Here we comes Warangal 2.depots buses. Only. On the way we don't have any depo.. So only one depo buses only..
In atmakur. We have a big bus stand.. With all accommodation.. But the buses never enters into the bus stand.. It just stops on road and its goes.. Very. Irreverlent.. So kindly.. Ensure to enter the buses into bus stand kindly..

    Today @ 3:25PM when I went to take my new bus pass
    The person at abids bus counter took
    RS.20 extra
    When the amount to be paid by me was Rs.420 for a quarterly pass for a bus pass and ID that person took Rs.440 saying the RS.20 were service charges
    (for himself)which were not even mentioned on the pass or ID or the application form
    Kindly I request the concerned authority to take action against them

      Driver billed my ticket from jbs to nmdc and he said he will drop in mehdipatnam by charging 105 rs.
      And he did not drop me at mehdipatnam.He left me in the middle of RGIA express highway.I walked down the road about 2 km for reaching my destination.
      I am waiting in rajandar nagar along with one lady and one children on bus stand on 20 :30 on 19 June 2019, tsrtc bus came with only few passengers in it but he didn't stop I don't know for whom they do service it's very worst situation on Hyderabad please be care for people, , , , , , it's my humble request...

      I am travelling by service no. 8337 from Hanmakonda to Hyderabad on 16/06/2019. In this bus AC is not sufficient and even air blowers are also not working full. Air blower regulators above seats are either broken or completely absent. It seems no one is maintaining the bus. Request authorities to take proper corrective action.

        TSRTC bus driver of rajdhani Indra, it is a private bus, the driver is very rude how dare he his to talk to a passenger like dat, His duty is to call the passenger after the time, he even doesn't cal to the passenger, instead I myself called to the driver at 12pm. Is bus reached to KHAMMAM, instead of answering me in a polite way to dat question he his going on scolding actually I got 6 mins late to the bus, who is he to scold me, my parents up to now not scolded me how dare he his, dis is di respect ur service giving to the passenger, I am requesting to the tsrtc service to give a first and last warning to driver to behave politely with passengers or otherwise take him from out of job, I want immediate action for this complaint, waiting for the tsrtc reply .

        I want immediate action for this complaint
        Please make sure that everything in the bus is functioning properly
        The seats are not in a stable condition
        And the luggage cart is very small when could to other Rajasthani bus which I travelled through before
        Make sure the attender you employ could have a proper knowledge about the bus
        Employee child metro pass option is not showing in the application ..Iam not able to select type of pass if i marked as a employee child.

          Sir,
          There are no free parking spaces available here at jagtial bus stand. Today I came here to reserve my tickets for an upcoming journey, so i parked my bike in front of reservation counter and suddenly a guard came and took my bike plug... what kind of action is this?
          Are they supported to do this...
          Then i said to the guard keep my plug and i will park in another place, so i just tried to take a pic of the guard in order to file a complaint . Then the staff came there and literally they pushed me from their while few are trying to compromise me other kept pushing me out from there..
          Instead of providing a good and friendly service these people are just like goons on the road.
          Please take the appropriate action and provide a facility of free parking space for quick works like dropping and reservation of tickets

            I regularly travel from yusufguda to DL F in bus.I got into a metro bus today( the regular bus charges are 15/- I didn't knew metro is more ) so I asked the conductor why was I charged ₹20/- he replied " we dnt charge as much as you want you have to pay what we ask you" I asked him because I was thought he gave me ticket for a wrong destination.He was impolite I'm annoyed with the behaviour of your staff.Please teach them to be polite.

              Hi,
              The conductor of the bus right now I am travelling in has verbally abused and slapped an old passenger in bus. The bus has started from hyderabad running to jagtial. The old man refused to accept 10/-coin and requested a replacement for which the conductor response was unexpectedly abusive and violent. The conductor needs counselling. As it's a live situation.. Any help right away would give some relief to the elderly abused person.

                washroom worker near platform 1 is rude

                Hi Team,

                Washroom worker near platform 1 in MGBS is very rude and shouting on passengers when we are walking towards free toilet area. He was using bad words. Not sure if he thinks that he constructed the washrooms and doing some free service. May be he is expecting to pay for using toilets also. Please instruct them to be polite with passengers. Very shocking behavior.

                Time: 04:25 to 04:30 evening

                Today (14-Jun-2019) evening our car had a narrow escape from the RTC bus at about 04.25 PM near Himayathnagar Signals because of the above-mentioned bus Driver rash driving on the road, instead o[censored]sing free left, he came to complete middle of the road and attempted for left turn and hit our car which resulted in severe damage.

                After hitting our car RTC Driver didn't stop the bus and my driver stopped him at last, still he was arguing with nonsense when our driver spoken to him. RTC Driver was so arrogant and he didn't even ask for an apology. Meanwhile, traffic police arrived to the spot and cleared the traffic jam by sending the bus without taking any action.

                Who will going to pay the money for my damaged car. By god grace only car got damaged what, if anything happens to the persons inside the car. All my children are returning from school with my driver.

                Please take necessary action against the Driver as soon as possible and send me the report details. Or else I will file a case against him.

                  I'm travelling from SHOLAPUR to-SIDDIPET via TSRTC Bus Service No: 2034 Driver: K MAHESH Contact No.: [protected].
                  But overload luggage has been taken buy drivers of bus for delivery from Solapur to Secunderabad and Hyderabad.
                  For unloading the goods this drivers stops bus at unknown places like courier services, transportation services etc. but they don't prefer to stop the bus at RTC bus stops.
                  For unloading purpose it takes more than 2 hours today. actually bus have to reach Siddipet by 8:00 a.m. but till now it's 9:30 it's not yet reached.
                  I want to ask that what is this bloody services is being given by tsrtc to public.

