Dear sir,
Express buses are always stops in indalvai while they comes from nizamabad but when we are going from kamareddy to nizamabad for the same bus there is no stop if we ask for why the stop is not there from kamareddy to nzb via indalvai driver giving answer in rude manner and saying that ask in depot bus no. AP 25 Z 0053 at 9pm in kamareddy.
I requested that I'll take ticket till nzb plz stop at indalvai but he doesn't listened my words

    Hi I'm Monic Abhishek... I lost my wallet today (6th June 2019) while travelling in hyderabad's public transport bus from Secunderabad Railway Station to Ashok Nagar. I boarded the bus at around 6.05 AM and got down by 6.30 AM.It has nearly 5000rs of cash, SBI ATM card on my name, Driving license issued by Andhra Pradesh Govt on my name, Metro transport cards of Delhi and Hyderabad. Please help me in retrieving it or direct me to a better forum. I wish to get my cards atleast if not the cash.

      Complaint regarding rash driving and mis behaviour of driver

      For asking about rash driving with driver he just ready to dash our vehicle for details of this misbehavior you can watch CCTV footage at bowenpally x road time is at 06:40pm

      My concern is only that he is responsible for people who travelling In bus. Should be some patience

      TS21Z0029 Boared the bus at Warangal AT 0532 HRS. AT 0605 hrs still the bus is in HANUMAKONDA bus depo . Passengees are waited a lot of time. Rude behaviour stating it is long distance bus it will be delayed. After taking ticket how come passenger will change the bus.

        Please put buses from DLF Gachibowli to Borabanda. There are no buses at all from Borabanda to Gachibowli. Please add buses in this route. People are facing lot of difficulty in reaching to Hi-tech city or Gachibowli from Borabanda. I hope TSRTC understands the problem of people coming from Borabanda and will add new buses in the route. Daily thousands of people travel in this way on two wheelers and in autos, TSRTC will get income also in lakhs if they start buses in this area as many people reach erragadda, sanathnagar and bharathnagar through Borabanda, So it is my sincere request to TSRTC to start buses from Borabanda to Gachibowli in Hyderabad.

          At 6:15 pm on 04/06/2019 at kachiguda chowrastha besides kachiguda big bazaar, a bus hit us(me and my dad traveling on Honda Activa ) from behind it's because my dad and it's because of our extremely quick response and timely action of leaving our vehicle and running away from bus saved us or else we would have gone under the bus Tyre. Even after colliding with us he didn't stop untill a few moments. It's only because of our quick response my right leg is saved. The number of bus is AP 11Z 5078 traveling with route number 86j. Even after repeatedly and politely asking him to provide his employee id if it was not his mistake, he didn't want to. Later he threatened us by taking our vehicle number stating that he will complain on us even though it was the bus drivers fault.

            Respected sir, this is sameer from mancherial dist. On 2 june 2019 i have traveled from karimnagar to mancherial at night time in express bus (Service number 8015) the time was approx 11pm.. The bus was traveling from hyderabad to mancherial.. The reason is... I just broke the fast and i didn't have anything... Because of dehydration i slept in bus.. And i didn't taken the ticket before sleeping after few kilometers i have taken the tickets from conductor and he taken the fine from me. And i apologized for my mistake. When i reached mancherial i asked change.. Then the conductor started using unpleasant valgur language... Because of this guy's the tsrtc government is going in loss because of there valgur behavior with passengers... Sir you have take serious action against him...

                I am travelling in service no 1006 from banglore to hyderabad through advance reservation. After boarding bus one of the staff mr a g reddy [protected] asked me to change place as i am single lady passenger. This is repeated for three times and third time i refused to change so he is asking me can i make male passenger to sit beside you.? Then i asked him if your daughter is there in my place what you will do? He was demanding my seat for a person with out prior reservation. I asked him what is the preference given to reserved person. Then he says you should book your seat beside a lady passenger only. Why you booked a single seat for you? He made me cry in front of all the passengers. Better tsrtc should carry a tag that not for a single lady passenger. Being a state govt owned organisation this is not the service expected from you by public. I never seen a person (Staff) talking to passenger in a pleased manner.

                  I was traveling hyderabad to warangal so thought of buying biscuit packets to my home so, i bought 3 biscuit packets where each biscuit packet rate is 30 but he took 35 rs when i have asked shop keeper why do you charge 5 rs extra he said simply yes, we will charge extra in bus station i don't know what was the exact reason?
                  When i saw the board in the shop "all products will be charged as per mrp rates". Can you please look into the issue and address immediately.

                  Apreciate your early response on my complaint.

                  This is Uday, this is regarding bus route of 222L, 10H/L, 127K/L. There were no enough buses in this route and we have wait more than one hr for bus everyday.
                  After work, everyone want to reach home early but we are spending more than 1hr in bus stop sometimes it is 2hrs also.

                  Pls understand our concern and increase number of buses
                  Conductor is not providing the change and not accepting my words. Ibwas forcefully get down by bus at balanagar..i need to for old bowenpally checkpost.

