I beg to draw your kind attention towards the local bus service on route no. 281. The number of buses are limited. The students and office-goers face great difficulty because of their less frequency during 8:30 am to 9:20 am. I request you to look into the matter and make the service regular and more frequent.

I was traveling from moosapet to miyapur, the conductor lady came and asked for money then i handed her a 50rs note which had slight stains on it.She gave me a ticket which costs only 15rs(moosapet to miyapur) and when i asked for change she made a rucus and started yelling at me that you people give spoiled notes and then ask for change as well, she then immediately said me to get down when the bus was approaching Kphb.I tried to make her understand that when this was the case then why did she issue me a ticket and she should have told me beforehand.But she was a lot intrested in making me deboard the bus.
Now i am here in Kphb stranded.
Very pathetic service by you.

This is to bring to you attention, the TSRTC bus holding registration number AP11Z6248 has drove very fast and rash near the school compound, it was very fortunate that I was escaped with accident in a fraction of second. I was waiting to cross the road with my child using proper indicator. the bus driver coming from Vidyanagar (Railway bridge) and trying to cross the signal in wrong way with full speed. The bus driver and conductor used filthy and abusive language when stopped and questioned.

I am attaching the driver photo and the bus driver for your reference.

Please take necessary action against the driver and conductor to stop future tragic accidents in city. I am sure the employee (Driver and conductor) not in a mental condition to do the job and unfit as they behaved irresponsible and improper manner using un-parliament language.

A bus driver was about to kill me & my wife.. He did not honk the horn & upon asking he said my bus doesn’t have horn. He literally showed me his horn switch which wasn’t working.. The funny thing is it was not a main road it was a small lane near kukatpally housing board 4th phase.. The driver was a bit rude..

Please take strict action against the driver and the bus.. I’m going to complain this to jntu ps..

Conductor's irresponsibility caused to levy fine on a student for ticketless travel. Conductor didn't come to give ticket and student was waiting in the mean time checking personnel came and leived a fine on the poor student. Student boarder the bus at lbnahar and she was fined 100rs in the very bext stop i. E. Panama. This is really bad and should be checked for details properly before putting fine. Please see that conductors and bus drivers should do their duty properly.

I’m travelling in bus ts02z0022 from
Hanamkonda to hyderabad which is rajadhani bus.ac is not at all working in the bus, we have asked the driver about the ac is his just restlessly telling that i can’t do anything. This is not all fair. Check the buses properly and then use them don’t unnecessarily trouble public. And this is not the first time i’m facing this, taking higher prices but services are not at all good

A tsrtc devarkonda depo bus (Number 3019) indulged in rash driving at around 8pm at chaderghat bridge by overtaking from the wrong side and almost causing me to ram my vehicle in the road divider. He headed towards imliban bus stop rashly despite several honks.
Please look into the matter
This type of rash driving at such a busy bridge can result in major accidents.

Today 22.02.20 at 14.30 to 17.00 hrs i travelled in bus no. Ts 04 z 0198 from suryapet to hyderabad. I have noticed 3 mistakes. 1. Luggage box is full of dust. Boy says it is special bus hence not cleaned. 2. I observed that driver / boy are taking bus fare at the destinations. The boy told me that i can give amount, after reaching lb nagar. I refused, paid the amount and took three tkts of rs. 810. 3. Without keeping luggage box clean, the boy asked me tip. Hence to save tsrtc pl keep watch on driver and remove boy immediately.

Depot manager-adilabad. I and my mother yesterday i. E on 16 feb 2020 went to jublie bus station at 7am to travel to nirmal my mother is a retired employee (Worked as superintendent at bus bhawan) of t. S. R. T. C she may posses concessions in the bus. She asked to give concession in super luxery bus. Driver spoke very rudely with her that there is no concession in the bus so we asked to give ticket to travel but he refused and spoke very badly and commanded on us to get down from the bus. Since 1969 onwords she worked in the corporation. The driver doesn't have any kind of morality that is at the age of 70 and dragged us from the bus we have morals thats why not went to police station otherwise he will be in the police station. If drivers work like that how can you save tsrtc from privilisation. Kindly take action on him. Thanking you

Today a tsrtc bus driver rammed into our car and broke the side mirror of our car and did not acknowledge the mistake when confronted. He was vulgar and rude. We need to know who will compensate for the loss and such unacceptable behavior. His driving was very reckless and caused us damage for which we will not be paid. Adding picture of the bus that rammed into our car. Please help get this resolved and the driver should be more responsible going forward.

