Since 60 days back tsrtc, on strike,. Since all private auto, taxi, sharing transport taken huge amount, each public in hyderabad lost rs 5000.. After tsrtc demands full filled by state government of telengana india, they increased rs 5 on each ticket.. Now every commen public under very very painfull, daily they need minimum rs rs80, above to do there job work or for any work,... I request you to look the matter and study all calculations, now, due to this strike all transport auto, taxis all have increased 15 rs and no auto meters in city, also they demand charge rs 250, for 10 kms poorly all public is paying, to to this open curruption, i request your good self officer please look this issue for cause of humanity, also request rates cards to be displayed in ever bus stop and also in busses, the tickets conductor machine never issue minimum rates for 1 stop or 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, they direct print rs 10, 15, 25, why public is looting, no good salary for commen public in jobs no buss charges by any allowed, when going to district toll tax also collect ing when it banned by gov, needs justice for all commen public, thanking you yours truly mr mohamed shabbir ali, [protected]@rediffmail.com [protected]

On 09/12/2019 around at 4:00 pm i, booked a bus reservation (Seat no.12) ticket to my daughter juhi afreen on 11/12/2019 for 4 pm bus from hyderabad (Mgbs) to bacholi. I given the mobile no.[protected] of my daughter and my mail [protected]@nmdc.co.in. Merchant reference no. [protected] & ebs payment id[protected], payment mode: sbi, bacheli on 09/12/2019. So, i request to send the reservation ticket to both. My mobile no. Is [protected].

I have parked my bike at jbs two wheeler parking zone. Initially they he told that rs 60 per day.

While collecting my bike after 3 days and 2:30 hours of duration., he asked me to pay rs 270, because it's extended by 2:30 hrs.

After too much of bargaining he took rs 250 and refused to provide receipt, i'm not at all satisfied.

Please take any action on this and provide a reasonable/affordable...

The driver was driving rashly suddenly the name board has been fall on my head and my head got injured and spects was broken

Ts16z0207, dri no 677797, this bus actually time was 6:00am but bus was came late by 30 min, 10 min people are taken tickets, then driver is successfully completed 32 min time pass, and eriteted to people then people are shouted on driver, his neglect is effect on my important apointmemt, please save tsrtc, ts people are so angry on government and rtc

I am travelling from metpally (Jagitial dist) to nizamabad regularly before strike ticket fare was 59 rs. Including cess and now after strike fare was 75rs. Distance between metpally to nzb is 66 ons.
Also on ticket fare showing 71rs and cess 1rupee total 72rs. But conductor collecting 75rs. On ticket also showing same... Please take action on this issue otherwise we will go to consumer forum regarding this issue.

This is to bring you an issue about continuos traffic jams happening near aparna towers road towards kondapur from 6pm to 11 pm.
This issue should have been taken seriously, but now people are fighting like blood and hell on the roads for crossing and many accidents are also happening. If this will continue hundreds of people will die in this traffic jam.
Possible solutions which i feel are:
1. You can widen the road and put a long hard divider upto kondapur, so that no one can cross it and small gaps should be there for walkiny
2. No police man is there to look after the traffic. You must keep 2-3 traffic police there to avoid any disputes
Atleast in that time they should be available.
3. There are many ways to solve.. Or else ban single driver cars to not drive
Please do something government. Protect our state

I am travelling by bus from my home to office daily. Before rtc strike, bus fare was 15 rupees and now it is 20 rupees after closure of rtc strike.
We suffered and offered double rates during strike. At the time of strike rtc buses runned but with double fares and now after completion of strike the same fare is continuing. This is illegal and undemocratic ruling of government about people. They didnt even think about the financial position of middle and below middle class people.
When comparing to metro train the minimum fare is 10/- with better comforts but now the minimum charges of ordinary buses without any comforts is equal to private transporting systems.
As per statement given by govt which is effective from 02-dec-2019 is 20 paise per kilometer but now there are charging with rounding off fares in rupees.
For example : considering the above statement for 9.6kms ticket price raise should be 1.92rps but there are collecting 5/- excess to the previous charge.

If this continuing without any immediate action no one will interest to travel in govt travelling system and go for the private / own vehicle which effects the environment aas well as the finacial system of rtc.

