incompetent to drive with such high levels of panic and the way in which he spoke to me and my family shows how least bothered he was about his professional duty
I request you to take immediate action on such shameless drivers .I’m hereby sharing the pictures of the bus that was just about to hit our car.

Morning I came to khammam in express bus number TS28Z0075 collected charge 120 rs.In return in same bus at evening collected 130 rs ., I questioned, conductor gave rude replies., plz take action.,

Recently i have booked online ticket from Karimnagar to Jbs.

I was there at Karimnagar bus stand till 14:10, but bus was not there and no responses from the counter help desk.
So i finally gave up and took another ticket in Rajdhani.

I am requesting for the refund for my earlier booked ticket.
Hope i will get it.

Rtc having server issue and network problem amount deducted from bank and on website it is shown as failed so i sent mail regarding problem they are saying that they cannot refund

Dear sir, as on today I've submitted a courier from JBS Cargo services with Consignment Note No.1198007 on 23rd Nov 2020. to Bellampally bus station cargo services, Mancherial dist. and parcel consists of a Dress Material worth Rs.700/-. the JBS cargo services said to collect the material the next day morning or afternoon. but still the person Jarupula Rajeshwari c/o Ratnam Nayak hasn't received the material so far and the consignee of JBS...

Hit my car with his tail even though I was horning, I asked him to stop he didn't stop.
Please register the complaint and take action against the diver.
Please let me know how share pictures of damage to get funds to fix the damage.

I'm traveling daily up & Down 100kms in tsrtc buses but I found is no proper seat cleaning, maintenance of seats & they are damaged feeling uneasy to travel tsrtc team I request you to please maintain proper cleaning of seats totally strained full of dust unable to sit

Hello there TSRTC team! I hope and I wish you all are doing well. But I have a complaint on one of your TSRTC bus driver, who drives the bus literally as fast as rash, and I got little bit of hurts on my head but not a big deal or a major issue but the only one thing I want to say that, plz take action or prepare them well for driving.

Hi,
I am a resident of Alwal. I am raising this complaint to bring to your notice about the improper management of traffic on the road i.e Indira Gandhi statue to bolarum ( Select talkies road) which is blocked in even due to traffic and as there are many sub roads forming their way into main road and as there is no divider there are lots of accidents taking place.
In a day we witness 2 to 3 accidents on this road., Due to which a boy has lost his life.
I request you to take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps of putting up a divider and a traffic police.

I have boarded TSRTC BUS from kodad to miryalaguda. Driver of the bus is talking in the mobile for the entire journey. He is very reckless in driving. He sholud have hit auto in హుజూర్ నగర్.

Today we have travelled from JBS to Karimnagar in GDK Depo bus (TS02Z0301), our bus is reached SIDDIPET OLD BUS STAND around 5:30PM, Cargo officias was stopped the bus and inform to bus driver come in to inside Old bus stand, more than 15 minute's I asked to bus driver how much time it will take, your Cargo officials (3 persons and labour) told us just wait that's it, their behaviour is RUDELY and used in parliament words with Passengers.br...

AT 10/44 AM in the morning, very rash driving by bus driver, lane switching to the right reckless driving.
This is happened at CTO flyover secunderabad .
i was driving my new tata harrier, my self having nearly 30 years of 4 wheel drive experience was shocked to abnormal drive of the TS RTC

Today, on 2/11/2020. I was travelling from Miyapur metro station to lingampalli . I have purchased the ticket, which while paying cash to conductor flew out of the bus . The conductor has observed the same and asked me if it was the ticket he gave me then. I said yes it is but he remained quite at that moment, around allwyn area he began shouting at me to pay the amount again or he asked me to get down the bus. I didn’t know this would happen if I lose my ticket and I was not informed by the conductor even when he knew I will have to pay again when the ticket was lost. I have approached the driver regarding the same, to which bus driver and conductor together stopped the bus near allwyn petrol bunk where I could not access any buses or transport and asked me to get down and will not start the bus until I get down. I got down keeping in mind the trouble being caused to other passengers. I have complained against the conductor Mr. mallesham and driver Mr. chakrawarthy in she team Cyderabad regarding this negligent behaviour towards a girl. The bus number is AP 11 Z 2921 . I am attaching the picture of bus for the same . I request the authorities to take needful action against the mentioned people.

Dear sir Today I traveled from JBS to Patancheru through narayankes bus . Actual cost of ticket is 35rs I have given 100 (Don't have change) then he writed 60rs on backside of ticket which comes a total of 95 and extra 5rupees robbed by him. Just for an example for 1 passenger he took extra 5 and in a day around 500 passengers will go and it will around 2500×30day 75000 from people's money. Please take strict action against him I have the physical ticket and ticket photo also for ur reference

I have booked ticket from Hyderabad Mgbs to mancherial for service number 73160 but I didn't receive any message from tsrtc about details of driver and driver didn't call me and left without getting on to the boarding point and kept the mobile switched off. Is this the way to serve people. I want to complaint against the service and i need refund.