                  This bus stands for 1 hour at afzalganj but not entered in MGBS platform and Jubily platform. Just unloading is important to the drivers.

                  Solapur to siddipeth bus must be checked by higher authority daily. It's a request to TSRTC.
                  Because in the bus passangers who want to death reasons and one family has to go to see their mother who is in very serious condition on bed.

                    I have sent my daughter and sister who are 10 and 11 year old to Spl yesterday i.e 11 June 2019, in the bus with service num 8828.name of the driver is R.Venkateswarlu.I showed the reservation msg to the driver and and asked him to pls see the children..He asked whether the msg is with the children.i told him they don’t have the phn.. He said am not going to take them and will drop them mid way..I told him that I have sent a msg to one of the passengers but he still disagreed which made us angry..I even told if it’s not possible pls give us the money back.He disagreed to every option which I proposed..finally I got down since he started the bus..after going a certain distance he started harassing my children and they started crying.when the other passengers reverted he finally went to his seat..It was the worst experience ever..He even made and ACCIDENT and started a fight with the driver of the other bus.He FOUGHT WITH THE OTHER PASSENGERS lying that he had given them the change of 69/- even without giving..such a worst service I had ever seen.

                        Dear sir,
                        Express buses are always stops in indalvai while they comes from nizamabad but when we are going from kamareddy to nizamabad for the same bus there is no stop if we ask for why the stop is not there from kamareddy to nzb via indalvai driver giving answer in rude manner and saying that ask in depot bus no. AP 25 Z 0053 at 9pm in kamareddy.
                        I requested that I'll take ticket till nzb plz stop at indalvai but he doesn't listened my words

                          Hi I'm Monic Abhishek... I lost my wallet today (6th June 2019) while travelling in hyderabad's public transport bus from Secunderabad Railway Station to Ashok Nagar. I boarded the bus at around 6.05 AM and got down by 6.30 AM.It has nearly 5000rs of cash, SBI ATM card on my name, Driving license issued by Andhra Pradesh Govt on my name, Metro transport cards of Delhi and Hyderabad. Please help me in retrieving it or direct me to a better forum. I wish to get my cards atleast if not the cash.

                            Complaint regarding rash driving and mis behaviour of driver

                            For asking about rash driving with driver he just ready to dash our vehicle for details of this misbehavior you can watch CCTV footage at bowenpally x road time is at 06:40pm

                            TS21Z0029 Boared the bus at Warangal AT 0532 HRS. AT 0605 hrs still the bus is in HANUMAKONDA bus depo . Passengees are waited a lot of time. Rude behaviour stating it is long distance bus it will be delayed. After taking ticket how come passenger will change the bus.

                              Please put buses from DLF Gachibowli to Borabanda. There are no buses at all from Borabanda to Gachibowli. Please add buses in this route. People are facing lot of difficulty in reaching to Hi-tech city or Gachibowli from Borabanda. I hope TSRTC understands the problem of people coming from Borabanda and will add new buses in the route. Daily thousands of people travel in this way on two wheelers and in autos, TSRTC will get income also in lakhs if they start buses in this area as many people reach erragadda, sanathnagar and bharathnagar through Borabanda, So it is my sincere request to TSRTC to start buses from Borabanda to Gachibowli in Hyderabad.

                                At 6:15 pm on 04/06/2019 at kachiguda chowrastha besides kachiguda big bazaar, a bus hit us(me and my dad traveling on Honda Activa ) from behind it's because my dad and it's because of our extremely quick response and timely action of leaving our vehicle and running away from bus saved us or else we would have gone under the bus Tyre. Even after colliding with us he didn't stop untill a few moments. It's only because of our quick response my right leg is saved. The number of bus is AP 11Z 5078 traveling with route number 86j. Even after repeatedly and politely asking him to provide his employee id if it was not his mistake, he didn't want to. Later he threatened us by taking our vehicle number stating that he will complain on us even though it was the bus drivers fault.

On 2 june 2019 i have traveled from karimnagar to mancherial at night time in express bus (Service number 8015) the time was approx 11pm.. The bus was traveling from hyderabad to mancherial.. The reason is... I just broke the fast and i didn't have anything... Because of dehydration i slept in bus.. And i didn't taken the ticket before sleeping after few kilometers i have taken the tickets from conductor and he taken the fine from me. And i apologized for my mistake. When i reached mancherial i asked change.. Then the conductor started using unpleasant valgur language... Because of this guy's the tsrtc government is going in loss because of there valgur behavior with passengers... Sir you have take serious action against him...

                                      I am travelling in service no 1006 from banglore to hyderabad through advance reservation. After boarding bus one of the staff mr a g reddy [protected] asked me to change place as i am single lady passenger. This is repeated for three times and third time i refused to change so he is asking me can i make male passenger to sit beside you.? Then i asked him if your daughter is there in my place what you will do? He was demanding my seat for a person with out prior reservation. I asked him what is the preference given to reserved person. Then he says you should book your seat beside a lady passenger only. Why you booked a single seat for you? He made me cry in front of all the passengers. Better tsrtc should carry a tag that not for a single lady passenger. Being a state govt owned organisation this is not the service expected from you by public. I never seen a person (Staff) talking to passenger in a pleased manner.