                    As per schedule for gachibowli to rgia there is a bus at 10:25 pm, i went to pushpak telecom nagar bus stop at 10:20, waited until 10:50 to finally get a bus. Upon checking with the on duty attendant at bus stop first he kept saying it will come in just 5 mins till 30 mins and finally when all raised voices he mentioned busses are in shortage. This is highly irresponsible and not acceptable as people trust the timings for their flight departures and this kind of false intimations and carelessness is causing huge disruption

                      Iam traveling from hyderbad to waragal bus, stop at stn ghanpur bus stand iam get down and buy a 10/- rs bislery water bottle but he is charged 15/-, shop owner was speaks irresponsible and roude behavior with customer if iam asking how can u charge extra 5/- rs, and also he is try to beat me, iam really get feeling sad,
                      If you're take the action against shop owner please take it imidiatly, compare with other states tsrtc is under worst to stop more than mrp charges, only one shop in stn ghapur bustand

                        Rude behavior and charging extra fare

                        I board the bus from masabtank and i took a ticket for gutalabegump (Peddamma gudi) and i gave 10 rupees. Conductor (Cnd: 220982) demanded 15 rupees and said there is no masabtank stop in ticket issuing machine and he issued a ticket from lakdikapool but i didn't board the bus from lakdikapool i board the bus from masabtank.

                        I am a daily commute from this route. Every day i used to give only 10 rupees for an ordinary bus. The conductor is saying you want to give a complaint you can give with rude behavior. It's not the matter of 5 rupees it's the matter of his attitude towards passenger that not good. Please consider my complaint and take some action on the conductor.

                        Hi I am sai teja.when i travel from hanmakonda to Hyderabad there are 2 pick up points (hanmakonda, kazipet).But when booking ticket it only shows hanmakonda.The driver often says why don't you change the pick up point when you are boarding in kazipet.This situation happens always when i travel to hyderabad.please fix it.Thank you

                          Hi team,

                          We are travelling from hi-tech city metro / cyber towers to kothaguda junction in city metro buses (Ordinary) on daily basis, couple of conductors are charging ticket rs/- 10 and very few charging rs/- 5. Those who are charging 10/- in the ticket they are taking from madhapur ps to kothaguda, if we ask give the ticket from cyber towers / hi-tech city and they are rudely talking there is no bus stop from here, and remaining also requested bus stops and we will charge that much only. If you want 5/- get down and cross the signal and come to shilparamam bus stop. Not sure why they are behaving like this. Can you please correct this and communicate all the metro conductors for the correct fare and correct bus stops to charge the tickets. This is happening when metro operating days. We are trying to encourage public transport and staff is forcing to go buy private transport.

                            I was standing in Gachibowli bus stop, I asked Bus conductor whether it will go to Wipro. On saying yes, I boarded the Bus and instantly he charged for the ticket. After collecting ticket from everyone, I asked why he gave me ticket for lingampally and he said get down at circle which he referred to as IIIT signal. When I said this is unfair, the Bus Conductor said yeh Hyderabad hai, Zyada mat bolo. Everyone in the Bus condemned this behaviour and bus driver was also compassionate. I did not ask to refund and got off. The conductor kept on quarrelling and misbehaving. Bus conductors should be educated. Such inhumane behaviour is condemnable. I often see in Cyberabad area, bus conductors being ride and authoritative. They should realise they get salaries from our taxes. Saying words like "Jaha se aaya hai udhaar wapas jaa". They should understand I pay income tax which is more than or equal to his salary. Just because we are respectful to others does not give them the license to abuse.

                              Service no.1373 travelling to vijayawada...in the rajadhani bus, ac is not working... The purpose of booking in a/c travelling is not justified.

                              I request the authorities to check this problem in the bus and all passangers are facing same issue. Just like fan is switched on in the bus. The bus charging huge amount tantamounts to breach of services by the tsrtc.

                                Tsrtc is operating local city buses no.201g between nagole and gowrelly via bandlaguda depot through which students commute every day. Of late the driver is not stopping the bus at a particular stop inspite of repeated requests and even when the public shouted at the driver at the stop by name navodaya enclave bilane. The reasons not known. After passing the said stop he stops at the plant nursery which is ahead of 2 furlongs.

                                  I booked ticket from hyderabad to bellampally with rajadhani bus, service no.8055. Journey date[protected], even though it is a rajdhani bus, ac is not worked for the whole journey, i have complaint to driver to on the ac, the driver is not responded. My co-passengers also faced the problem and said to driver to on the ac. Till the journey completed ac is not on by the driver. Price is charging more for the service of ac of only.. We paid the money and satisfication is worst and the most worst part is driver not on the ac, not even responded anything about the issue.

                                    Tkt booked for air conditioned vajra bus from dilsuknagar to khammam.
                                    Ac not working in bus, if asked to run no response and answer comes in rude manner, and even say to go and give complaint.
                                    If not providing the service mentioned then why charging money for it.
                                    Tsrtc and govt. Should be responsible for this inconvenience and suffering caused to us.
                                    And refund my money for not providing the mentioned service and charging for it.
                                    And also attaching the tkt copy with this complaint.

                                    You cannot do anything for our suffering but need my money refund asap.

                                      Ap11z7210 secunderabad to md durga service. Conductor has refused to take rs.10/- coin for the reasons unknown. As per her tsrtc dept has asked them not to take rs.10/- coin.

                                      Rs.10/- is a legal tender.. Why is tsrtc refusing to take the coin. Conductor has asked me to get down from the bus if i do not pay by note.

                                        I have booked garuda plus for 6 members on 23rd may 2019, website sends mail showing payment success and after few minutes i got mail about cancellation and amount refunded. But my bank account is not yet credited with any amount of refund.. This happened thrice yesterday. And the website doesn't accept otps entered which are automated... Our bank account is debitted for the amount. Please let slove this issue with online booking official site.. And kindly refund my amount as early as possible as possible..