I booked a ticket from jubilee bus station to karimnagar with ticket no. 64148862 on 12/02/2020. The bus is supposed to departure from jbs by 8:30 pm. But the bus did not even arrive by that time. It reached the station around 8:45 pm and when asked about departure, driver informed that it will take a minimum of 30mins to start making my journey delayed by almost 1 hour!
What is the use of making a reservation if the bus doesn't start on time and i need to have a refund for such delay in the service.

We are traveling from tirupati to hyderabad on tsrtc bus route no 2019, today, i. E., 9th feb, 2020. It departed at 4:15pm. We booked this bus as it has tv facilty. They did not switch on the video until 6:30 and when asked they said there is no remote.

Travelling for so many hours, we feel we should have some entertainment and most disgusting part is you charged us 1, 000rs. We would have gone for a private travels who is charging 800bucks with all the amenities working properly.

Sir, i was travelling in 49m bus i showed my pass to the conductor and when i got down the bus i found that it was lost (Not immediately after getting down). I think that it might have slipped from my pocket, so please see that i get a new pass.

Today i boarded into bus with board as lingampally coming from allwyn to waverock at gachibowli. I asked ticket till infosys gave 50rs for ticket that lady conductor asked for 10rs. I said i dont have change beacuse i have only two 50 notes. She argued with me indecently that i should carry change. Later she gave ticket of 15rs instead of 10 rs for infosys. I asked how can she take ticket for 15rs when it is only 10rs. She wantedly did that to me. Not only that other people who got down along with me said she is taking 15rs and not giving change. I want a strict action to be taken on her. I know its a matter of 5rs but she cant keep ego om passengers and do whatever she wants. Bus number is ap 28z a487

I travelled with my daughter from miyapur to ameerpet by bus. Fare is 30/-. I gave 100/- and conductor did not return the change. He wrote 70 behind the ticket which usually means that change will be returned later. I forgot to ask and got down at ameerpet. Later i realized that conductor did not return the change. I lost 70/-. It is conductor's responsibility to return. I want my money. It is not small amount. Please return my money.

Gud evg sir, my name is karthik, i was travelled from seetharampuram (V), aswapuram (M), bhadradri (D), to ellandu cross road, kothagudem so me&my wife 2adults travelled in khammam depo express bus. Conductor given ticket with the total amount of 110rs he took 110rs from us. But i saw the ticket adult 1psgr fare is 50rs. If 50rs as 1psngr fare then total 2psngr fare is 100rs only, but total amount shows 110/- how it would come? And also i ask the conductor he said govt added passenger cess 10rs extra. I wondered for this shocking information because passenger cess already mentioned on ticket 2rs but conductor said 10rs. So i request you to please explain the same. Hi this is rakesh from kamareddy dist. I observed that tsrtc is collecting extra 3 rupees on each ticket for express service and extra 2 rupees on delux service

They mentioned in ticket for express service as
Fare rs 116.00
Toll user fees :10.00
Passenger cess :1.00
Amount : rs 130.00
But total will be 127 but they are printing 130.

For delux service
Fare rs 128.00
Toll user fees :14.00
Passenger cess :1.00
Amount : rs 145.00
But total will be 143 but they printed as 145.

I asked bus conductor he said i dont know why they are collecting extra. Even date is not correct on ticket

Tsrtc is the worst service which i had in my the year 2020. As i have booked a ticket to my wife from srisailam to hyderabad. Rash driving and as he is giving rude answers with ladies and he had driven very rash driving as there is no security of life. He is telling we should not get down in between from the starting point to last point. As he is asking extra 30 rupees if we want to get down in between.. This is what the tsrtc transportation.. The driver name... Journey: srisailam-hyderabad mgbs service no: 1289 driver: b. Chandraiah contact no.: [protected]. Better to travel in private travels and this is the way tsrtc is not getting customers. I will try to tell the same to all and will spread the issue that i have faced with tsrtc. Need action regarding this driver. If really tsrtc cares about customers and safety need action regarding this issue. I request the gm to suspend this driver for some time and give training classes to how to behave with ladies and about extra money. He is telling to my wife that tell your husband to pick u from the mgbs i will not stop in between. Is this the way tsrtc is giving training to the drivers. If the same answer has been given to gm or and mla wife or relatives. Please give respect.

I travel from charminar to nanakramguda. Taking a bus from lakdi-ka-pul, after 8.20 a. M., i see hundreds of busses going to kondapur and patancheru. However, there are no buses going to waverock.
Same is the case during the return journey. No buses going to lakdi-ka-pul or mehdipatnam after 6.15 p. M.
Going to hi-tech city and taking a bus to waverock takes double the time.
Request the authorities to kindly look into the matter and humbly request to increase the frequency of buses onwards to waverock from lakdikapul and return.
Also, if anything can be arranged from afzal gunj, that would certainly be of great help.