Please consider and take immediate action

I'm daily commuter from lingampally to miyapur cross road. Usually, i'm charged with 10rs. This morning, bus conductor (Tna242545) issued me a ticket from lingampally to hydernagar and charging 15rs, stating this is what issued for miyapur cross.

Kindly update you ticking machine, if there is a bus stop have the name of the stop in the ticketing machine. Else, charge for before stop as it's your fault not having the name of the bus stop.

We don't have enough buses in narsapur to hyd route. Medak depo buses using tupran road to reach hyderabad. And medak depo not at all interested in narsapur route. Some time back jeedimetla depo treid to run metro services to narsapur. But medok depo complained about it, and those buses stopped. This medak depo neither giving their buses and nor allowing others in this route. People are using private transportation in this route. As tsrts not interested in this route we narsapur people request govt to give away this route to private operators.

I have made a payment for application TS007/69902/2019/OR through meeseva payment gateway via net banking of amount Rs 605.06 on 27th Nov 2019 11:02 PM, transaction failed with error "Encryption Value Mismatched" but amount got debited from my account.

We are requesting to tsrtc to stop express bus in evening times in aloor village vikarabad road
Today we have waited nearly 30 mins @ aloor for the bus in evening 6:30 but 2 buses has gone continuous from vikarabad to hyderabad
We have showed the hands to stop him
But he didn’t stop.
Because night times it’s ememrgnecy to public
So plz we r requesting to stop buses in bus bay
What ever it may be express or ordinary
In india not safety for women’s in night so please cooperate to public

No rtc buses to banswada from balanagar route via medak... Started at balanagar at around 10:15am catched medak ordinary by the time i reach medak it was 12:45.. From 12:45 to 2:30 pm.. There not even one bus to go banswada.. At last after 2:30pm i got bus express which came from hyderabad, as there are no buses from past 2 hours to reach banswada or bodhan there are so many passengers waiting and bus is full there no place to stand atleast.. At least provide frequent buses from medak to bodhan or banswada for passengers comfort.. Bus that i got at medak after 2:30 waited there till 3 pm as driver and conductor went for lunch.. By the time we reach banswada it will be 5 :30pm at least.. Travelling 150km from morning 10 am to evening 5: 30pm doesn't look awkward.. Please understand the situation and increase bus frequency.

Tsrtc busses not running in bhel township and to lig bharathinagar colony and then to ramachandrapuram to patancheru all the busses are directly going to patancheru on highway only.

The commuters of the colony and lig are facing lot of problems and have to depend on the autos which are not safe.
The routes 225, 226 are to be restored by which the commuters can avail facility.

Hello sir, my name is aroori laxman from veliminedu village, chityala, nalgonda dist.

I was coming from chouttappl to veliminedu, on 28th november 2019. Bus destination is nalgonda. Bus has lady private conducter.

When i get the ts rtc bus at chouttappl busstand around afternoon 2.30pm i was forgot my bag in bus. The bag is most important belongings there are my educational certificates. Unfortunately i forgot,

10th, intermediate, degree, and pg certificates, and
My purse along ₹2000/- rupees,
2 atm cards,
Pan card,
Voter i'd,
Adhar card,
Driving licence.
Those are all in bag... Please take my complaint as seriously. My entire life in that bag. Priceless educational certificates were in bag. Please recover my belongings.

I had booked a online reservation ticket through tsrtc website. Due to tsrtc strike got cancelled my ticket and till now i did not get refund amount. While i am trying to contact them they said that the amount will be refunded post strike calls off. Due to this reason i am approaching this forum. Kindly help me in resolving my issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

I booked two tickets in tsrtc government website-

Ticket no[protected], uid no - 8189 for 3 nov 2019

Both the buses were cancelled due to the strike. The refund was to be received within 7-10 working days as the website says, but i still did not get the refund. It's been more than 20 days. Please initiate the refund immediately.

It has been more than one month that i had booked a online reservation ticket through tsrtc website. I got a sms that bus has been cancelled and you can get refund amount with in 7 to 15 days. Till now i did not get refund amount. While i am trying to contact through helpline number they said we are on strike untill strike calls off you won't get refund amount. So i am approaching this forum. I am attaching my journey details below. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
