This morning i took a irtc bus from erragada to ameerpet. While getting down from bus i dropped it in the bus. The ticket conductor of the bus gave a plane white ticket and wrote ameerpet with pen on it. There's a 200rs note, 100rs note and eight 10rs notes. It contains an atm card of state bank of india, a voter id, a pan card and a adhaar card. 2 zippers. I lost it while coming from erragada to ameerpet around 11 to 11:30 between....

The driver of the bus was talking on mobile phone ap11z1936 had hit my car from right side on 29-oct-2019. This driver has not followed traffic rules and driving very rash in the traffic by talking on mobile phone. I stopped the bus and asked him to come to police station, but he refused. I wanted to drag him to the road and punish, but i was calm down by the road traffic. This driver is such a stupid and never cared after the accident by...

Temporary bus conductors and drivers are looting the ticket collection amount both equally... If the bus collection amount is 10000from wanaparthy to hyderabad then the conductor is sharing only 5000 as total collection... The other 5000 going in the pockets of drivers and conductors.. This is wrong... After strike from 5th october most of the drivers and conductors are looting the money... Their daily wages are 1000 other than this they...

I booked the ticket from mumbai to hyderabad on 24 oct and 26 oct 2019 both the tickets are cancelled and haven't received the refund.

It is black bag on that name is hgs. I travelled from aliabad to secundrabad. Bus no is 258. Time is 14:52:09. Date is 17/10/19. Drv :963258. It was very valuable to me. My mum gifted it to me. So please return all that. Actually i forgot it because of heavy crowd and all. Please know me about it as soon as possible. Bag contains my clothes. I was very much attached to all those things....

Road was digged to install a new water pipe line after installing the pipe line they left it open which is causing a lot of problem to people living in the area and drainage water flowing into those digged holes and and is becoming a breeding plant for mosquitoes and causing dengue and malaria at the adddress i. E masab tank first lancer ahmed nagar near ahmed nagar bus stop request you to fix this issue asap.....

The temporary conductor appointed are forcibly demanding money from passengers.
When passengers are arguing about the pass being valid the conductor is forcing the passengers to get down the bus.
Being on government duty he is claiming the bus to be private.

I have pass of metro for that i have paid 1000 for renewal due to the bus strikes from past 5 days the buses which are running they are taking charge of 30 to 40 now what is the use of having bus pass...?

For a common man like me do you people think they will spend 200 on daily and travel? If its so why we take bus passes then...?

I have boarded a private mini bus having sticker on its front page as 113/m to travel from mehdipatnam to telephone bhavan. The normal fare is rs 10/- from mehdipatnam to telephone but this person charged rs 15/- saying that he has to share the extra amount with officials in rtc depot and with police.in the same way he is charging excess journey for every stage. I tried to book ticket from hyderabad to karimnagar. The amount got debited from my bank account but the ticket didn't get booked. I'm uploading the screenshot of the amount debited (Rs.442). I have also called the helpline number of tsrtc but the call isn't getting connected. As u can see in the screenshot, the amount 221 has been debited twice as i tried to book the ticket twice. Please refund the amount as soon as possible....

Tsrtc onlin services are worst ever i came across. They cancelled all reaerved services and placed spl services at extra cost. They nit even informing to end customers that there sefvices hot cancelled. Atleast they shoild sent out an automated message to customers ghat there service got cancelled. And to get refund we need to followip like a #.. I think this is the reason tartc is always in losses. They have to give value and respect to...

On 6 october 2019 while i was traveling from patni center to mehdipatnam the bus conductor took excessive ticket charge from me. When i asked him why is he taking extra charge he said that the depot manager of raniganj depot told him to do so. You should take a strict action against the manager and the conductor. I am traveling from chittempally gate to hyderabad ticket price is 45 rupees but ap29 z 3423 rtc bus coundocter is correcting 70rupees... We are suffering to pay more charges.. Government strictly take action on rtc straick because they don't have minimum common sense to strick in dussehra festival session

Vehicle registration no ap 22 z 0058, tsrtc public transport company bus conductor not issued tickets to any of the passengers upon paying. The was travelling through jedcherala mahabbobnagar narayanpet route on 6th october 2019. The police personnel on board justified by saying that they are private party on contract basis. The bus conductor was not in uniform. No tte was around....

I am booked a ticket for my sister in the date of 05/10/2019, the tsrtc canceled the ticket in the last minute due to strike, tsrtc people know about a strike then why they are tacking reservation.
