Bus no: ts08z0087. Jagithyal depot.
While giving advice about social distancing in bus seating conductor was refused to sit gap between passenger to passenger. He claiming not to travel in govt busses i[censored] want to travel safe. Is this the right treatment as a conductor?? I requesting you to give a council to driver and conductor. I submitting a photo of bus occupancy. Public decided that due to loss of past 4 months rtc officials are supporting these kimd of activities from their lower employees. So if we don't get a relevant reply tgen definitely we don't allow this bus and these employees in our city for next time.

I, as a citizen feel pitty with the safety measures taken in tsrtc busses in this pandemic situation. Neither a conductor nor a driver are taking safety measures in bus no. Ts33z 0018 route : hyderabad to gadwal. I can't even able to see the meaning of word social distancing in this bus. However sanitization is done frequently but allowing the excess public to travel making a easy way of spreading of corona virus. We, public are feeling insecure with this negligence. Hope this complaint against tsrtc busses may be taken under consideration...

I have travelled in ap29z1428 on 24th of may around 12pm from hanmakonda bus depot to bhupalpally, as per covid 19 telangana passed social distance but which is not followed by tsrtc warngal depot even they are not allowing to communicate with passengers also, suggesting to adjust with other passengers. Is there any regulations passed by telangana govt and no toll free number please take action on this and if you need any further clarification i will be available on [protected].

Hi,

I was booked the indra bus ticket from hyderabad to sattupally (Service no:8804, ticket no:64278934, uid number: 5307, date of journey:01-mar-2020).

Unfortunately, i came to know from tsrtc counter person at departure time (01-mar-2020 at 8:30 pm ist) as bus service (8804) was canceled for that day and the amount will be credited to my bank account.

But still, i did not receive the refund amount:2236 to my bank account.

I reached out to tsrtc customer care but there are not responding

I travel by bus from hyd to mbnr the ticket cost is rupees 106 seat cost rupee 1 and tollgate cost. 5 total 112 rupees but they charge 115 there's 3 rupees of difference. I hop on bus at shamshabad even though i need to pay
Total cost of ticket which isn't fare. They don't even provide us with change
Not even buses are clean and also not on time to please resolve quickly

Please increase the number of buses from uppal to thorrur. People are facing a lot of problems in order to travel through this route. There are a lot of buses traveling from this route which are of no use. They are moving empty. Please consider this issue and solve it as soon as possible. If required, please go through feedback from people too. We people are literally pissed off waiting there since 1 1/2 hr

Respected sir/madam,
I am molli venkatesh, i lost my wallet in bus today[protected] early morning 5am 127k.

Bus was from kachiguda to via hitechcity, kondapur 127k in the morning 5am and i dropped at madhapur at 6am. I dont know bus num exactly, approx like this ts 7075.

In my wallet, having all important belongings like orginal adhaar card, pancard, voterid, passport size photos, driving license, bike c book, sbi and kotak atm debit cards and some visiting cards. Its all very important things to me. Please take responsibility and take it as serious.
And i hope on your service to bring back my wallet as soon as possible. If possible, please provide bus driver number and conducter number.

Request you to please help in this regard.

I have travelling from nirmal to hyderabad in adilabad bus depo service no 7917, is taking too much of time to reach destination online booking its showed 11pm but we reached 12:35am in jbs driver is wasting time to stopping in daba, because of 11pm only we booked the bus everytime we are facing this situation simply because of there commission rtc bus drivers are stopping their own poins in daba, please take a action on this

More than limited passengers are there on bus.you people increased the charges directly from 105 to 130 rupees and zero comfort in bus.EXPRESS BUS, but it will stop four times with in 100 km distance.BUS number AP 29 Z 1744.It started from jbs at 3.30 Pm from jbs till now it at chegunta.Very slow driving.

In miyapur it is very difficult to cross the road to go to bachupally side. Request if the busstop is shifted to footover bridge which is close to the existing busstop. Many road accidents are happening during road crossing. If the busstop is near to foot bridge then all passengers can cross the road through foot bridge and it will be safe and convenient.

Dear sir.

Tsrtc driver along with conductor holding bus no:AP11Z2944. Rashly driving his bus and worngly parked his bus on road and spoken vulguraly with the public today (3/12/2020) in between 5:15 to 5:45 pm near lingampally.

On March 7th 2020 I have got in Bus AJ to my workplace As usually and then realized that I have missed my Bus Pass. I had purchased the Ticket to office since I have missed the Buss Pass.

I am not sure where I have lost the Buss Pass and for my Return...

We as customers expect the best service from road transportation, but here clearly there is no particular timings maintained, no prior intimation has been made to the passenger for his upcoming trip, as the bus driver has been changed but the details have not been updated. Accordingly the bus services were not that good broken ac caps and dirty windows and the worst cleanliness maintenance, what not, even the bus station number don't work where tsrtc helpline executive provides. Just disgusting experience and personal mental trauma are the benefits we get as i traveled in this bus.

Every day several passengers who get down the busses from out stations at jbs, are forced to take autos or change two local rtc busses if they have to tavel towards malkajgiri, safilguda and ecil. There are hundreds of busses starting from jbs towards uppal, hayatnagar, ghatkesar etc. But why not towards malkajgiri one of the oldest route. Old routes like malkajgiri and sitaphalmandi are neglected and new routes are encouraged. Kindly ply atleast 6 busses per hour in malkajgiri routes from jbs.

With the ongoing threat of corona virus, we expect the govt to take up necessary steps to prevent the virus to spread.
But with a great distress and agony, would like to tell the govt. That the measures arnt been seen across
They arent reaching the masses, the areas which are highly prone to the virus threat like the airports and the airport busses which are plying between airport and to different locations.
Infact i am one of the regular commuter and expressing my concern to the dm of one of the bus depot, but nothing happened.
Sanitization is a must and have to be taken up with no delay.
Hope this reaches the right authorities and can witness some action
